Pros

Since Dynamics has been used extensively by all types of industries, it has been molded and refined so that it can be catered to all types of scenarios. In our implementation, we had quite a few custom scenarios that our service provider was able to implement per our requirements.

Cons

The software has been around a while and feels dated. I have wondered if it needs a refresh to get with the times of a fresher look and interface versus bringing some of the old baggage forward.

Pros

the easy use, Help me with my accounting tables, spreadsheets, i can store a lot of information, I like the different interfaces to be able to present the works.

Cons

some of the formulas are very limited, I would like to find more direct formulas for forms. I would like to find more variety in the colors of the presentations.

Pros

Cons

Pros

This software checks all the boxes, our team was excited to modernize and go to a new cloud based platform. D365 for Finance and Operations is the ERP version - not to be confused with D365 CRM. Could handle our organizations manufacturing planning, production, warehouse management.

Cons

Cloud based means you lose a lot of admin control. Support team is not very good, restarting the system requires support and there's very little in the way of administration you can actually control. TMS module lacking, integrated EDI requires a software module from 3rd party. Lots of software that used to work with version 7 is now broken in favor of tighter security on version 8.

Pros

A fully featured customizable software package that pulls together ERP, CRM, and Accounting under one umbrella.

Cons

While it is supposed to be a complete package the different modules don't necessarily talk to each other they way you would expect. This is MS so the UI/UX is lacking in comparison to the more recent offerings.

Cons

Being so full of features also adds to its complexity for implementation, the UI could also use a face lift.

Pros

The platform has a very straightforward to fill out format. Nice set up and personalization features with multiple reports.

Cons

Sometimes it is difficult to figure out what fields you are missing in order to move to the following stages of the contracting process.

Maybe this software is a very powerfull integrated app, which make it a good crm platform. Support for us has been good, in general, our provider respond in a very aceptable time.

Cons

I'd like this software were more friendly for our customers, integrations be more easy to configure and to figure out the reasons for errors.

Not a great experience. The interface could be a bit smoother and less confusing.

Pros

Allows you to request appointments from clients where they can view your calendar and see your availability so that they can schedule a meeting with you.

Cons

D365, is not really a software that I would recommend to colleagues. The interface is not user friendly and seems all over the place. I would recommend another platform over D365. Reading the notes and activities in a case can become confusing as well.

The question of organization is really solved by Dnamics 365. Before using this method, we had knowledge in several different places and the other departments were not readily available. Now, it is in one spot where everyone can use it.

Pros

There are several different tools for Dynamics 365 that allow users to remain organized is the best thing I ever used in my work. With plug-ins, you can set up communication automation that takes a lot of work out of the equation and makes it easier for any possible turnover inside a company to have all the information in a centralized location.

Cons

The configuration has changed pretty drastically after updates. This takes some time for me to have to discover how to use new features.

I loved using Microsoft Dynamics because of its email integration with Outlook. Although not flawless, it performed much better in email syncing than did any other competing software, even better than Salesforce. The price tag is high but after using low end and high end, this is where we settled.

Email syncing with Outlook

Cons

Support was the worst. You could by support packages but without it you were back and forth to line after line and rep after rep. It was ridiculous and seemed no one really knew who they were supposed to help and how.

Suits the more traditional businesses where employees are used to "grey" software. Business that want to save time on their CRM and software usage would be more satisfied with other software.

Pros

The possibilities are never ending. Pretty much everything is customizable and can be set up as you wanted. Some very innovative features as well.

Cons

The usage of the software is just not easy or intuitive at all. Compared to other providers in the market, Dynamics can gain a lot on its UX.

It is an absolute necessity to business to have the dynamic 365 to do many day to day task on a medium to bigger level, Probably can get away with not using it in smaller businesses.

Pros

It is very easy to use and is task focused to get jobs done on an administration and creative level.

Cons

I think the price point on microsoft products need to go down a slight bit, they have been expensive since the 90's.

Cons

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM software is extremely difficult to configure and utilize, I would never recommend it for a small or even medium sized business due to it's complexity and klunky interface.

A good alternative to more expensive CRM Sales solutions based in the cloud like salesforce. Way cheaper, there needs to be a time investment in delivering this to fruition.

Pros

I liked that it was a great alternative to the complexity of salesforce that is broken down into different applications on the cloud. Price comparison to salesforce was great.

Cons

I didnt' like that i had to use several different apps, because that can definitely be a challenge, although its a definite improvement to a salesforce account.

Good to get an initiation to CRM.

Pros

Easy to use and seems very straight forward. The grouping options and filters are also well programmed. Great as a first-time CRM.

Cons

I left this platform for another CRM as I found it limited in terms of use. It tried to unify data and information too much towards Microsoft, rather than help the user work around its options. The fact it needs linking with Microsoft repulsed a lot of Mac users at my company.

Easy management of accounts, projects, and billing for any company.Dynamics can be modified to essentially receive and report on any piece of data relevant to the customers and projects that suit your particular industry.

Pros

Microsoft Dynamics can integrate with all of Microsoft products. It can also integrate with other third-party applications. It really helps you to identify which are the best decisions to make in order to increase the productivity of your company and, of course, anticipate your customer needs. I love the customer relations management user interface. The menus are very well placed and this makes it very simple to use.

Cons

Dynamics is quite expensive for smaller organizations, so pricing may be prohibitive. In each update instead of improving they are changing a bit of UI which is little a bit annoying to find a same option on a different place.

You can set your on way to successful using Dynamics, because you can handle and configure the way the clients are going to see your business, you can customize all the aspects of your projects to get more special the features and options that the people will see and you can manage the resources in a perfect way to use it properly in every aspect, you can do all this and more using Dynamics.

Cons

It is a very expensive software and there is not a version for small companies or startups, unfortunately the only way to use this app is working in a big company that can afford the license.
