Pros

The part of Microsoft Dynamics CRM that I saw most value in were following. Good visuals of pipeline, campaigns, targets etcetera which lead to a good workflow. User interface were good with buttons being in the right place, meaning that you didn't have to search around a lot because it was so easy.

Cons

The part of Microsoft Dynamics CRM that I disliked the most were absolutely the fact that it were a really slow customer relations management system that kept on slowing down our salesforce.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM is best for a company that has very specific needs and cannot use a more cookie cutter approach. If you opt for Microsoft Dynamics then ensure you have someone with the time and patience to set it up and learn how it works otherwise this took will not be as valuable as it could be to you and your business.

Pros

Like all Microsoft products, this software integrates well with the rest of the Microsoft suite. There is a lot of customizability which is great for someone who has a very specific end game. It is a helpful tool for organizing your marketing strategies and campaigns once you have learned how to use it.

Cons

This software is not user friendly. Of the many CRM software I have used, this one is one of my least favourites. I find it highly technical and not very intuitive. While there is a lot of functionality, it can be cumbersome and difficult to teach to others. For someone who is looking for basic information and CRM functions this product is not for you.

Whether it is Microsoft or Salesforce, the main objective is to build customer relationships. Pros always many for any CRM but if we are able to manage the potential negatives of Dynamics 365, then I think that is a good investment.

Pros

Clean User Interface that is in sync with other Microsoft products. Minimal Staff required for running this tool as Microsoft will handle that. We just need to input data into the CRM. Licenses costs are cheaper than other on-premise CRM tools. It is easy to use even for non-technical users as there are many predefined portal templates readily available.

Cons

There is always the compatibility issue swhen it comes to integration with non Microsoft products. Salespeople like me do not want to go through multiple steps to just sell something. This is a reason that some users would first go with other CRMs before diving into Dynamics 365. According to me, Salesforce CRM is still more popular than Microsoft Dynamcis 365 and Microsoft is still trying to catch up with other leading CRMs when it comes to features.

Pros

We have been using the app for more than three years. Really like. It is truly functional and practical, characterized by high reliability and decent speed. The program is constantly evolving and complemented by new features.

Cons

Practically nothing to complain about. All functionality is thought out to the smallest detail. Although one drawback is still there - the lack of an Editable Grid option. According to other parameters, the product is unmatched.

The fact that you can integrate into Outlook is sleek. I like the fact that with a click of a button, you can sync the data from email to CRM and from CRM to other tools.

Its fairly easy to use and it can flawlessly track open user cases and generate reports that are useful.

Cons

very fast and customizable platform that's SQL based, easy to use, and very reliable. Reporting is very nice

Cons

It does not have a mobile app for and no automation for document approvals with rules. You need to be certified in order to write customs and the DB layout per company is very inefficient.

We started using Dynamics for our CRM functionality 7 or 8 years ago. Really does a good job of integrating data where multiple teams across the country can access it and compare customer records/engagement. Very customizable.

Cons

The data is only as good as what the users put in and our organization tends to struggle with that. Having guides to "fastest click-through" would be helpful since there are multiple "paths" to accomplish the same task.

Dynamics is a great retail accounting software for a business that starts at a given point and grows,its ability to support multiple currencies, multiple languages with global business management features makes it so easy for the user to drag the progress,transactions,inventories from one level to the other.I recommend the software

every software has its on pros and cons, however Dynamics only needs consistency and accuracy for proper management of your enterprise resources , if not so u might not have fully expected results

Billing and reporting feature was awesome and it gives the relevant information too. It automatically assign to the right iT employee with that particular tasks. The UI was very friendly and informative also.

Cons

Limitations has been applied on the formatting invoices and other docs. Except this everything is falling into a place on the day by day usage.

The integration was an excellent move for our small office. It really helped with inter-departmental communication.

Pros

This software is excellent when integrated into an office that already functions on other Microsoft products. The integration is seamless, easy to use, and a great system when it comes to tracking of business needs.

Cons

There are parts of the integration that seem overly complicated. Ex: linking of emails to Dynamics CRM. It works fine, but I feel as though there are a few too many steps to really make it as easy as selecting "track" and having the information reflected in CRM. Just feels easy to forget about.
