Would only recommend if you're looking for CRM on a budget.

Pros

It's much cheaper than Salesforce as a CRM. Can do the basics of what you need it to do. Integrates with outlook easily.

Cons

You get what you pay for. Not as easy to make robust with features like capturing data in specific measurements. This could be based on the admin we had, but switching from Salesforce to this was a complete downgrade.

I use the software daily and although it has great features and allows me to keep track of all of my leads, opportunities, and sales it often crashes. All in all, however, it works for my needs.

That I can keep track of all of my sales activities.

Cons

That is crashes a lot and at times the reporting doesn't produce what is expected.

I've been the software IT administrator here for over 2 years. I've \*never\* had an issue reported with this software. Score one for the good guys.

Cons

Hard to find a con when there's nothing to complain about, but you pay big bucks for such good software. But you get what you pay for.

We use dynamics in our customer support center. The contact management aspect works wonderfully, but for Intradepartment case management, it’s not that great.

Pros

Compared to competitors, it’s rather inexpensive. The contact management aspect is its strongest feature

Cons

Using it as a case management tool, The collaborative aspect between different teams isn’t as harmonious as it could be, or should be.

For the pice point it is good. Just don't get the on presmises version.

Pros

Microsoft CRM does what its suppose to. It works well with other Microsoft products. The price point is good.

Cons

Do not get the on premises edition. All data sync are slower and updating the CRM is a long and painfull process. When compared to Saleforce, Saleforce is the way better choice in terms of reporting and functionality. Not many apps are available to sync Microsoft CRM to other cloude base integrations.

Dynamics was a fine CRM to begin our enterprise-level journey, but as we grew, we yearned for a more integration and automation-friendly provider. We made the switch and have enjoyed an overlooked benefit from our new provider, a robust customer community to help us solve challenges above our head.

Pros

Dynamics made it easy to enter information and we enjoyed getting used to a non-homegrown CRM.

Cons

The automation capabilities of Dynamics were far less than some other software options that we evaluated. When we switched away and went with Salesforce, we began to turn our "no's" into "yes's" for our "Can we?" questions.

I was able to present ideas to my department and expose projects with ease and clarity, the staff that was understanding everything that I presented with my presentation, the experience is pleasant every time I have to expose with power point.

Pros

I like it because it can enter sound and presentations can be created in offices and for family meetings etc, in my infrastructure department it is used since works and projects are exposed,, it seems a good option to expose works and projects with quality, and it can be easy to understand the public you want to reach.

Cons

the disadvantage is that the program has no protection and can enter a virus and damage all the work, besides the abuse of using too many special effects can be monotonous to the audience, it is a traditional and linear presentation that can bore an audience, according to the topic that is going to be treated.

You can start to work in the application with a short course. All modules work similary (journals to do transacctions and list forms to review data).

Cons

In some modules, when you have a big volume of data the application can be slow. Enterprise portal needs a review (I use AX2012)

Excellent Manager of business resources oriented to medium and large companies, easy administration and highly recommended for companies which want to take a step towards the modernization and automation of systems

Cons

It is a payment software that has a high monthly payment, which for companies does not attribute any problem, but when a user wants to carry out tests or contributions it is not worth making the purchase, besides that he does not have a strong community that uses the system

Pros

It's more cheap option than other reputable CRM tools if you have millions of B2C customers. Also learning curve is shorter than other tools.

Cons

Integration is horrible. It doesn't play well with third party softwares as well. In my country solution partners are other big problem.
