### "Great place to maintain legal documents and pleadings."

Pros

Its automatic! No need to set up every time you have a new client file. Just set up BlueStylus as your alternate email address on the court web site, and the rest comes out whenever a document is filed in the case.

Cons

Don't have any right now. I've been pleased with the product since I started with it several years ago.

BlueStylus has solved my document storage issues, invoicing / time billing, and general case management concerns.

Pros

The incredibly low price and ease of use.

Cons

Changing emails. I could not change the email and had to end up using a personal email for this account. I wish it integrated with my iCal and other apps, such as AltLegal, which I use for trademark docketing.

It helps keep some aspects of my practice in order but it requires double entry of data (can't access contacts). Despite the relatively low price, the limitations are starting to outweigh any benefit.

Pros

Great interface and the software is generally intuitive. Also, it does not appear to drain resources too much compared to similar programs.

Cons

Essential functions do not work on the mobile version which defeats the whole purpose of using this software. Support is responsive but apparently cannot resolve this yet.

It's been perfect for our firm.

Pros

I mostly practice in consumer bankruptcy which is generally flat fee work, so I needed something inexpensive but proficient in doing practice management. It's perfect.

Cons

Haven't found anything that bugs me yet.

Reason for choosing BlueStylus

Did the free trial and realized it had everything I needed.

No matter when I need support, someone is always there to help! Great Customer Service and EXCELLENT program!!

Pros

This software program practically has all the features needed for my Law Firm. Most of all, it keeps all my Client Files organized as well as the effectiveness of the Billing Software implemented in this product.

Cons

There really isn't anything that I dislike bout this program. Anytime there is a concern, I get the support I need and the issue is resolved immediately. Therefore, there is nothing that I can think of that I like the lest about BlueStylus.

Pros

The BlueStylus software is great for document retrieval. It saves all filed documents in one place so you don't have to save them. You can get them anytime without having to pay the court for a second look.

Cons

When you are uploading documents, if you do not have the browser window full screen, the pop up window for uploading can be difficult to use. It can't be resized or moved.

I like the features, the price, and the friendly support.

I believe that there could be some video support of various tasks and other self-help capabilities which would not require that I call support so often.

Pros

The software helps me manage cases by concentrating records in an accessible version online, so I can work from multiple locations. I am able to add my documents to the name and case number sorted files so that my entire record can easily be accessed.

Time savings , money savings over my previous solution and the mobile app.

Pros

I use the software to do billing for my consulting businesss. I really like the Ease of navigation. Getting to my data - entering information is fast. The mobile app saves me from remembering things. Support is with a live person instead of sending an email.

Cons

Wish it did more - but company listens to suggestions and has plans for some great features. I also wish there was some more documentation.

I've had a very good experience with BlueStylus. Customer service has been exceptional.

Pros

Price is exceptional and works really well for my bankruptcy clients.

Cons

It's not always intuitive to get around within the software but once I learned how to use the software, it has worked very well.
