We pay only when bikes are rented, and Spinlister manages our liability and offers customers full theft and damage insurance, which is incredibly important in our area. The whole process -from reservations to returns- is totally optimized. It takes longer to show customers a nice bike route on the map, than it does to process a rental on the kiosk. The platform also allows us to message riders out on bikes. Excellent customer service and marketing support from the home office. Could not imagine our rentals working any other way!
