"There are better options out there."

**Overall:** I’ve been using Salesrabbit for seven years and all I can say is protect your data. They may go sell it to your competitors. For example, I gather the customers name, phone number email address, etc. etc. Then they just glean that information out of the database and sell it to your competitor. Turn it into a sellable lead. Who would ever know? I don’t trust them.

**Pros:** Be able to stay on top of appointments and Customer information is very important. Salesrabbit seems to work pretty well.

**Cons:** The pins are often times placed in the wrong spot, especially in new areas. The pins will conglomerate somewhere else and it’s very difficult to use. Plus the staff is not very impressive. I have never had a problem resolved through the customer support. They are all still open pending not working issues, such as the one I just mentioned regarding the mapping. They can’t make it work. You could have the most badass software in the world, but if you don’t have a team to support it, it’s useless.
