Very very good experience. I highly recommend.

Pros

The team at Array set up my form for me based on a word file i sent of our existing paper form. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was so great to work with and communication was excellent. He didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need, which means I am more likely to buy this program when I do need it! It was super easy to share a link for the form on various platforms, and I very much appreciated being notified each time a form was submitted.

Cons

I found it difficult to navigate the collected info as far as a spreadsheet is concerned, but downloading the individual forms was easy and made for organized information.

Pros

Subform is a very useful feature and is probably the feature that stands out. The Data search component is also very useful and also very easy to use.

Cons

The only thing that I think is lacking are the mobile applications. Specifically the Android version. There are too many bugs and there are lots of crashes.

Pros

It can be used offline so all of your forms are easily accessible. The image upload is easy and intuitive too

Cons

When I initially used this I had a link but hadn't been added to the form so had to used web based. Just give up on that one

The ease of use. The support from the Launhcloud team and the variety of features that are available on the platform.

Cons

The information on the list of completed forms, instead of displaying the person who has completed the form it displays the admin user. If it could automatically be set A-Z that would be helpful

Saved time in data capturing and the paperwork is a lot easier to monitor now.

Pros

It is very easy to create new forms. The ability to attach a photo to a form is brilliant. The app is very easy to use and the offline mode is extremely helpful.

Cons

The website interface is not very user friendly for people that are not familiar with computers. Sharing the forms correctly is very confusing.

not having to type out information submitted into spreadsheet, but still have to format

Pros

The automatic download to google drive and online link to share with everyone and the ability to create an excel spreadsheet.

Cons

the reports section is not clear for my orders, it would be nice to see how many people ordered specific products that was outlined.If someone sends form twice and I delete on Launchcloud,it does not delete off google drive spreadsheet.One of the products I deleted also still shows up on the spreadsheet.
