It is an intuitive, powerful tool that is backed by an exceptional support team. The combination of ease of use, rich functionality, and outstanding customer support makes it a very positive experience. I am particularly excited to see how our colleagues will respond when we make our diagram repository available to the rest of the company for consultation. My impression is that they will find the diagrams easy to access and understand, thanks to the tool’s user-friendly approach. I am looking forward to receiving their feedback and remain highly optimistic about its adoption across the organization. Pros This is an extremely intuitive and easy-to-use diagramming tool. I would also like to emphasize the exceptional quality of the support team, which provides valuable modeling guidance, addresses the rare issues with remarkable speed, and is always attentive and responsive to suggestions for further improvements. Cons It is difficult to point to any major areas for improvement. Like with any sophisticated modeling tool, I occasionally encounter a few issues or situations that can be frustrating when working on a diagram. However, the quality and responsiveness of the customer support team are so exceptional that any problem is usually resolved very quickly. One area that comes to mind is the automatic handling of connectors. On occasion, the shape or routing of certain connections may change between work sessions and differ from the layout originally intended. Significant improvements have been made in this area over time, and these occurrences have become increasingly rare. As a best practice, it is still useful to briefly review a diagram when reopening it to ensure that no small elements have been unintentionally adjusted by the tool’s automatic layout mechanisms. I was able to develop and automate my company’s entire operation within the platform. Everything that happens in the business goes through the system. This is because I do not use HEFLO only as a BPMS. In practice, it also supports functions I would normally associate with an ERP, CRM, Shared Services Center, BI tool, and more. Today, our team members are guided 100% by what is in the system. It is the main platform they need for their daily work. Besides that, as a business process consultant, we made sure that our processes are fully mapped and running within the platform. At KIWI, we have documentation, automation, governance, indicators, communication, data, files... everything is orchestrated within the system. Managers can monitor and control operations much more easily. We also developed dashboards and operational indicators ourselves, but HEFLO provides the level of customization needed to make this possible. And beyond the customization available inside the platform itself, we can also integrate it with external systems whenever needed. In our case, our processes are automatically integrated with our official website, Google tools, artificial intelligence solutions, Stripe, and other platforms. When used to its full potential, HEFLO offers excellent value for the price. In addition to the system itself, the support team is excellent. The professionals are proactive, truly focused on solving problems, and always provide useful tips and guidance while taking the specifics of each case into account. Criar fluxos é simples e visualmente muito claro, o que facilita bastante o entendimento não só para quem monta, mas também para todo o time que precisa acompanhar ou executar os processos. Outro ponto positivo é a facilidade de compartilhamento e colaboração. Isso ajuda muito no alinhamento entre as áreas, reduz dúvidas no dia a dia e torna a comunicação mais objetiva, já que todos conseguem visualizar exatamente como o processo deve funcionar.
