Pros I liked the software because it allowed me to model the entire flow of my work on the web, without worrying about which machine I would be accessing, can be from home, service, a friend's house, finally, just have access the Internet! And I can share my project with all the actors involved, who can also make edits at work, if I allow them. The documentation available both on the blog in text format and on videos helped me a lot in the initial development process, a lot of contextual presentation of the application of symbols, the examples of ready workflows also helped a lot. Most of my questions were not how to manipulate the software but how to relate the BPMN symbols to create the flow I needed. The possibility of creating versions of my project and / or cloning are great options when you don't want to ask for an idea and at the same time you want to make some adjustments and then decide which option is best. Being able to export to BPMN format is also a big advantage and gives me security of portability to another tool if I for some reason give up using HEFLO.
