Pros It gives us the opportunity to assess the candidates remotely.It's the only tool in Greek that assesses soft skills playing a game, so this makes the whole recruitment process pleasant to the candidates. Cons We feel that the environment is "unpleasant" with the monsters and the colors for unfamiliar users to pc games. About the selection of the heroes:1. The description and the characteristics of each hero are not easy to find when the user opens the platform2. Their communication and responsiveness was second to none and they were always on hand to answer questions and to provide input so that we got the most from their software. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Owiwi to businesses who are looking to shake up their candidate assessment process, you won't regret it. Pros The game itself is gripping, you become fully invested in the story line and the whole assessment process becomes fun rather than stressful and unenjoyable.
