Pros

Talkspirit est très intuitif et ergonomique, j'apprécie particulièrement la facilité d'échanger des conversations des échanges écrits ou visio (facilitée en plus par le lien personnel menant vers un salon vidéo privé). J'apprécie aussi les fonctionnalités de Drive professionnel, qui permettent d'avoir un backup en cas de panne des serveurs de mon entreprise. L'application mobile est elle aussi très claire.

Cons

Honnêtement, toutes les fonctionnalités dont j'ai besoin sont disponibles sur Talkspirit. Peut-être le seul point négatif : les notifications de mes conversations privées ne semblent pas fonctionner sur téléphone, j'ai tenté de changer un paramètre à l'instant, à voir si cela améliore les choses.

Talkspirit est un véritable réseau social d'entreprise. A ce titre, il nous permet d'être plus efficaces et réactifs dans la gestion de nos projets.

Pros

\- Un logiciel 100% français. Les données sont hébergées en France. - La simplicité d'utilisation. L'interface est intuitive et permet une rapide prise en main. - Regroupe les fonctionnalités essentielles de collaboration et de suivi de projets tels que le calendrier partagé, la visioconférence intégrée, l'assignation et la gestion des tâches ainsi qu'une suite bureautique. - Permet une gestion simple et efficace des fichiers (drives).

Cons

Le manque de personnalisation dans la gestion des notifications et des alertes. Cependant, les équipes sont à l'écoute, réactives et tiennent compte des remarques des utilisateurs.

Facile à utiliser une fois qu'on en a fait l'habitude.

Pros

Je l'ai essayé pour la première fois en tant qu'outil collaboratif pour un projet de recherche. Mes collaborateurs semblent apprécier la simplicité de la plateforme et l'importance accordée à la sécurité des données. Le drive permet l'édition des documents à plusieurs personnes en simultanée.

Cons

Je suis obligée de voir toute la liste des groupes associés à mon organisation, ce qui pour moi n'a pas forcement intérêt. Il serait bien d'avoir une façon à les cacher et montrer que les groupes pertinents pour moi (par ex. ceux qui j'administre, ceux dont je fais partie, etc.). Concernant le drive, il serait mieux si la taille maximale/fichier pouvait dépasser 1 Go.

Le tchat pour les conversations en multisite, le drive comme lieu de stockage de documents (supports de formation, guide de l'animateur, quiz de fin de formation.....), le fil d'actualités des différents sites de notre société, les notifications visibles rapidement
