### "A solid no B.S. card"

It's so non-discriminant and easy to use that I've been using it for years and years and years personal and professionally. There referral services Straight up and pays out quickly I've hooked all my friends and family up.

Pros

Just about everything is free, and what isn't you hardly notice. They have a version of a credit card that gains interest and affects your credit even though I don't have one yet. But I like how I can connect chime with any type of credit monitoring service, the syncing works with KEY bank which seems to be picky with whom they work with. Also I've noticed that half of the banks with debit cards don't wanna let you link the actual cards with services like Google pay so you can go contactless and with chime it's a piece of cake.

Cons

Sometimes their customer service is a little hard to get threw to. I can always get someone it just takes a little while. And you get an additional savings account right off the bat whether you want it or not. It's not bothersome and your not forced to use it I just think it's a waste.

Reason for choosing Lofty

Well their app is very easy to use and they have ATMs everywhere.

I've been using Lofty for nearly 5 years and spent more time resolving technical issues than I ever did using the software to run my business. There's not enough room here to cover the endless number of issues I've had with the it and there is never any quick resolution to question or issue. As of today, I've had over 100 leads missing for over a month. Sadly, this amount of time is not unusual. I had a ticket open for over 6 months trying to fix how an image was displaying on my homepage and there is almost no way to escalate an issue so you keep babysitting the ticket for weeks. The worst part is, once you've invested all the time and effort into building your website yourself, you are stuck because you cannot take it with you if you leave Lofty. I'm sick over it, I've agonized over leaving it because it really does offer so much - but it's come to a point where I'd probably be more efficient running my business with a rolodex and wall phone.

Pros

Lofty offers so much, a near end to end solution for Realtors. If only it worked as it was supposed to. Fantastic search capabilities and attractive websites.

Cons

Constantly plagued with issues, glitches and terrible customer support where tickets drag on for weeks or months. Prepare to be nickeled and dimed for endless features: AI Assistant? Extra. CMA tool? Extra. Home values? Extra. Smart plans are very technical and cumbersome to set up. AI assistant is robotic, unable to be instructed and unreliable.

I like Lofty and it has a ton of potential; however, there are somethings that are missing that could really set it apart form other CRM/marketing software. I think what is missing is having programmers working with an agent and watch what they use and what they do not use and why. Having a customer service advocate would be a great add. This would allow your clients to know who to go to, because your current support is not very responsive and when they are it is surprising to get someone that can fix what is needed.

Pros

I can see the potential, but there is a missing link and that is programming spending time with actual users.

Cons

I have had a horrible experience with getting support. I would have to say this is Lofty's biggest weakness.

### "Don't waste your money!"

They made a lot of promises when they sign you up but never delivered. I had them for six months and only got a few bad leads.

Pros

I don't have one thing I liked about this company. They never delivered on their promises and I wasted my money

Cons

Customer service. When you call their customer service you get some foreigner that you can barely understand. The few leads I did get in the 6 months I had them were terrible, even when I paid extra to have them do the ads for me I got 1 lead!

Lofty has been a Great experience. The system has brought many values to my business. Bringing a sense of organization, Time management, and heightening the communication with clients and customers along with the office staff. I look forward to 2026 increasing my revenue and decreasing my wasted time.

Pros

What I like most about Lofty is the "Lead Management" and I have experienced great security and no cyber disruptions. Features I like most about the CRM are; First, the professional communication, 2nd, the suggestions profiled to each client and the composing of emails. This is great for when I am on the go have not made notes. This feature I have high regard for and is value for the money. 3rd, the device compatibility with my lead management apps. My Clients are engaging with me more and I am securing more leads since the use of Lofty as my CRM. All this on a learning curve. My goal is to engage with the teaching and learning materials (TLM) along with client support.

Cons

Least Client support and use of some of the advertising features: I used both in 2025 and found it time-consuming and difficult to reach a knowledgeable support team member. took 3 days and 2 support team personnel. Maybe my learning curve - I have not taken any TLMs. I would also like to engage with a private tutor when it is presented to Castle Rock Realty as a package deal again.

What I like most about Lofty is how well it centralizes my real estate business in one place. The lead capture and automation tools make it easy to respond quickly and consistently, which is critical for converting online and social media leads.

Cons

What I like least about Lofty is the setup process for SmartPlans. While they are powerful once running, the initial setup feels time-consuming and not very intuitive. Creating, customizing, and adjusting SmartPlans can be confusing, especially when trying to tailor them to different lead sources or client types. A more streamlined setup process, clearer guidance, and easier customization would make SmartPlans much more user-friendly and efficient.

I've already recommended Lofty to other Realtors multiple times. It will save you time and money. It takes a bit to get it set up, but you will get the hang of it!

Pros

I love the AI option in Lofty! Saves me time and money! Being able to set up multiple social media posts and use AI is a win!

Cons

I'd like to be able to use a Planner more effectively with posting AI social media posts. I'd love to say Option 1 on Monday or Option 2 on Wednesday, etc.

Horrible. Nothing but promises. Never resolve anything even when you escalate. I've never had so many problems with email. Lofty has undermined my business like no other software.

Pros

Lots of features but none of them work. Customer service picks up but they never solve problems. They are very good about asking for feedback but don't apply it.

Cons

Horrible, horrible, horrible. What a waste of time and money. We have submitted over 50 tickets in a two month period. Emails bounce, websites don't integrate, features don't work, they make promises, open tickets and close them with no resolution. I have used multiple CRMs and this is by far the worst customer service ever. I wouldn't use it if it were FREE.

The credit builder account is the best feature about this software, I truly believe that this software can help build the whole world economy! I trust and use Chime, always will, and will continue to provide Chime services to all around!

Cons

The only minor problems I see is the timing it takes to Deposit from ACH. Kind of not a big fan on waiting 4 to 7 days on transfers.

### "I can't stand Lofty"

They never call you back and take a WEEK to email you back. They use too much AI for customer service and are probably OUTSOURCING as well overseas. I can't stand Lofty overall. A few things are good, like Smart Plan B and organizing of leads. However it is insanely convoluted to use and not at all intuitive, app and desktop. The app does not show you 90% of desktop functions either and the website looks like crap on the phone with elelements out of place and lying on one another. Lofty does not allow for a newsletter and the self made smart plan email doesn't go to where directed,nor can you hit Send Once at a specific time. Despise it.

Pros

Very little do I like. The pipeline and segments is good, and the Smart Plan suggestion is good.

Cons

Chime is an awesome CRM it beats out all the competitors with its integrations and consistent updates and improvements.

Chime tends to crash after every update. There is always a new glitch and support is not helpful.

I love being able to see exactly what my buyers are looking at and saving. I also really enjoy using the CMA feature and the mass email feature. I use the Social studio to promote my listings.

Pros

The smart plans are key in creating automated messaging. The social media posts are also very nice to have.

Cons

The customer support is terrible and slow. They have guides and walkthroughs for technology that they say they don't actually support. Why even have it in your instructions and guides if you don't have it? They can easily waste your time. If you absolutely need Lofty, I understand, but there are better more affordable CRM's out there.

I would not recommend Lofty, the only reason we used it is because our google ppc provider funneled our IDX leads through there. Would never buy outside of that.

Pros

It was a basic CRM that did have some functionality. AI chatbox was helpful and affordable, however you get what you pay for.

Cons

They are behind almost every CRM company for real estate in many ways. Their support system for users is really lacking, they were hard to get ahold of and rarely knew how to help me with specific questions.

Nothing to share here, I am sorry...oh may be the last rep that reached out.. She was very nice, too bad she is working for the wrong company

When you sign, "it is all free and no contract etc" when you ask to cancel there us suddenly a One time Monthly Fee of $500 they charge and for what???The website was not ready for a month, the bill was paid though... Then I have requested the email to be updated with the one connected to my business instead with my personal email...it took more than a month for this to be done.. Then I scheduled a call to go over all with a rep so I can easily understand and implement.. I was given tons of links to watch.. because this is what I am paying the $500 per month ??? I was finally assigned a rep - she was able to explain 80% and the rest again- watch the videos... At this point I reached to another colleague of mine to ask about her experience...and she has a Team...she was so upset because she was paying just like me but the website wasn't ready and set correctly so she can't launch and use it.. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE After a few more reviews and more research I decided to just cancel.. Called all the reps I have had the opportunity to speak with prior to buying the service and each number goes to a voicemail. Then I started receiving emails from TECH SUPPORT.. I am saving the emails so if you think I am just messing with you call me and I will forward the email... So let me finish quickly here.. After multiple emails from Tech Support - My 1st request to cancel was made on \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]... today is \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and I am waiting for them to call me with THE NEXT STEP????

I also loved the thing we have an AI who texted our lead, drip campaigns as well are really good and also this CRM not pricey.

None so far, hopefully they will have an option to call directly though the laptop and no bridge number needed for virtual assistant

It's a wonderful experience especially with small scale companies that helps not only in transactions but also in communication.

Pros

Chime software is easy to assess. It has no Hidden fees attached to transactions and transactions are really fast. Also if you make a mistake you account will not be easily freezed unlike others

Chime has high deposit fees for cash deposition which sometimes makes things difficult

I am not happy at all. The only reason we are staying with this CRM is because we feel stuck with everything we have set up and do not have the time to set up another one right now. I am disappointed on so many levels and have even spoken to some of the "managers" who just feed you BS and do not seem to care. One manager there \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was a total jerk to me because I was upset on the amount of problems I was dealing with for WEEKS.

Pros

I like the features THAT WORK. Tagging and lead tracking are not too bad but every other CRM offers this.

Cons

I do not even know where to start honestly. They offer a lot but they do not take the time to fix the new things they are implementing and just move on to new features. Working with the tech team (That works overnight by the way if you are in the U.S.) is like pulling teeth. I have several tickets open. I get generic responses and temporary fixes.

We have been throught no fewer than 7 or 8 success managers. I had t quit working it so I could finally go get some sales.

Pros

Smart plans-after one year, will not automatically start. Do no move to next plan as designed. Importation was terrible. On boarding we had hundreds of hours trying to get it to work. We have had 4 "success" managers in the past 7 weeks. Does not work as they say. I can honestly say, we have spent over $5500 on Chime monthly fees, and hundreds of hours. Not responsible for one sale. In fact, i can say that they have slowed my business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YET. I have not given up, but I should have.

Cons

EXTREMELY FEATURE RICH AND YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA IF THEY WORK OR NOT...or worse, are they currently working?

THe sales buy promised it would work. It has not worked at all so far. Way to feature rich and there are a tone of bugs.

So far, I have had no complaints. Customer service is nice and everything is so simple that there is no cause for mistakes or issues.

Pros

I love that there is an option to round up transactions and take 20% from your direct deposit each time placing it into a separate savings account. This is a great way to save without actually missing the deducted amount, as you don’t see it in beginning. It’s also a plus that you and a friend receive $50 for a referral!

Cons

My least like about this software is that your able to see your savings balance right on login screen. I wish there was a way to at least minimize it to hide balance just so you aren’t constantly reminded of your balance. It causes your mind to go straight to “oh, there’s money in there.” This results in depending on your savings at times and that isn’t my goal.
