### "Great for agents, difficult for lenders"

While I like that my agent partners like it, the features as the lender are not helpful. With Kunversion, I could see the source of the lead and any notes the agents added as they talked to the leads (like if they've called 10 times and no one has answered, or if they added their sister-in-law so it's not a random lead from the internet). I need their logins to be able to fully help them with leads since that's the only way to see the notes and lead activity.

Pros

I like that I can share the platform with my lending partners and it gives them the ability to follow up with their leads.

Cons

As a lender, I cannot see the majority of the notes that my agent partners add. I am unable to see if they've talked, where the lead came from if they added it within their notes, or any other important info to help them with their leads. I also dislike the billing. As the agents add or remove team members, we should be able to see the count since we are splitting that cost with them. I shouldn't have to reach out to support to get updates on something that should be available to view in the billing screen.

Hello Rachel, thank you for your review. We appreciate your time. I reached out to our Product Specialists and they confirmed that lender partners should be able to see all notes. So the reason you are not seeing them could be due to a couple different reasons: --the admin of the account adjusted your permissions, somehow preventing you from seeing notes. --there are no notes being left --there is a filter applied, which would cause the notes not to populate (for example, if the filter is set to only show "auto emails", then notes may not show. My experience with Lofty has been extremely positive. It’s intuitive, well-organized, and brings everything I need into one place, which makes staying consistent and responsive much easier. What really stands out is how it supports both daily agent activity and long-term growth without feeling overwhelming. It’s a platform that actually works with you, not against you.

Pros

All-in-one simplicity: CRM, IDX site, lead routing, automations — fewer logins, less chaos. Lead follow-up that actually works: Smart plans + texting/email that keep agents from dropping the ball.

Cons

So many features can make it overwhelming at times, but breaking it down to smaller pieces makes it more manageable.

### "Strong Platform, but Support and Advertising Need Improvement"

I would still recommend Lofty overall, but with realistic expectations. It is a powerful platform with strong potential, especially for agents who are experienced, tech-savvy, and willing to invest time into setup and customization. However, it is not plug-and-play, and some features do not currently live up to how they are marketed. If Lofty improves customer support responsiveness, follows through more consistently on issue resolution and refunds, and refines its advertising, SEO, and AI tools, it could easily become a top-tier platform. As it stands, it’s a solid system with strengths, but also some meaningful gaps that prospective users should be aware of.

Pros

Lofty offers a powerful all-in-one platform that combines CRM, IDX website, marketing tools, and automation under one system. The Smart Plans, pipelines, and lead management tools provide flexibility for agents who want to customize workflows instead of being locked into a rigid process. I also appreciate the control over branding, landing pages, and long-term nurture campaigns. The AI tools are a nice addition and show promise, especially for content assistance and automation, even though they still have room to mature. Overall, Lofty works well for agents who want to consolidate their tech stack and build systems for long-term growth.

Cons

There have been several frustrating issues that have impacted my experience. The paid advertising features were not working as advertised, which Lofty acknowledged, but I was never provided with a clear solution or path forward. I was also promised refunds for some of those products and never received them, which was disappointing and eroded trust. Customer service responsiveness has declined noticeably. What once took minutes to resolve now often takes days. The SEO features of the agent website are also challenging and do not function the way they are advertised, requiring far more manual effort than expected. Additionally, while the AI tools are promising, they are still early-stage and need significant improvement to deliver consistent, reliable results.

Overall, Lofty has been a solid, feature-rich CRM that does a lot for my business in one place. It took a long time to set up the way I wanted, and there are still quirks, but I feel it’s been getting better over the years.

Pros

Lofty packs a lot into one platform: website, CRM, smart plans, and some social media management, which is convenient. I like the automation and smart plans for keeping follow-up consistent.

Cons

It’s pricey, especially for a solo agent, and the lack of transparent pricing on their website is frustrating. I also run into bugs from time to time, and support, while helpful, can be slow to respond.

### "Frustrated New Lofty User"

It has been the worst part of my experience with Engel & Völkers and I'm not sure why they require that we use Lofty. We wish there was a good CRM system.

Pros

I like that Lofty is linked with Engle & Völkers. I am disappointed that a luxury brand with great customer service has not chosen a CRM with similar qualities

Cons

I am the owner of an Engle & Völkers franchise. I have been trying to learn how to use Lofty for a year and a half. Customer support is slow and they rarely answer the question asked. It is mind boggling. I have asked numerous times to be in touch with someone who can share a simple overview and I'm told that does not exist. I am show the various online classes I can take. I have tried those... I need an hour with someone to show me how to use this as an owner. Our leads do not always come through clearly. It takes weeks to find a solution and then another problem occurs. I am exhausted trying to learn the system. Our sales advisors ignore it as it doesn't help them. I cannot advocate a tool to them that I don't understand. I am not a fan.

### "Not super excited about services"

Not good. Most of the time customer service, help desk, doesn't have the info and gives wrong info.

Pros

What I like is that my broker recommended this at a lower rate. There isn't anything else I can think of.

Cons

Limitations. So many limitations with features. Texting, group texting, my accounts don't sync well from computer to phone, which causes me to miss messages all the time, not being able to block spam and so on and so on.

I've had a good experience with Lofty, as a real estate admin who's in charge of the website for a team of seven high producing agents. It was fairly easy to transition to from BoomTown, and I would recommend it to others. It's more affordable than many other real estate CRMs, and gives a solid value for the price you pay!

Pros

I like how easy it is to build your website through Lofty (as a real estate admin); the templates are great and easy to customize. The agents like the lead management as well. Support has been helpful.

Cons

I do wish there were some more freestyle blocks/site elements in the website design portion, but it is still very workable.

### "Pros and Cons of Lofty"

I like Lofty and it has a ton of potential; however, there are somethings that are missing that could really set it apart form other CRM/marketing software. I think what is missing is having programmers working with an agent and watch what they use and what they do not use and why. Having a customer service advocate would be a great add. This would allow your clients to know who to go to, because your current support is not very responsive and when they are it is surprising to get someone that can fix what is needed.

Pros

I can see the potential, but there is a missing link and that is programming spending time with actual users.

Cons

I have had a horrible experience with getting support. I would have to say this is Lofty's biggest weakness.

Its been great, as an agent this is a great tool to keep your clients busy looking at listings while you know exactly what they are looking at.

Pros

Integration and customization, there are some third party apps that can sync with it, giving you more control over things in one same place.

Cons

Some features are limited outside the US, like the zip code thing to get listings, or mexican phone numbers cant register.

If I ever seem to have a technical issue or question, the support team is available to help me. I have been able to solve all issues with their assistance. I would not be able to help my agents half as well without the support team's guidance and responses. Because of the support I receive, it encourages my agents to continue to use the platform as well. Knowing there is full support behind a program makes all the difference in the world. Thank you so much for having such a great support team.

Pros

I really appreciate the interface being user friendly. I also like the ability of the agent website integrated in the platform. Lofty has great potential to elevate an agent's business when used consistently. I think the menu is clear to navigate and makes sense to a user of any skill level.

Cons

There is very little about Lofty that I don't like. Everything available is easy to access and helpful for business. I look forward to seeing more options become available to enhance websites with videos added to regular property pages.

Lofty is a great tool for a real estate agent. The website is such a huge lead magnet and the automated features are amazing. The support is easy to contact and help troubleshoot issues.

Pros

I loved the aesthetic, features and learning curve. This CRM has so many features and the automation is amazing. It's nice having a system that works for you in the background so I can focus on other aspects on my business.

Cons

I wish I didn't have to purchase a lot of the add-ons. I am still new and the features would be amazing but I don't have the budget.

Great! I've used other CRMs in the past, and this one seems to stay on top of SEO/AI. While it's expansive on what it does, it can be complex for users.

Heavy & outdated Javascript. Faster processing of requests via lofty support. Staying on top of some relevant SEO/AEO/GEO changes.

Except for support I have been thrilled with Lofty. The only frustration has been support and the requirement to repeatedly say the same thing over and over.

Pros

Amazing software, integrated, automated, and very easy to use. While there are a few limitations of the website, it looks and functions amazing.

Cons

Customer service response timeline is slow. Like 24 hrs for an email response, and a large chance that the email response from support will ask for information that has already been asked and sent or was listed in the original request. After 7 days of back and forth with 3 different representatives asking the exact same question I moved to chat. They take almost 10 minues to respond to each chat message, but if you do not respond in less than 2 they start messaging asking if you left the chat already. It is not the fault of the reps, but is the fact that Lofty has them talking to multiple people at once, so they bounce between tasks and questions, and conversations trying to keep up and provide a very low level of service response time.

As a beginner user, I'm still learning the software, but I can see the value it will bring to my business.

Pros

The automations and smart plans open up endless possibilities. The support is also top notch. I'm able to reach someone fairly quickly, via chat or phone call.

Cons

This is a con, but also a pro: Lofty is powerful. I don't know how to use it to its fullest capability and in order for me to become a "super-user" I need to spend more time with the trainings and testing out the different features.

Marketing properties is great, easy to connect to other lead sources, web url pages, and price point is great.

Cons

Not being able to scroll to the next lead/client, more technology than I am used to, and it doesn't send me reminders to my email.

Pros

I love being able to see exactly what my buyers are looking at and saving. I also really enjoy using the CMA feature and the mass email feature. I use the Social studio to promote my listings.

Cons

I love everything I have used so far. I cannot think of anything I would change. I was not super crazy about the AI contact feature.

I really enjoy Lofty for my client database and follow up system. I'm able to integrate several system into one to make it an all in one system.

Pros

The Dashboard is easy to navigate and has helpful features. The Task reminder is so helpful with staying on task each day so that I don't miss important follow ups with clients.

Cons

I haven't been able to explore all the features yet because there are so many helpful ones. Still in the learning curve phase.

Compared to other CRM this good. the basic settings work. not sure about the other options that it provides

Cons

when I was speaking with sales person her told me so many things I would be getting for the price to find out it was not true. they are add on's I was not expecting. very disappointed.

Overall, Lofty has allowed me to communicate with leads much more effectively. I would like to take my usage of Lofty to the next level. Maybe a live webinar or step by step guide on a process would be helpful. For example a class on how to use the most effective process with Lofty.

Pros

Easy to communicate with leads. Also allows for AI assistance and help to create content and ideas on how to reach clients.

Cons

Some items that are included and ways to reach clients are difficult to navigate and create. The ideas are good, but applying them are much harder.

### "Wouldn't use it if it were free - Horrible CRM"

Horrible. Nothing but promises. Never resolve anything even when you escalate. I've never had so many problems with email. Lofty has undermined my business like no other software.

Pros

Lots of features but none of them work. Customer service picks up but they never solve problems. They are very good about asking for feedback but don't apply it.

Cons

Horrible, horrible, horrible. What a waste of time and money. We have submitted over 50 tickets in a two month period. Emails bounce, websites don't integrate, features don't work, they make promises, open tickets and close them with no resolution. I have used multiple CRMs and this is by far the worst customer service ever. I wouldn't use it if it were FREE.

I like how it keeps all contact information in one place and allows you to set reminders for your tasks. Customer support is very slow responding and it's hard to get a fast and direct answer with issues.

Pros

I love that the AI intelligence writes texts and emails for you.

Cons

The filters are hard to navigate and do not stay permanently.
