Very often the recipients found the e-mails in spam, there was no possibility to ask to unsubscribe and the sending took place in blocks of 100, then you had to wait for the sending to restart. You should get a 10/10 score to avoid delivery issues. Note that in current v8.8.2 you can click on the 'SpamCheck' button directly to access the very same service. There are many ways to add an unsubscribe link or button to your message. We probably should use it more often than we do. Pros This program is not great but it's the only one I know of for the Mac and it does work. It's fairly straight forward and does what you'd need it to do. You can load your customer list and set it up with whatever fields you need. If you want to include names and or addresses you can do so and include them in a variable in the letter. One thing I do like is that you can load your list and the program automatically takes care of discarding any duplicates. Cons Nothing specific. It's the easist way to send your message out directly to your people. Easy to import contacts, set up emails with any kind of text (stylized, HTML, plain), images, and links. Under constant development to add features, increase compatibility and stability. Cons I still haven't gotten the knack of reversing which names are selected from a list. Can't tell you how great that felt. Pros In less than 10 minutes, I can send a personalized email, with content attached, to 100+ prospects and clients. Can't get better than that for a sales professional whose business depends on frequent, personal, on-target communications. Cons Managing lists is somewhat non-intuitive, and customizing fields in lists where you plan to import data can be a little tricky.
