Pros: Features are easy to use and quick to deploy. Training WH operators on the tool was easy. Was able to quickly integrate with inhouse systems for automatic order processing. A handheld based solution for pickers was very useful and improved operational efficiency.
Cons: Plugins to integrate with other 3rd party automation software would be nice.
