Pros: Easy to ease. Professional look. I receive an alert when the prospective clients open it, which allows me to time my follow-up call

Cons: chrome add-on buggs. Confused between pipeline and pandadoc. Other than that no complaints.

Overall: Fast way to make more complicated price offers. Accurate sales process with touch points at the right time

Pros: The company had a wonderful concept to bring to market, with great (potential) tracking and document signing/embedding
The real reason to use, is its a money saver vs. the current industry leads. However, don't expect it for the analytics component they sell, as there are issues there.

Cons: - They have serious issues on customer support, follow up, and execution.
- They have bugs that have lasted months/years in their organization, and with little follow up from customer support, for issues on their reports of tracking, email, and view analytics
- Things like the analytics feature sends false information on reports (their real value-add/differentiation), and has incomplete data when you actually compare the analytics generated on proposals or documents sent vs. the real use.
- As well, their customer support can fluctuate a lot, and they've had significant staff changes which change communication with tickets for support

Overall: Good embedding. document signing features, and capabilities for proposal sending/components to put together.

An easy tp use platform for all my Agreement and Proposal needs.

Pros: Its so easy to get paper work to people who are faraways! It's made my life so much easier when it comes to the hiring process in our security firm. Once an interviewee leaves, we discuss if we want to hire him/her and then I send them the employment package, making my life so much easier.

Cons: You have to select each feild when assigning them to someone. Like why isn't there a control select option on here?

Overall: Easy sending out employment agreements, easy sending out service proposals.

Pros: This software assists us in procuring more business and provides us visibility as to what people are focused on during contract reviews. It allows us valuable insight and as a result we are able to close deals faster.

Cons: There is nothing negative that I can think to provide about the software, it provides us such value.

Pros: Great visual design and fast functionality of web-based portal. We love the content and template library too.

Cons: Would be nice to customize the document delivery (via email tool) to the client. Make it look more custom and cleaner than default. Automate content creation would rock!

Pros: Ease of use. Integrations. Design. Workflow. Managment. Payment. Just great easy to train tool for small and medium organizations to keep important branded documents together.

Cons: Specifically to Hubspot, the available integration tokens. Additionally, and this might be something I need to better edify, how to best manage team/ client document (contracts, pro formas and invoices) via integrated partner (Hubspot) for better team collaboration.

Pros: We are able to choose from templates which allows us to be consistent with our outgoing proposals. Easier to compile a proposal.

Cons: The software is somewhat confusing for new users. There are too many different steps to take when preparing a proposal.

Overall: Overall, It has been great receiving an email with the status of a proposal i.e. when it is sent, viewed, signed.

Pros: As a small business owner, I send multiple small proposals per week, and it was getting hard to keep track of them in word docs. PandaDoc Proposals helped to make it easier to create my proposals, and keep track of ones that had been sent out but not closed.

Cons: It is a rather expensive product. It's features are great, but for the cost I would rather keep it simple and have fewer features to keep the price down.

Pretty good product, has a nice mix of features at it's pricepoint, but with some limitations.

Pros: Content Library / Template Library functionality is the best feature. Close second is the import from google doc feature, if the text were editable after import this might be the #1 feature.

Cons: The text formatting (especially with bullets) is atrocious! It's also very difficult to make pretty looking presentations compared to a tool like Qwilr. The way files are made and filed is also pretty annoying, it takes a lot of dilligance to keep proposals, sows, etc, filed in different folders. Also the abandoned started template docs clutter things up. (Maybe have a status for a doc created from a template but not edited, or just remove the ones that aren't edited?)

Overall: It makes creating and sending SOWs and other signable contract type stuff super easy and professional. It's a great tool for that sort of stuff. We have used it for proposal making as well, but it's just not very visually compelling at the levels of effort we're able to invest. (Qwilr makes it much easier to make beautiful presentations for proposals.)

Pros: PandaDoc has allowed us to streamline our proposal process tremendously. Because of the content library, template functions and ease of use, we've been able to double the number of proposals we put out in the same timeframe before implementation.
The analytics reporting feature has assisted in increasing our win rates. We can hone in on the areas of our proposals that resonate with our prospects, allowing the follow-up meetings to be more focused - discussing targeted, relevant themes, services and needs.
PandaDoc's development team is very open to feedback and ideas on how to improve the platform. It's refreshing to work with a company that takes your input and one-off special requests to not only deliver on those requests for you but roll out these changes across the board for all of their users. Having a say in the process of polishing and tweaking a product to work best for us is a value-added benefit.
The various plug-ins for other software, such as CRM systems, is useful for collaboration between departments.
The ability to customize the CSS to fit our brand is essential. We can customize templates with designs that fulfill each of our needs.
Having multiple workspaces under one account is extremely helpful keeping documents separated for different departments and projects.

Cons: There are a few small issues that we've run into, however, the pros of this software heavily outweigh the cons. PandaDoc does not allow for multiple users to work in a document at the same time, but I believe this is something that is being addressed in the new editor or at least on the buildout updates for the future.
From time to time we will run into small formatting issues due to a glitch in the coding. More often than not, they are isolated to one document. For a couple of issues we ran into, the development team was able to provide a timely fix, and the issues have been non-recurring.
In the past few years that we've been using the platform, we have only had three instances where the software was down, two of those instances were for less than an hour. Even with the downtime, we have never missed a deadline to deliver a proposal, even in an industry where RFPs are common.

Pros: I like how you can resend reminders to my clients. This will keep them on top of mind.
I also like that they can pay via the credit card implementation

Cons: I dont like that i need to keep re-signing in every day. It becomes tedious to have to sign in via my google account every day.

Overall: We are able to customize our agreements, we can edit and change on the fly. We can create beautiful proposals that are sent to the client in a professional manner

Pros: It works with my CRM ProsperWorks to populate all of my quotes. Saves time for me and my customer .

Cons: Sometimes there are glitches when adding information to tokens. Other than that it seems to work great.

Pros: Super easy! It only takes a view seconds to send out an agreement. Everything is already set up in a template and all I have to do is fill in like 2 items. I also LOVE how I can see when the customer views it, signs it, and pays it. Also love how I can see how long they spent on each page and how many times they viewed it.

Cons: The only dislike I have is sometimes I don't get replies from the customer to the email with the document (hopefully that makes sense). No problem at all though! I just send an email and say not to reply to that one, but my work email. Super easy.

Overall: Super easy to send out what I need and love seeing what time to the customer viewed, signed, and paid the document.

Comments: A great application to use.

Pros: The streamlined process from beginning a proposal through to sending it to our client ensures they are received in a timelier manner than what we have experienced before. Saving templates and documents allows for a more efficient preparation process, as you don't need to re-create everything from the start. We really like that we can integrate a client's information right through to payment at the acceptance of the proposal. The auto-save function is good to have as is setting up a payment to integrate to another system.

Cons: We found a few glitches when adding extra headers and text fields. Thankfully the autosave function allows you to exit back to the dashboard and you can return to your template without having lost your work.

Pros: I used PandaDocs for about 5 months to design alter and send out custom proposals for clients. I loved how easy it was to add fields that updated dynamically throughout the document.

Cons: I think the biggest Con was the lack of templates to choose from at the time I used it. I wanted more options of templates to pick from.

Pros: Templates - massive time-saver and so easy to edit and send a completed contract to client. Ease of signing for clients, plus signing order functionality - makes the whole workflow super fast and professional.

Cons: I'd love to be able to insert an existing quote table into another document (i.e. quote for job into contract for same job). I have also found when copying text into a document that the font colour changes from black (copied text) to grey (pasted text).

Pros: I love having templates - our business isn't one which can be easily automated but this saves us a lot of time and allows us to be consistent.

Cons: No real dislikes! It's always being improved and added to, support is good. It doesn't do dumb things like insist you use 100 characters, unlike this reviews site! :)

Overall: Speeds up our proposal process. Easy to track who has read, and to send follow ups. Makes our proposals consistent. Keeps all proposals in one place.

Pros: I love that it is so easy to use and that one can view the analytics for each individual doc. I love the auto reminder feature as well, assisting us with closing a deals quicker.

Cons: A lot of the time the contracts go into our customer's spam folder, so it would be awesome if we could send a link to our customers to get the contract directly opposed to going through emails trying to find the link.

Overall: It increases our productivity in the workplace. One can easily view exactly what was worked on & when (from an internal perspective).

Pros: Our sales team finds it to be flexible enough for the various proposal requirements they deal with and the look and feel we've been able to create is a differentiator for us.

Cons: If the prospect requires you to send a PDF and doesn't execute the agreement via PandaDoc there is no way to change the status of the proposal in PandaDoc.

Pros: The easy blocks of action items. For example adding text or images. The use of Tokens is nice. Formatting is pretty simple and helpful.

Cons: Lack of page design control. And Barry any clients want to sign agreement within app. So we have lots of open proposals that are actually approved but not signed or confirmed within app.

Pros: The fact that it handles so many features (as mentioned above) in one single package, in additiona to tracking analytics (when recipients open/view documents), use of templates, reusable content libraries, price lists - and backed by an excellent (and responsive) support team.

Cons: We don't have the Enterprise version, so we can't use some of the advanced features we would like. Having said that, we of course understand that every product must have various pricing levels - we simply don't need enough of these features to upgrade to Enterprise.

A more vibrant way to share our proposals with prospects. First impressions make all the difference.

Pros: I enjoy the drag and drop aspects. It's overall easy to use once you get in. We have already created custom designed templates via our internal design team.

Cons: One big con would be the line item discount option. We would like to be able to put in the exact discount, rather than playing process of elimination with decimals. Also, when i click tab inside the pricing table thinking it will take me to the next box, it takes me to the bottom of the document. Otherwise I'd say to are my two changes I'd like to see.

Makes what used to take hours only take minutes and in a much more controlled way.

Pros: It makes using templates, creating templates and standardizing things so much easier. Helps immensely with consistency and has a lot of functionality which is awesome. I work with both our sales team and our clearance and acquisition team (licensing) and it works well for both purposes.

Cons: Sometimes its functionality is limited - would like to see the ability to move whole folders like in Windows Explorer and would like the ability to combine two templates into one document or to put a whole template into the content library to allow it to be added in one fell swoop to another document/template. Wish there were more way to protect templates from people on the team being able to change them.

Pros: PandaDoc allows you to integrate with your CRM so that it creates proposals based on the information that you have of your clients in the CRM. You can monitor when your clients view the proposals.

Cons: Can't think of anything! Everything works very well and it's easy to manage and keep track of all the proposals you've sent. Makes the sales cycle a breeze.

Pros: Our team was able to create a handful of templates, and utilize the library of resources to customize every proposal for the customer. Easy to use, easy to learn, and integrated smoothly with Salesforce.

Cons: Every document and template is auto-saved/updated while you're working. Must be careful not to inadvertently delete items/content that cannot be recovered.

Pros: I like the stored templates and pricing catalog feature the most. It helps store each item pricing so that we're consistent with pricing and accurate. We re-use templates a lot and it's nice not having to add in contact info for each quote.

Cons: The software can be slow at times. There are long pauses sometimes in between moving an item or table and inserting a new item, table or page break. It's also not always easy to select an object; my cursor sometimes selects the wrong item. Double-clicking an item to edit it can be slow as well.

Pros: Pandadoc keeps improving their software so it keeps getting better all the time. I use the library a lot which streamlines my proposals

Cons: I recently had to merge 2 different templates and I did not find an easy way to do it. I finally just copied all the blocks into a temporary folder and pasted them into the other template. Maybe there is a better way, but I didn't find it.

It really fastens my proposal preparing process.

Pros: I like most about using this software is its cloud-based platform. Preparing, sending proposals and receiving confirmations online is like selling service online.

Cons: Sometimes client says that they couldn't open the document, some say it went to spam folder. And using some "must" features needs to be upgraded (like library and total value of proposals).

Pros: Stop using Word or Google Docs or whatever for proposals. Just stop it. If you're using accounting software for proposals/estimates, then WOAH are you gonna be impressed. If you work in a creative field, for the love of all that is good and delicious, make your proposals pretty.

Cons: Can't send a link to a proposal. You have to use their app to send an email. Their reasoning is that they use that to verify signatures, but if I don't need a signature on a document... UGH... so frustrating... Great app otherwise.

Pros: It's a fantastic SAAS solution for Small and Mid sized business. The ease of use and he functionality offered are fantastic and in general has made our company more efficient in our operational processes.

Cons: They could update the software slightly faster, some basic functionalities that have been missing for years and recently we have felt the software very slow . Also the quality of the Customer service is sometimes lacking!

Pros: We love the simplicity of the program. The support team is also fantastic and we really appreciate how they are very open to feedback and suggestions.

Cons: There are a few small things that are a little annoying to get around. Like if you have a typo in the singers name or email, you can't delete the singer and just edit the name.

Cons: Only runs well on Google Chrome. A lot of our other software will not run on Chrome efficiently, so I often have to switch browers back and forth.

Pros: We have found that Panda Doc allows you to quickly generate legal documents and easily obtain client signatures. It is our go-to for any documentation or agreement.

Pros: PandaDoc can match all the e-signature features of a market leader like DocuSign or Adobe, but PandaDoc does a whole lot more. You can build great proposals and measure the performance of your proposals through strong analytics.

Cons: The font size in the platform (when I'm on my laptop) is really small. I have pretty good eye sight, but sometimes it's hard to see what you're typing. That's my only complaint though!

Overall: We have shortened our sales cycle, increased our conversion rate, can generate proposals much faster, and can e-sign any document all through PandaDoc. The platform is second to none!

Pros: Super easy to use and makes setting up beautiful forms a breeze. Adds professional style to my business. Great seeing when people view documents and the ability to comment directly in each one and keep them organized.

Cons: The biggest issue I've found is that there's no easy way to resize images in the forms. I'd love to be able to click and drag or enter dimensions to make my own custom image sizes for theming documents.

Pros: Saving time and streamlining communication for contracts. Everyone works off the same version of a SOW, edits can be easily made and sent back to clients, and you can delegate signatures out. Also allows for easy digital signing.

Cons: Don't have much negative feedback. The only issue I've run into recently was changing the delegated signer.

Pros: Pandadoc has become central to our business. We utilize it to create custom proposals and for all information forms, contracts, invoicing and more.

We love the flexibility of designing each template and then being able to personalize it. It's central to our sales process in creating a proposal that helps close the deal as much as anything else.

It's robust, beautiful and easy. It's a fantastic solution for what we do. They also provide zippy customer service.

We also dig how it tracks everything. Very useful in our communication.

I can't say enough about it... Love, Love, Love it!

Cons: Seriously, there isn't anything about this product that I don't just love. It's cost effective. It looks very professional.

One or two things though...
1. I wish we could customize how the email looked that that potential client received. It's the least attractive piece and not reflective of what the person is getting.
2. And this is a big one... a few emails have ended up in a spam folder... which is really really bad when people are waiting on the proposal. So that's a hickey for sure. But it's so worth it, and we just follow up with a call or email "sent the proposal, let me know what you think"...

Pros: PandaDoc allows your company to finalize proposals and deal documents with your clients. Instead of sending all your deal documents through multiple emails, attachments, and PDFs, you and your client can simply get everything signed in one PandaDoc document.

Cons: It's not a bad software, but it definitely needs to work on its integration with other software. We wanted to link our PandaDoc with our CRM software and have the signed deals to come through our CRM, and it hasn't been working. Customer support isn't the best either. I've reached out to them and they've looked at our issue a couple times, but then they never followed up even though our issue still persisted.

Pros: Its interface is supercool, it is easy to use, design friendly, the library and templates are amazing to save time. It also allows us to quickly create and send proposals from tablets as well as desktops. The chase function (send reminder) is excellent. It is very easy for our clients to receive, review, and sign off on orders, contracts and more. It's also great the way you can save visuals and sections of documents into the content library for easy future use.

Cons: what makes me frustrated is T when you are creating tables within your documents, and you press "Tab" to move to the next column. It doesn't move you there, but instead takes you to the next "User" input field which is completely not relevant when you are creating a new document. Some of my quotations arrive as a spam, so my futurs clients never receive them. There are bug with the typography (the size of the text change for no reason, the bold appears or disappear for no reason, etc).

Fantastic software to e-sign, share and send contracts of any kind.

Pros: I think PandaDoc is a winner when it comes to convenient document sharing, contract sending and e-signing. Pros: My favorite thing about this software is how intuitive and straightforward it is. It allows me to single-handedly manage all the contracts for my small business without wasting any time.

The thing I use it for most is sending sales contracts to get a client to e-sign. With templates, it's extremely easy to draft up a new contract for a new client, and the automated notifications and emails make it easy to stay apprised of any progress through to signature.

Overall: Although they offer a certificate after both parties signed the document, Adobe PDF doesn't recognize the signatures for some reasons. DocuSign, for example, will be recognized by Adobe and the pdf will pop up a line saying: Signed and all signatures are valid.

It doesn't mean that PandaDoc is not legal-binding, but we just want to make sure the documents will look great for our Fortune 500 clients.

Pros: I like that the software integrates with my CRM system (Insightly). Using the integration, a majority of my contracts and proposals "auto fill" which saves me a lot of time and prevents errors.

Cons: As a small business owner, I think one of my biggest dislikes is the overall cost of the product. It's actually more expensive than the CRM system that I use to keep track of my clients. While PandaDoc is definitely one of my favorite proposal and contract software solutions, the high price is one thing that keeps me shopping around for a better deal somewhere else.

Pros: One of my favorite parts of this software is the email reminders. You can set up the proposal to send out a reminder to the recipient every so often to remind them to look at it. I also like in the price table, items can be optional and the client can pick and choose what they want. The fallible tokens are nice too. We don't forget to change the client name from document to document anymore.

Cons: We would like to be able to separate reoccurring costs from the one time costs in the total. That would make it easier for the clients to see what they owe now and what costs will be ongoing.

Pros: Love the Hubspot integration, and the flexibility over look and feel. The signature functionality is a really great upgrade.

Cons: Just some details - I've had a number of clients be weirded out by the default "JD" sample in initials, literally asking "Who is JD and why do they need to sign this?" Mostly minor stuff.

Overall: Faster turnaround time for proposals.

Pros: The ease of quickly creating proposal templates! I use this with ProsperWorks and the ease of creating proposals from project opportunities has been a huge time saver!

Cons: I think that the design & template set up could be more intuitive. I also have had problems with the PandaDoc google extension conflicting with the Prosperworks extension. I have sent in a tech ticket on this with NO resolution

So simple! Anything that can raise productivity so efficiently is a win in my book!

Pros: so. many. options. Have yet to want/need to display something to a client a certain way, and not be able to present it the way I imagined thanks to PandaDoc.

Cons: I could've done without the insistent emails in the beginning asking if I had questions. But let's be honest - if my only complaint is too many emails from a customer service team, I'd say that's not actually an issue at all. iLovePandaDoc!

Overall: Quick, simple access to get contracts to clients digitally for eSign. While lots of products offer this service, none that I've come across do it as cost-effectively. Another major plus with PandaDoc is that it's intuitive. I was able to seamlessly slip PandaDoc into my daily workflow with no lag time needed to learn a new process.

Pandadoc is a great which helps one to save time on repeat tasks. Keep up the good work!

Pros: The Catalogue is a great feature. It allows one to add new products and revise costings upwards or downwards easily.

Cons: Unable to resend document to one person only without resending to all previous recipients. I hope the team can work on this

Pros: It key asset is definitely its simplicity. Its a great user experience and is so easy for new users to adopt. Its worth taking time at the start to get your templates correct but once that's done its so easy to produce professional quotes or proposals. Your Sales team will literally save hours. Unlike some software, if you do make a mistake its very simple to "undo" and fix a problem. Its actually fun to produce quotes with Pandadocs and we have found sales guys actually enjoying producing the proposals as opposed to dreading it.

Cons: For us, Panda doesn't link to our Sage CRM which means we have to create a contact each time. A company entity within Panda would be great for a quick view of quotes to that organisation.

A bit confusing to figure out using my own images for the cover sheet, and using the tokens.

Pros: Easy to send agreements and receive notifications from clients. I like the ease of sending and receiving the contracts.

Cons: Figuring out the formatting. It has been difficult to upload my own images and format them on the cover page. I also don't think the tokens are user friendly.

Overall: It's now easy to send contracts to clients digitally and see when they have received, opened and signed.

Very happy with the solution overall and the power it brings to the sales team.

Pros: Excellent solution, easy to setup, administer and use. Flexible templates and many integrations. Easy integration with our CRM and extensible through 3rd party connectors like IFTTT and Zapier

Cons: Some limitations on standard integrations with CRM solutions but they can be overcome by leveraging 3rd party services like Zapier

Overall: Easy personalisation at scale of marketing and sales materials.

The presentation is excellent, had a little trouble understanding some of the terminology (tokens)

Pros: easy enough to use and presented in a visually gratifying, effective screen series albeit seems to leave you in a lonely place if you have an issue with document parts and document assembly mode. I had been contacted by someone to support but cannot seem to get a reply now. I am a new user of this system and need to see how the work is progressing on my product.

Cons: inability to see what my document looks like in a window view causes some consternation. I would like to be able to adjust my work product on the go, and I don't see a way to do this without support from your team

Overall: that remains to be seen depending upon how my document turns out

Pros: PandaDoc is generally an awesome tool. It makes creating proposals, contracts, and other documents very easy. The document editor allows you to use custom CSS, which is awesome, and the design tends to be very intuitive. We were able to create a template that closely matches what we were previously doing in Apple Pages.

Cons: While the editor is well designed, it can sometimes be finicky with formatting (PandaDoc support let me know they're working on rebuilding the editor to handle this issue, which is good). I'd also like easier way to share multiple blocks between documents ¿ the content library feature is great but can be tedious. Content block multi-select would be really useful.

It's also frustrating that certain bits of functionality require more expensive plans. In particular, Zapier integration and webhook integrations require the Enterprise plan. That's a huge bummer.

Overall: Gave us a centralised document workflow for proposals and contracts.

Panda Doc does what we need in a simple easy to use set up

Pros: I liked how easy it was to create and/or replicate templates. Building up the content library to use within a proposal was also simple.

Cons: The ease of search has always been unfortunate. It would be nice to have one centralized search function without having to go into individual sections.

Pros: I love the library of content that I can easily drag and drop to create documents. Also, really like the token features which allow customization with each and every document created.

Cons: PandaDoc does not integrate with Infusionsoft, but does integrate with other software we use such as Dropbox and Google.

Pros: I like the pricing table feature. I like that it winds up looking okay. It took me a while to figure out how to format things, but once I did it wasn't too hard. I like that you can make templates.

Cons: I hate that you have to build it in order because adding a new element and then placing it within the doc is a royal pain in the ass. Formatting content is time-consuming and difficult. The design for the cover page is kind of pathetic. I once forgot to assign the signature box to myself and now can't sign the document, which is ridiculous. Creating signature sections is difficult and always looks terrible.

Overall: When I was starting my business, it helped me make professional looking proposals that new clients could sign.

Love using this software to save time on proposals. The online signatures are advantageous as well.

Pros: I like the ability to create templates, file the documents and the way you can fill in fields that will replace text throughout the document eliminating the need for several rounds of reviews. The availability and ease of client signatures to initiate the sale has prompted faster responses from clients.

Cons: Adding new blank sections to the proposals seems to not work as expected. When I add headers or text, it often adds them as a default to the bottom of the proposal which forces me to drag things around and lose my place within the document.

Pros: The analytic's built into it and the notifications we receive. Also, the somewhat easy configuration of each template. I would like to be able to create a document on a tablet though!! Unless thats an options now? :) The catalog section does need some work though. I would like to see other changes or options to us with regard to catalog items and how they document themselves as well as options for after a project has been completed and accepted by customer. It would be great to be able to edit the document without changing any words, items, quantities, options but rather be able to lets say re-add a column after the fact and print it to make it easier on purchasing to order the parts being approved by customer. Would be really cool too to integrate a calculator option. Like a pop-up calculator option while figuring our numbers. my two or three cents. :)

Cons: We are so used to other, stand-alone systems, that have features such as 'tab' to move to next field that it causes some frustration with our team when we are unable to do that within a pricing table or any table. the other nice thing would be to see line items show up in sequential order-- EX: If I label line item 1 as (Option A) it stays on top of the price list. then when I add a second row, section or catalog item, it defaults to being placed below the first item. Currently this does not happen. We can move them after the fact though...just kind of annoying how it auto-formats that way. Also, would like to see more fonts added in. The fonts available get the job done but still, there should be a larger library of them.
Pricing/Cost---would be awesome to be able to have a price table have a back-end with actual item pricing and SKU's that can be printed after a document has been completed. Cant do this now.
Duplication: Would be awesome to duplicate a document that you didnt know you would need again. Same line items and quantities and pricing. I know you can convert to Template but that's not really what we would like. We want it to be as easy as hitting, 'duplicate document' BUT it changes the quote.sequence number to be different than the original. Now all you have to do is change the customer information and BAM, quick turn-around for contractors looking for numbers on the same project we are bidding. Cant do this now. Otherwise, PandaDoc is awesome!

Overall: Some efficiency and design options.

Pros: The software let you track who has seen documents, our interaction with our clients and we can save templates to quickly create documents in the future. It's also fully integrated with our CRM, which makes working to track our sales very easy.

Cons: Some of the formatting options are limited and a little clunky, but overall you get what you need so that's what's most important. I reached out to our rep for some help with customer service and never heard back so that was a little frustrating. We figured out we needed on our own.

The format is easy to understand how to implement.

Pros: The customization of the forms and the option to add the special message to the recipient. It is user friendly to my clients.

Cons: The icons are confusing and not descriptive of what their function is by the picture. There are too many boxes for options on the homepage.

Overall: It has stopped my "no show" clients completely and enables me to save more client facing time.

Pros: The software integrates seamlessly with our CRM, allowing us to create customized contracts for clients with the click of a button. The onboarding support was excellent.

Cons: There is some room to grow with expanding the different data types with Insightly. But for now it does what we need. It¿s a little pricey for us to use in just one aspect of our business but I¿m sure for other companies there is much more use for the different options.
