Pros: I like the ability to create everything right from Pandadoc. We can make templates or new proposals right from the website.

Overall: All of our proposals do not have to look the exact same. Different reps can add in their bios to customize them.
I am still learning the software but like everything so far.

Comments: It makes sales document and financial document as well as HR documents paperless. And electronically integrated so it is seamless.

Pros: If you have document that require multi level signatures with certain order, this is a nifty tool. You can also audit how long the recipient spent time each page.

Cons: Creating form or document take some time. It requires some skills. Orientation or training is appreciated but it seems it is additional fee.

Pros: It makes it very easy to streamline the proposal build out and review process so that you can spend more time closing and less time building documents.

Cons: Some of the editing tools can be a bit clunky and hard to fully use. There are also a lot of different tools within the editor that sometimes it can be hard to remember what to do with every one of them.

Overall: Time saved from proposal build out, visibility into who is looking at proposals and when they are signed.

Pros: I love how easy it is to style documents templates, especially if you know a little CSS (not necessary, just a bonus). Our documents look great thanks to Pandadoc. It's also very easy to make a template for just about anything, and it saves a ton of time in creating documents.

Cons: I wish API/Zapier access was available on lower tiers. It's not a costly service to offer and the value isn't there for small companies. It should be available on the first paid tier, like most other SAAS companies.

Overall: It allows us to automate our document creation (to some degree) and to make beautiful documents.

Pros: I love PandaDoc for so many reasons. It's easy to use and affordable. It saves me a lot of time and makes the entire proposal-writing process less painful. But the electronic signature feature is the best. No more printing, signing, scanning and emailing - all barriers to getting quick signatures and closing the darn deal.

Cons: There are some annoying bugs that I know are being worked on, but I can work around them. If I had to pick one, it's the inability to set the font and font size so they carry through from one new document or template to the next.

I can't imagine my business without Panda Docs.

Pros: So easy to use and it reflects the professionalism of my company. I love be able to see at a glance which quotes / contracts are completed and which I need to follow up on. Following up is a breeze with the templates that I have created.

Cons: I would like to be able to export my client list to a CSV file for use in an email marketing app. Other than that I am very happy with the product and the service.

Pros: Most effective way I found to get documents signed electronically and I like that I can use any form that I want to edit

Cons: I wish I could go in and edit the form after it's already created and the dragging, dropping, and resizing of boxes is a headache also

Pros: Easy to update the contract and for client to view. doesn't need to archive a lot of paper contract in the office.

Cons: API is only open for enterprise or higher plan, which has functions we do not need.
Hubspot integration doesn't work very well.
Pricing Table is a bit buggy sometimes and a bit limited, hope we can add text not just number in there, for example "FREE". Also there can only be one discount per pricing table, sometimes we give percentage then another amount discount, but can't seem to figure out how to do that with the pricing table.

Our team find PandaDoc easy to use and clients like it too

Pros: Really speeds up the process of creating proposals especially when used with Pipedrive, it's super easy to get documents signed off by clients.

Cons: We need a fully functioning Zapier integration to take full advantage of PandaDocs power.
Also the document search feature could be improved.

Pandadoc has helped streamline our proposal and agreement process significantly

Pros: Pandadoc was relatively simple to get started and the ability to send the document straight from Pandadoc has been great in keeping track of documents.

Cons: Working between workspaces can be a little clunky. It can be combersome to move templates and documents between spaces.

Pros: PandaDoc is easy to use and simple to introduce new users to. Customer service is excellent. We're using PandaDoc to send 10-30 documents a week and are always finding new ways to take advantage of the e-signature capabilities. We use it for contracts, W-9s, and waivers.

Cons: Design functions and capabilities are pretty limited- we want to use PandaDoc to create really dynamic proposals, but it's impossible to do some of the things we wanted to. We have to resize images in order to make what we need fit within one page in our template (when you download a doc as a pdf it splits it into pages instead of being one continuous document), but we have to resize them in a photo editor first or use CSS, so it's not very user-friendly. With that said, it's a great product for simpler docs or contracts, which is really its main intended use anyways.

We love PandaDocs overall and use it regularly for client contracts and proposals.

Pros: Ease of use. User-friendly, eliminates paper. The biggest reason for using was to eliminate paper and get contracts signed fast/cloud stored.

Cons: Several customers have had issues with not receiving the contracts to their email, there are also a list of bugs I need to start writing them down as I go but did not realize I'd get a survey. Customer support is slow to respond when I need a contract signed quick.

Overall: Contracts signed quick, filed fast. Eliminates paper storage and paper waste.

Decent UX, not as intuitive as I'd like though.

Pros: Quick signing of documents - thats the primary use we have. I like that I can assign fields to specific users as well.

Cons: That my completed documents aren't stamped in some way showing it was signed electronically with the date.

PandaDoc is beautifully designed, works with ease, and the support team is fantastic.

Pros: The user interface works really nicely and things are easy to find for the most part. The support team has been extremely helpful. I transitioned from an old proposal platform to PandaDoc and they helped me through every step of the way.

Cons: I don't have a lot to complain about but I was a little sad to see that some features I was using in the old platform I used were only part of a higher priced package for larger studios and agencies, such as the password protection feature. I would say analytics secondary, there is plenty for what you need but I wish I could review my win rate and more insightful data to help plan for the future in an easier way. (I might just need to learn more!)

Overall: Nice clean beautiful looking docs. A place to keep all of my docs not just proposals, and they look fantastic!

Does the signature tracking well. Lacking in basic formatting options and retention.

Pros: The main user interface and its components are great!

The dashboard is helpful for an overview of what's in the pipeline (Sent->Viewed->Completed->Draft ... although I think draft should be first). If I am anticipating someone to review and sign a document in the next 24-48 hours, I can easily see when it is moving along the process by hitting refresh occasionally (on my web browser) without actually being in the document itself.

The icons on the left navigation bar make sense after you use it for awhile (Dashboard->Documents->Templates->Catalogs->Contacts). I like how templates can quickly and easily generate documents when set up properly.

The folder system is intuitive and not too cluttered.

Cons: The document editing system is a bit clunky.

The lack of basic formatting options can be frustrating. To me, the two most sensible reasons for using a software like the one PandaDoc provides is, 1) to keep a tight reign on important legal documents, and 2) to have a way of accomplishing the former electronically.

It would be ideal if I could port from Word or Google Docs and have it retain the outline format, but even if that didn't happen quite correctly, it's not even an option to change the ordered list type without custom CSS. This is particularly important for legal documents, which almost always has nested ordered lists.

It would also be ideal if a hard tab could be added. Using a specified number of spaces in conjunction with the justify text alignment produces substantially inconsistent results.

Also, it would be nice to have the two-column text layout be available for actual text in text blocks, not just for the text on the cover. It seems strange to only have that available for the cover.

Pros: Easy to manage and navigate through. The templates portion is helpful as are the Contacts and dashboard.

Cons: The name still appears as "Pandadoc" to our recipients. It would be great if we can change that to the name of our company.

Pros: simplicity and functionality. I can do everything i need in terms of e-signatures. I Like the collaboration and the feed as well

Cons: I suppose I could use more functionality when editing documents (for instance importing a word document and being able to edit it on the page rather than importing a brand new doc)

Pros: It's dynamic, professional look with analytics for greater intel. We can customise the look and feel using a style guide to represent our brand.

Cons: Needs some more functionality around formatting. More inline with Microsoft programs i.e. multiple highlight and select to move or delete text.

Overall: Easier access to product via the content library for consistency.

Pros: Attractive proposals, pre set themes and a professional end product. great having a basically unlimited library or content and images

Cons: can be very clunky when editing large pieces of text (just randomly changes colour, font, size, dot points move around) , would be good to have a few more features designed for proposal that are printed out ( page break previews) Being based in Australia it's also challenging to get support when PD unexpectedly goes down.

Pros: I love that it's easy to adjust and move the fields around that need signing. I also like that it's reliable.

Cons: Integration are not made available to paying customers below business plan. I feel it's misleading that these integration are advertised but only a small note says it's for higher tier customers.

Overall: Overall, I'm indifferent about the benefits versus the costs. I will likely switch when my membership term is up.

Pros: We really liked the integration with our CRM (HubSpot) and ease of creating documents with the templates.

Cons: The building of documents is a little hard at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's somewhat easy to work with.

Overall: It's easy to generate contracts and agreements.

This program is so versatile it just screams you are a professional. We are glad to have found this.

Pros: The ease of use, the versatility, the professional look, the customizability. Everything about this program is so stream lined that it makes it a blast to work with.

Cons: If there is anything to critique I would say that letting it scan and alter fixed documents like a Word document would be amazing.

Pros: fairly easy to use for basic features, basic integration works OK with Hubspot CRM. I do like that it uses css for the formatting and that can be customized

Cons: some of the features are clunky - no tools to do things like calculate margin on a line item or apply and discount from list price to come up with a unit price. No ability to duplicate line items.

Overall: easy quote generation

Pros: Template creation and document recipient management makes the creation of agreements much faster and simpler than our previous process (which did not include e-signed documents), document status tracking makes the admin function of managing our clients and their contracts a breeze compared to e-mailed and Word/Adobe PDF agreements.

Cons: It definitely requires some team training and our sales team struggles with understanding the best way to manipulate the features. It can do so much more, but we often have to keep templates simple for them to get filled out correctly. It has become a dedicated part of my job duties to managing our team's use of the product.

Overall: Eased a great deal of my frustration trying to maintain up to date agreements with our clients.

Cons: recipients not being a step in the process, but "hidden" and having to dig for that. Should be a part of the enter name and email part.

Pros: Saving time. Templates. Tracking opens. I like being able to quickly put together contracts and customize templates on the fly when creating a document.

Cons: Inability to send contracts with a zero total.
Inability to add different pricing tables together for final total.
Having the customer able to choose whether to pay only the retainer fee or the full amount.

It was easy to learn with minimal training. Has saved me lots of admin time.

Pros: The drag and drop features, templates, and content blocks. Anything feature that reduces redundancies are amazing.

Cons: It's the second most expensive product that we're using. The Hubspot integration is no longer working.

Pros: it's intuitive and makes our proposal process faster but also more user friendly . the pictures and templates are helpful. syncing with hubspot is a MUST!

Cons: if someone else creates the proposal and sends on behalf of me, i don't get an alert when the document is completed.
also if i sign the document before the client, they can't use the check boxes.

Pros: Very well built product all around. UI is simple and easy to use. Pandadoc team but a lot of thought and testing into the document creation flow. Very smooth.

Cons: Would love to see more integrations available, espically on the payment side. Proposal templates could be improved as well...need more design options.

Through Panda Doc we could reduce our time for offers by 50-60%. Customers love it.

Pros: The integration from pipedrive to panda doc works perfectly fine for us. We integrate youtube clips for customer explanation & great product photos.

Cons: It's a pitty that we cant customize the colors & css of the emails sent to customers. Also the missing integration of german languege brings difficulties to our customers.

Overall: Time saving & professional Looking offers.

PandaDoc seriously changes everything for your company concerning invoicing!

Pros: The fact that you can easily send invoices online has made a huge impact on our business. It's relatively easy to use once you learn how it works and it will reduce the time it takes for you to get your agreements signed massively!

Cons: It has some minor things that would need some tweaking. For example, it would be nice to be able to delete more than one textfield at the same time. It's really annoying to delete them one by one. You could however set up your agreements in other ways but it shouldn't be necessary. One other thing that can be annoying sometimes is that you can no longer see what cost you put for a certain product once you've sent the document. Sometimes that can be useful if multiple people work with on your team and needs to know, or if you for some reason forgot.

Overall: It has helped us bring in more money, faster. It's pretty easy to use and we don't have to keep track of physical contracts anymore which is awesome. Everything is in one place!

Pros: I appreciate the ease of use after initial set up, the ease with which my templates and catalog can be edited, and the polished end product. It makes my proposal, sales and contracting process streamlined and cohesive.

Cons: I don't like that I can't share a link to a document when multiple people need to access the document unless I am at a level of service that is far too large for my company. It appears as though this was an add on service at one point, which I'd gladly pay for if it became available again.

The interaction with the agent was responsive, however we still not have resolved the issue.

Pros: I like the potential integration with the CRM that we use (ZOHO), however the reason that I say "potential" is because your technicians have not resolved the token issue that will allow us to easily generate the documents that we need. Instead we were provided with a "workaround."

Cons: I think that the API integration should be provided with any paid subscription (or at least the Business Edition), but instead we would have to upgrade to the enterprise edition to have capabilities that the program should already have.

Pros: The link between Zoho and PandaDocs is invaluable, saving us time and helping us be organized! The automated flow of data between Zoho and Panda is a great time saver.

Cons: Some of the pre-formatted fields are difficult to work with. For instance, changing the line item list of items included in an estimate is hard to work with. Tabbing through always sends me somewhere else in the document.

Cons: Don't like to be nickel and dimed on features that should be standard. ie reminders should be automatic, we shouldnt have to go through the trouble of manually sending out reminders. Pros: In healthcare there's a plethora of different forms to be completed in order to stay compliant when working in a clinical setting. With PandaDocs, we've been able to streamline the process for a lot of that paperword and keep more of our nurses working with fewer interruptions.

Cons: There are definitely still some kinks to be worked out in terms of the initial set up of documents. In forms where there are many, many fields to be created, the start-up time investment can be quite intense and off-putting.

Overall: Streamlined paperwork process.

Pros: What I like best is the document builder features. The structure they gave to the product with the Templates and the content library I think is very useful because it lets you slightly change each document on specific sections which is something that happens a lot. I mean, templates work as a baseline document and then you can have multiple content library items that you pull in when needed.

Cons: There are key features that I feel are missing. Nonetheless I have spoken to them several times and they've said to me that all of the features I mentioned are already on the roadmap of the product, in fact they delivered one of those in the last update. Things like document signature deadline, live collaborative document editing, task/comment assignment to other team members when building a document. Those three are the key missing features.

Overall: The one thing we are solving is the way we are building and sending out comercial proposals. With Pandadoc we have everything organized and all the documents in the proper folders, so you can go back to them easily and see what's happing with the document. Also all the different templates already built in makes it very easy for the sales reps to build proposals in no-time.

Additionally the Human Resources Department is using Pandadoc for employee documentation. We've been using it as the formal company's employee documentation platform and it's been great.

Pros: Intuitive and very easy to learn. Also a little fun to drag the fields around. Makes it so much easier to get signatures, compared to using pen and paper!

Cons: If you start a document and send it out with the wrong email/name somewhere, that person/email becomes permanently associated with the document. Would be helpful if that wasn't a thing, but it's also extremely easy to start a new one.

If I was to throw away all my SAAS, and keep one, it would be PandaDoc... hands down.

Pros: What I love most about this software is how easy it is to create gorgeous proposals that convert like crazy. Also, the ability to tie in esignature with payment seamlessly is incredible (both through CC and ACH).

Cons: I wish that the wysiwyg editor included CSS and other style elements to create an even more beautiful proposal (think parallax).

Overall: It has given me the professional face on my proposals that I have wanted/needed and found missing on every other proposal software tried - it also allows me to create and mix and match modules quickly for professional yet personal proposals. Lastly, the ability to send a personalized video is killer. I close about 90% off all proposals that I send with a video.

The end result product is great, however customer service is majorly lacking.

Pros: Makes it very efficient to send proposals with required entry fields. Once the template is created, it is fast and easy to send to various clients.

Cons: Customer service was slim to non-existent. They have a "chat" function on their website but it's not really a chat. You enter a question and it shows that the representative has been inactive for 20 minutes. I had to request someone call me to walk me through how to use the program.

Overall: Able to efficiently send a contract to many clients.

Pros: Really professional looking program. I can customize my documents to whatever I need them to be. Very easy to manage sending and receiving signatures to and from our clients. Completely replaced the back and forth and trying to get signatures on contracts via fax. I can see when the recipient has opened the document or if they have any questions or concerns.

Cons: Sometimes it kicks out the clients when they are trying to submit the signatures. Also can be a little tough to set up new documents from scratch if you've never used the program before.

Pros: How easy it is to use it! It's very user-friendly and it speeds up the process of sending and signing documents. Our sales team loves it. In addition, you get to activities such as who opened the document and where they spent most of their time. It's a great piece of info to have, as it discovers what's their main problem/question.

Overall: Easier sales process, faster response, clients' delight, etc. Option to create templates is super handy. After you create one proposal you can use it over and over with ease. Clients like it as it's making it simple for them to review and sign the documents.
At this point, I have no complaints about it. It's very effective and easy to use. The learning curve is short so you can learn how to master it in just a few hours.

Pros: PandaDoc gave us a great tool to create sales quotes that were custom to our business. It was great to have the option to brand our documents. as well. The mobile app is very easy to use and tracking quotes has been very valuable. Overall, very happy with this platform.

Cons: The integration with Insightly could be a little better. The document name does not transfer to Insightly. All are posted with the generic template name. PandaDoc could also provide better a better search engine. I would like to search by the name of the person it was sent to or their email address. I would also like to see it use our business email server for all sent emails. Sometimes the PandaDoc email ends up in the SPAM folder.

Fantastic customer support with one on one calls. Panda doc is very aesthetically pleasing.

Pros: So many pre-populated templates to choose from - takes all of the guesswork out of what to put in say, a social media marketing proposal, or what details should be included in a web design proposal. It saves SO much time not having to go through and write these; we just personalize each one to each client and we're done!

Cons: If we have PandaDoc open for awhile in our browser, it tends to hand and slow up our machines; a few months ago, it actually kept crashing our computers, but that seems to be resolved for the most part now.

Overall: Such an enormous time saver - well worth the money!

Pros: Document builder is easy to use and very useful once you migrate all your files. The interface is slick and users seem to enjoy it.

Cons: If you add a page when creating a template from an uploaded pdf, you can't remove it and have to start over.

If you have legal documents and a recipient needs to redline it, they can't download a word version of the file to do so.

Pandadocs enables me to scale my business and reduce the time to manage our sales process.

Pros: The ability to setup standard text blocks, products, and pricing tables greatly reduces the time to prepare a proposal. Add to that the analytics, which lets me know when the document was opened, how much was read, etc., I can understand what is working and not working in my proposals.

Cons: I wish the software would integrate with more software packages, as I use Workflow Max for managing my job costs.

Overall: Ease and simplicity in preparing quotes. It also make my sales process more sustainable, by enabling my VA to create proposal drafts with minimal effort.

PandaDoc has changed the way we pitch and present. Real value, right away. Don't miss out.

Pros: Connections to other outlets, organizing and projecting projects needing to be done. We as a company have been able to track more users and leads from our website and transferred those into sales.

Cons: Sometimes it has not updated when I typed a long note or didn't keep right details thought I entered.

Pros: Convenience-factor. It's super easy to create docs, duplicate & edit and keep track of pending actions.

Cons: It's not easy to copy paste into a sharing environment. Often times, I need feedback from the lawyer or CEO and it's not easy to collaborate.

Overall: Time saver. Looking to have the company be paper-free within 18mo.

Pros: The ability to have required fields, signatures and also include an email is great. I like that it tracks what still needs to be filled out.

Cons: that the fields pop up 5 pages below where you want them to be. That you can't resend without assigning things again in edit mode. That I have to sign an agreement before it is sent. I'd like to be able to sign it after the other person does.

Overall: online signatures means less paper work and the templates make it all go faster than using Word.

Pros: How it's easy to build a perfect looking document without any knowledge in graphic design. Everything you need is just a click away.

Cons: Sometimes, there is a lack of latitude when you want to do a more personalized document but it's normal when you want to build an easy UX saas.

Pros: Being able to use drafts for proposals in an easy way.
Being able to send the documents directly on the app and to have electronic signature.
Being able to customize your document

Cons: The fact you cannot use "blocs or other features if you are not on premium accounts. Some functionalities seem crucial to a well functioning software, but only accessible on premium.
For example, we don't use many templates because we don't have access to content bloc/library to choose from so we just copy a document and make the changes.

Overall: Faster to create proposals.

Pros: My favorite part of PandaDoc is the catalog. We can drag and drop items from the catalog to quickly create contracts and proposals. We've closed more business because we can produce proposals and get them signed so fast. It also allows us to create beautiful looking documents online. We also like Stripe integration because we can take payments at the same time the contract is approved.

Cons: We've had a little trouble adjusting the order of our email notifications and approvals, but one of our staff is working on this with PandaDoc support.

Overall: We close business faster and at a higher rate and we get paid more quickly.

Pros: easy to use, nice layout, the templates are also easy to create

Cons: sometimes the font changing or size changing of the text doesn´t work (it´s quite irritating when that happens)

Overall: faster contract, proposal and other templates drafting
I have reduced more than 50% of the time I spent in editing these documents

Reminders for signatures

Cons: It's difficult to bulk download proprietary documents - have to do this one by one
Some fields (like checkboxes) don't shift properly when blocks are moved
Importing a PDF imports it basically as an image file - ie, you can't manipulate content within the PDF within Pandadoc.

Pros: I was looking for something that tied in correctly with Zoho CRM, if you're trying to build a custom quote software for Zoho this is the add-on you need.

Cons: Some of the integration can be a bit wonky but there are simple work-arounds for it. There should be the ability to spawn multiple quotes easier.

Overall: First piece of software that actually shows costing

I appreciate the ease of creating new documents with templates, and use of the library.

Pros: What I like best about Panda doc is the simplicity and ease of use. The templates are easy to build, and once created and sent to respondents, the workflow tracking helps ensure we don't miss any signatures.

Pros: The client-editable quotes are awesome.

The UI is good (UX needs some work, below).

Content re-use is great.

Love the signing and notifications.

Cons: Clunky interface (pretty, but not smooth). Makes it hard for us to get work done sometimes because we're waiting for the interface or having to move things around because they jump. The design philosophy and UI are great, but the UX leaves a little to be desired. Also, some refinements like keyboard shortcuts, maybe a favorite or most used bar.

In addition, we'd love more integrations. We're big into Google Apps, I'd love calendar linking that told us when we sent something (calendar item), when it expires (calendar item), etc.

The lack of sorting options, and default sorts that "stick" in the documents/ templates list is killing us. Open a folder, wait, sorted by default (age? Which is the least helpful when dealing with dozens/hundreds of docs). Sort by name. Wait.

Would be AMAZING to be able to set "sort by [name] [date] [recent] [X] as default" so we don't have to resort and reload every single time we go looking for a document. For heavy users, this is a real burden, wasting time waiting for the product to be usable, instead of doing work.

It's a good standalone product and helps a lot when we have a document built and send out multiple versions. Building documents is still a little clunky. And some of those "native" integrations such as calendar would be great, to make it less standalone.

Overall: Quoting is great with it, which helps a lot in many of our transations.

Pros: I like the integration with Pipedrive best. Pandadoc is great for small nonprofits for us on price and integration with low cost CRM. We also like the look and feel to the end user.

Cons: The word "tokens" sometimes confuses my new salespeople. There may be a better way of describing these.
