Insgesamt deutlich besser als andere Software

Pros

Scann Funktion am Handy, Eintragen von Verpflegungsaufwand, Eigenen Pin für Karte festlegen

Cons

Aufwändig bereits eingereichte Rechnungen zu ändern, muss komplett zurückgezogen werden (falls Frühstück etc. vergessen worden ist)

Pros

La fonction "capture photo" des notes de frais est très bien réalisée : reconnaissance automatique des infos clés (TVA, Prix, fournisseur ...). C'est l'assurance de renseigner ses frais rapidement sans prendre le risque de perdre ses justificatifs. Le suivi de ses dépenses est très intuitif et très pratique.

Cons

Peut-être serait-il plus pratique de distinguer ses propres notes de frais de celles de ses collaborateurs dans le dashboard ?

La facilité de traitement l'insertion des justificatifs en numérique l'autonomie donnée par ma société pour effectuer des règlements la rapidité pour régler en ligne rapidité de saisie des notes de frais

Cons

le manque de réactivité et de solutions apportées par le service clients le fait d'être bloqué sans avoir d'explication par nos experts internes (manque de formation ?)

Very good, can definitely recommend it.

Pros

It's very user friendly and saves a lot of time with my expenses.

Cons

I like that it tells me that my request has been approved. I don't like that I have no idea when the payment will go through.

Très bonne : je gagne du temps dans la facilité d'utilisation

Pros

Simplicité d'utilisation, facilité à naviguer et poster ses notes de frais et factures

Cons

Parfois quelques imprécisions sur note de frais vs factures ou faiblesse sur l'automatisation du process de remboursement ou d'échange avec ma hiérarchie (mais c'est peut-être un souci côté mise ne place de l'outil en interne)

Cons

Easy payments without having company owe me 150% of my salary when there is a lot of business trips

Pros

Easy to pay online and offline. Easy to track costs.

Cons

Not possible to reclaim Spesen. Not clear how to record the cash costs with Spendesk system -c ould be cool to have all reimbursment records in one place

It is so easy to do your expenses by taking a photo of a receipt and the amount and date is already is filled in. It takes you les then 30 seconds to do the expenses.

Haven't encountered anything I didn't like

Pros

Le produit est facile d'utilisation. Néanmoins il faut un petit temps d'appréhension de l'outil

Cons

On ne voit pas les factures en attente sur l'application c'est dommage On est obligée de se connecter sur le site. Donc un manque d'informations essentielles pour ma part

Pros

Spendesk customer support is one of the best I have seen! Very friendly and available at any time to help you. Tool, very easy to use.

Cons

It doesn't recognize wrong receipt and sometimes VAT.

For short business trips this is considerably cheaper than using a corporate travel agent. Also great for business expenses and individual subscription services, be they magazines or services.

Pros

Clean interface and intuitively easy to use.

Cons

I have not yet found a feature that I dislike.

Pros

\- Einfach Eintragung der Spesenabrechnung - Schnelle Rückerstattung der ausgelegten Spesen

Cons

Man muss für jeden einzelnen Posten einen neuen Antrag stellen. Einfacher wäre eine Sammeleinreichung von Rechnungen + z.B. Pendlerpauschale.
