All areas of organization are aware of repair issues.

Pros

The program is a great communication tool used between dispatch and maintenance shop for repairs needed.

Cons

Preventative maintenance is not available as a drop down option without entering as a repair/service order and then mechanic has to open and close. The system would be more user friendly if the Subtitles were made available to change as needed per company.

Pros

The ability to maintain and update all information in one location. How easy it is to use. So many options and reminders.

Cons

The only thing I think that could change is the appearance. It has a very basic layout. Maybe make it appear neater.

We are able access our inventory anywhere now, our different hubs can see what vehicles at their sites need work and have a more accurate inventory count. When they get invoices/receipts they can easily upload them to the vehicle so we can see it sooner and not have to wait til the paperwork gets to us.

Pros

Easy access to all vehicles, its easy to manage and organize, easy to add vehicles, uploading invoices and receipts for each vehicle is simple. Keeping track of mileage and oil changes has never been easier and notifying our different managers when maintenance is needed is great.

Cons

haven't found a con yet, we just rolled out the new program last week.

Since our fleet is older, we have found that information is right at your fingertips to determine if a vehicle repair is too much of a liability or that a similar repair was done recently.

Pros

Ease of use and enteringt vehicles and trailers in the garage. Ease of use for those who do the inspections on the vehicles and trailers in the garage from the app on their phone.

Pros

Organization, clean and intuitive interface. Photo storage for each record is awesome and allows you to document work like nothing else. Also, the service history reports are excellent and clean looking and worth their weight in gold upon selling a vehicle.

Cons

Sometimes slow to load records and produce large service history reports. Occasionally, I've encountered a crash upon saving a photo or changing a record though they have been increasingly few and far between with latest versions.

Pros

It is easy to use and has the main functionalities that we need to make sure our vehicles are in optimum conditions to transport passengers. It is very efficient with organizing documents and even more so scheduling reminders such as oil changes and rotation of tires. This services now empowers me to send information to my fleet manager to talk to the mechanic and schedule the next service, while keeping all the pertinent documents in the right ecosystem.

Cost tracking and maintenance logging, as well as alerts to needed service

Pros

Ease of use, alerts, cost tracking, flexibility! I love seeing the rolling average for fuel mileage for each vehicle, the maintenance costs by vehicle, being able to customize maintenance alerts to each machine.

Cons

If I miss entering a fuel receipt, there is no way to go back and have it enter and calculate correctly without deleting all later receipts first and then re-entering in sequence!

Pros

I was able to get up and running very quickly. After about an hour or so of set up time, I was able to start getting my fleet drivers set up. Easy 5 minute tutorial with them and bam were good. Been using the software for about a month now and everything has been good.

Cons

Every now and again it runs a little slow. Overall it's been really good and I have no real complaints.

Great app to keep track of your fleet of vehicles--we use it for our school's fleet of buses, vans, and cars. A unique feature is the ability to upload photos of your fuel and service receipts! Other apps do not have this feature! Like the ability to email vehicle service record history and spend analysis per vehicle as a pdf. This is great for warranty work and end of year financials. The reminder feature is great for notifications that oil changes and vehicle inspections are due. Not only can you update records with the app you can also use the computer portal. It is also a great tool and allows you to assign vehicles to drivers. We have been very happy with this app and the customer service is excellent.

\- Reminders for both admin docs (insurrance,...) and maintenance services (repairs,...) in km and/or deadlines. - all docs can be attached (invoice, photo,...) - well set up reports, very functional. Well thought, very efficient use.

Cons

First plans are limited to only 5 cars, but the pricing is very low which make it very accesible in term of pricing.

Can easily track the information I need to maintain my fleet of vehicles and equipment. Also is I'm excited that when I'm all set up I can get this on the drivers devices so they can keep it updated with fueling and receipts

It would be useful to have some short cuts to a variety of options, but from what the developer has told me they are on the way

Fleet management made easy.

Pros

We like a lot about this software but the ease of use is the best. The reminder feature is extremely helpful. We just set the reminder for mileage or date, whichever is appropriate for that particular reminder, and an email is sent to the responsible person when it is due. This has simplified routine maintenance for the entire fleet. The cost of this software is also attractive especially now that we see what it does for us.

Cons

So far, there isn't anything we don't like about this software. We entered historical data from the first of the year when we began using it. They even provided spreadsheets to make that process less time consuming.

Very positive experience and would for sure purchase again.

Pros

Looked around at various platforms and eventually settled on AUTOsist as it was the simplest and most straight forward without a lot of extraneous bells and whistles we didn't need. It suits our purposes exactly and the reminders are invaluable. Customer service has been amazing with any issues we brought up, which were minor, being resolved within 24 hours.

Cons

None so far. Literally nothing bad to say.

I'm using this to track our PM on our delivery trucks. I have not found anything as a con yet with this software. The portal works well, the price is very fair.

Pros

The ease of use. I like the ability to upload the invoices, fuel reciepts, and misc receipts with the decription to look back on.

It is very easy to use and explain. The ability to take pictures, upload documents, and export data is huge. It is a very nice one stop shop for fleet management.

Pros

I like the ease of use, and functionality of the app and web portal. Its all real time whether you update in one or the other.

Cons

Not being able to categorize vehicles into different folders. Multiple departments at my site so it would make it a bit easier. Also if an update could be added to enter the plate and the expiration date of the plate would be nice. That would be a nice notification to receive 30 days out, with out having to go through and do it in reminders.
