Typing up extensive notes does not have to take forever now with PhraseExpander. Instructions were spot on, the reps are very helpful and prompt with answering questions and suggesting ways to use the product. Wish I found out about this many years ago.

Pros

Easy to integrate with my workflow. The dental software that is use is very specialized, but PhraseExpander integrates well with it.

Cons

None. Well thought out and easy to add new phrases

Pros

It is very easy to make complex templates and macros, and there is a lot of customization available!

Cons

minor compatibility issues with my EHR, I'm pretty certain is more an issue with my EHR rather than the Phraseexpander program

It's been an excellent experience overall. It has been worth every penny. I'm thrilled I've put the time in to make it work for me!

Pros

I like how fast it feels. I can add, edit, etc, and see changes immediately. It also just keeps getting faster!

Cons

The intimidation of building a library, so I was glad when it was able to analyze documents.

Reason for choosing PhraseExpander

More comprehensive and seemed to be more established.

Our organisation provides pathology services to the health sector in Australia. We introduced PhraseExpander to our Anatomical Pathologists a few years ago to assist them in their writing of pathology reports. They love it. It is easy to use and has all the features and functionality that they need. On those occasions when customer support is required, it is readily available. PhraseExpander has become an indispensable product to us.

Pros

When i worked front desk, i used this app to help fill out forms for patients coming into the offcice.

Cons

I had no disklikes towards the app . it was pretty cool. Maybe that it was not as organized as i would have liked

Pros

I like that it helps cut down on repetitive phrasing. Also, that you can customize your own phrase library.

Cons

There's a slight learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad.
