Pros: One thing that i love about this tool is that it is very easy to use, so very easy to understand! Great customer service too!

Cons: So far, for the few months that I have been with Hosted Dialer, I have not encountered any issues with them.

Overall: I would recommend Hosted Dialer to anyone! I am very pleased with how it works for me and I want others to benefit from this great tool as well.

Pros: This dialer was really easy to set up for my agents and took me no time to get my agents ready to place calls. I barely had to do any training with them because this dialer is so straight forward! Getting started was a breeze and my sales rep is always able to answer my questions in a timely manner. I've already been seeing results since we started using this dialer. Good stuff!

Cons: I haven't encountered any negatives with this dialer

Overall: I give this dialer top recommendation! I have already referred a couple prospects to this solution and will continue to refer others in the future. Two thumbs up!

Pros: I used to use a dialer that was called a ViciDialer, and it was really confusing, Vioteck has a dialer that is really easy to use, they have training videos that explain things really well, the sales dept is great and friendly, they always answer when I call.
They have a small town feel but a robust dialer that not only dials, it emails, leaves voice mails, does three way calls, you name it.

Cons: I honestly cant think of anything to put here.

Overall: I have already recommended Vioteck to 3 other companies that I work with and will continue to do so, this thing is exactly what I was looking for.
