Link4 is an add-on for cloud accounting software to allow business to exchange invoices instantly on the cloud. No need to scan, email, PDF or data entry. Link4 is currently connected to Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks Online, Reckon, Sage One & SAASU. Even if you are using SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, QAD or any other ERP system on the cloud, we are able to connect your system to our network so you can start exchanging invoices with your customers and suppliers

Poor. Very, very poor.

Pros

The notion that your invoices download directly into your accounting system is favourable and should in theory save you time.

Cons

The many, many issues I had with incorrect information and pricing on the invoices that were downloaded into my system and the many hours of time I spent manually editing them. The ridiculous amount of emails spamming my inbox, even when I removed the permissions to download directly into my accounting system. The absolute lack of support from link4 and almost blatant refusal to remove my business from their system when I advised that link4 did not suit my business.

Reasons for choosing Link4

I didn't get a choice, it was offered through my wholesaler. I thought it would but down my invoice processing time. I was so wrong.

It has been seemless since it has been set up.

Pros

Invoices arrive to my inbox in a timely manner.

Cons

The initial sign up process. When I tried to click on the link that was sent to me our IT system blocked me and I had to get our IT Help Desk to assist me.

Great when it works but when it doesn't cant seem to get any help from support with it

Pros

Love how most of the supplier invoices upload all the info is there just for some reason the invoices are starting to drop off???

Cons

Ive contacted support about invoices not appearing on invoices and have had no response so i have to go and manually upload the random missing invoices

Creates more work, normally I just send the suppliers invoice to our accounting system (xero) which creates a bill, then paid on the due date.

Pros

Nothing, I don't see the point of a third party getting involved in invoicing.

Cons

The complexity that it adds to a simple company to company invoice system.

Dont use often. Only one or 2 suppliers linked to. Did recently try to login and check for missing invoice but the one we needed didnt have a PDF attached. which is odd.

Pros

Been a whilst since registering but think it was simple process

Cons

When checking for missing invoices there are missing PDF attachments (this is from a customer looking for supplier inv which hasnt made it to the linked file)
