### "Simple tool with superior partnership benefits!"

August 14, 2025

5.0

I think the customer service is what really blows me away. They feel like an IT department for my small team, and just seek to make the experience smooth every day.

Pros

The simplicity of the tool makes work significantly easier. I don't want to think about how to use a tool; I need a tool that does what it needs to and helps me move things forward. OnePageCRM is that tool. It's just... automatic for me.

Cons

Not much really. I think it'd be nice to have more snippet functionality in the emails, keyboard shortcuts for templates, etc... but those things are just in the "nice to have" bucket for me.

Switched from

My previous tools were complicated and did not easily produce reports. It was also much more expensive.

### "The CRM you didn't know you needed!"

November 11, 2025

5.0

Intuitive UI, phenomenal customer service, perfect blend of customer management and actionable insights.

Pros

The action stream is incredible. It forces me to interact and act on my CRM content. It's no longer just a place to house information, but to move opportunities forward. It's the CRM I've been looking for. They've thought through the flow of day-to-day customer interaction - action is needed. I can make calls while driving and I'm immediately prompted to make a note about the call (logging the time in that leads activity). When I complete an action I'm immediately prompted to set the next action (before I forget!) Everything is connected, but I don't have to fill out every field to move forward with my day. I can edit and add as I go - the ultimate flexibility while retaining the critical info I need to close deals.

Cons

The thing I like least is it took me too long to find it and the rest of my team isn't on it yet! For me it has checked every box I was looking for in a CRM, and many I didn't even know I needed, at a price point that is extremely affordable!

Pros

Cons

### "Know your customer"

January 20, 2026

5.0

Overall, it saves me a lot of time and provides the framework to ensure we are able to keep highly detailed notes on every client because we ABSOLUTELY have to know them even if they have been dealing with a different staff member to this point.

Pros

I like that the database is reasonably flexible and it allows endless tags so I can selectively group customers to ensure I can send them the right advertising. It provides all correspondence between staff members and the client so we can all save time knowing where we are at.

Cons

1) I'd really like if our Australian accounting product, MYOB, could be linked. 2) I have a current issue were an existing client has sent a request via the portal and even though they are using the same email address, CRM has created a new profile instead of adding the message to their current profile. When I attempted to delete the NEW profile, CRM deleted BOTH profiles. I don't know how this happened and am going to have a fiddle to see what is going on. I will call tech support if necessary.

### "Long time CRM User converted to OnePageCRM over 9 years ago"

October 23, 2025

5.0

I've been using OnePageCRM for my contact management system in our company for over 9 years. They are updating and improving the system consistently throughout that time. Support has been exceptional.

Pros

Easy to use and flexible settings configuration. Unlike most products managing contact records, OnePageCRM provides many tools to update and maintain company/organization information for all contacts in a company, sync tags and status changes, and tie multiple contacts to multiple deals. You also have the ability to customize fields add categorize contact records. The Mobile Application provides just the right contact information on a small device and allows me to update records across the organization.

Cons

I am only waiting for one key feature, the ability to have a contact associated with multiple Companies/organizations. I have been able to work around this issue but that feature would make it easier.

### "Recommending One Page CRM"

October 28, 2025

5.0

I can get up the curve on existing relationships really quickly as everything is helpfully held centrally, in one place.

Pros

OnePage CRM allows me to track all of our existing relationships in one platform. It is a central repository for contacts, task management, and pipeline.

Cons

I would have to think about that -that's a tricky one as generally, we only have a positive experience using it.

Pros

Cons

### "A simple-to-use CRM with all the most important features"

October 26, 2025

5.0

We have been using OnePageCRM for over a year and it has been stable, efficient and effective in helping us keep our contact list organized and synced with Gmail and other apps. With Zapier integration you can completely avoid double-entry across your various platforms.

Pros

OnePageCRM is just that... a simple, effective CRM that allows you to see your business on one page, and to focus only on your next task. The Lead Clipper is a gamechanger and saves hours of time every month adding contact info to our database.

Cons

I wish I could search the notes field, which hopefully will soon be available. This is truly the only feature lacking.

### "onepagecrm"

November 28, 2025

5.0

It fits perfectly with how Supported Employment and IPS work: fast, relationship-based, action-driven, and dependent on consistent follow-up. OnePageCRM helps staff stay organised, move cases forward, and maintain momentum, all without adding more admin. Because it’s easy to use, our team actually enjoys it — and when staff like a system, they use it properly, which directly improves outcomes.

Pros

The “Next Action” system ensures nothing gets lost, forgotten, or buried — which is essential when our team handles a high volume of small tasks, employer contacts, MDT updates, and rapid follow-ups. It gives structure without over-complicating anything, which suits my preference for straightforward, efficient tools.

Cons

The main drawback for is that OnePageCRM is difficult to customise to the specific operational requirements of our service. While it is excellent for task management and follow-up, it does not easily adapt to the specialist data fields, referral processes, or reporting needs specific to us.

This system has allowed me to be more effective in my communications with clients and internal reporting. The 'next action' feature is quick to use allowing me to move onto the next client interaction quickly and with confidence in the system

Pros

Cons

### "Helps give visibility and keep us on task!"

November 12, 2025

5.0

Overall we love the product, it helps the team easily see the communication history and next steps for a particular constituent without needing to consult the team member or search through emails.

Pros

The ability to set up future tasks helps provide an automated daily to-do list that helped keep us on task. We also like the ability to add emails to a constituent's contact so we can see the full communication history.

Cons

Sometimes the e-mail tagging doesn't happen automatically and the email needs to be assigned to the contact.

### "A Game-Changer for Community Engagement"

Overall, OnePageCRM enhances our ability to connect with the community and drive impactful partnerships. I recommend it for organizations looking to simplify their relationship management.

Pros

As the Senior Director of Community Partnerships and Marketing at WUSF, I’ve found OnePageCRM to be a great tool for our outreach efforts. Its straightforward interface allows our team to efficiently manage relationships and track engagement with community partners.

Cons

While there’s room for improvement in reporting features, the ongoing updates from the OnePageCRM team show they value user input.

### "One of the best CRM tools for startups "

September 10, 2024

4.0

Streamlining our sales process, improving customer relationships, and helping us use customer data effectively.

Pros

I started using it recently, and even though I'm still getting the hang of it, I find it really useful and simple to use, especially for a small startup like ours. Since sales are so important for us, it helps store customer contacts, set reminders for follow-ups, and use ready-made email templates. Plus, the pricing is affordable.

Cons

Although I'm still exploring it, I feel that features like email tracking and meeting scheduling could be added.

### "A SalesPerson Crm"

October 23, 2016

5.0

I really took 3 weeks off recently and decided to move from the Outlook Desktop world to all online and based around Google Apps. I needed A Crm that focused on follow up and keeping good notes and also keeping track of my calls and actions. I Checked out dozens of other Crms on the free trial basis and most are the same. They keep track of notes and calls, and put your next actions into a to do list or task. They have various levels of success integrating with Google. As soon as I tried OnePage I noticed a key difference. The Action Stream of telling you what to do next front and center. If you are in a business where making calls to contacts, sending emails and building relationships like Real Estate or other small business this is the Crm for you! Is it Perfect? No will go into this in the pros and cons. I chose this over Well Knowns like Insightly, Prosperworks, Contactually, and many more as the Bells and Whistles I wanted were the most well done in One Page.

Pros

Action Stream, Action Stream, Action Stream better than any to do list or task manager I have seen. Simple Interface Skype Caller built in Call Tracker Built in Pleasing to the Eye Descent Customer Support it is possible to get someone on the phone Tagging They are in Ireland ( kinda cool)

Cons

Google Contact Integration by Pie Sync, Does not bring Picture or Address over and slow to sync to Google Contacts, sometimes does not show up for a long time and I always have to check to make sure it made it over, then manually add photo and address if important to me. This alone is very bothersome to me and if I left would be for this. Have to add +1 in front of phone number to work with Skype, not a deal breaker but more time Emails not really connected to Client unless you send from Crm or use the Bcc for one Page Address. Not a deal killer cuz just go to gmail and enter email and get all the emails anyways. If the Google Sync was direct not relying on Pie Sync and brought over Photos and all other Info this would be as close to a 10 out of 10 that there is.. I have to give it overall an 8. Maybe Pie Sync will improve or Zapier will work one day.

### "A super CRM that lets you jump right in and also customize"

March 28, 2018

5.0

Get to work the way I want to. It fits me, not me it. And I know that any questions I have will be answered as if they're important and very quickly.

Pros

So many CRM's are very pricey, and often a bit involved to use. OnepageCRM productivity was immediate. I love that when you enter a contact or clear an activity, your next one is called for. It is so simple to use that you can do tweaks and customization easily. Customer service is not just fast--it is almost immediate! For one question I asked, within an hour or so they had made a VIDEO for me showing how I could do something. Incredible service.

Cons

Not much. It's been a joy and for the money, haven't heard of a CRM that touches it. It does everything I need and then some.

### "Great for small business!"

July 23, 2019

5.0

Pros

Onepage CRM has a low fee and is easy to use. As a small design agency, we have a lot on our plates and no one here really likes selling. But we need to, right? The OnePage system helps us stay on top of leads and proposals with a few simple clicks. We've tried other CRM's, but this one made it super easy. Not letting a great lead slip away because you get busy is the strength of this system: it requires you to set up the next step before closing out the window. Customer support is a 5-star.

Cons

The integration with Chrome (auto-filling contact info) got stuck a couple of times. But that could have been on my end!

Reason for choosing OnePageCRM

We tried other free CRM's like Hubspot and Zoho, but they were too much. OnePage is just right. :-)

### "Making CRM easy for small business"

April 5, 2018

5.0

Pros

I really enjoy the the Action Stream view which helps focus on what needs to get done. Being a 1 man show I dont always need to complexitiy of multiple touch points for the various different stages of the customer cycle; I just need which customer needs what next and the value of each deal. The recent introduction of the email sync just toops off the functionaility nicley and keeps all the communication in one place.

Cons

### "OnePage drives my interest in selling"

April 19, 2012

5.0

The greatest thing about OnePage is that I open it and I get to work. I used to force myself into a weekly discipline of reviewing an excel spreadsheet and outlook contact base. OnePage CRM has changed my attitude and approach. It's easy to access, engaging and it drives your interest in selling and business development. The interface is intuitive and simple, all the while OnePage offers powerful features. The dashboard gives you a list of tasks (they call them sales actions), prioritized by time. It makes me actually focus on what's the most important - my sales activity. There is a contact list, list of tasks, contact's profile with all the history. You can add notes, deals, tags, filter your contacts and tasks, track deals through pipeline, add users... That's an amazing functionality I think for the price they require.

Pros

Helps get organized and increase sales, user-friendly interface, integration with mail & calendar, perfect for service companies, good value for money

Cons

They just added the multiuser function, so you can set a user as administrator and invite other members. But basically every user has the same permissions.

### "Amazingly easy-to-use CRM"

September 13, 2017

5.0

I am so glad that I discovered OnePageCRM. Our nonprofit has virtually no budget so it was nice to find one that was priced fairly. We could never afford the high-end CRM's. But this one, is a near-perfect fit. Great design, remarkable attention to details/features, and superb customer support. Bar none.

Pros

Elegant user interface, simple, clean, uncluttered (okay that last part was redundant). Super responsive customer support which is one of the main reasons I highly recommend this software.

Cons

Because OnePageCRM is primarily focused on sales, using it for our nonprofit means some workarounds. It's more like we don't use some of the features as sales tools.

### "OnepageCRM: The Name Says It All"

August 15, 2017

5.0

Pros

What I really like about OnepageCRM is the ease of use. That may be an over-simplification, but it's very intuitive. The workflow is straightforward, guiding even the newest user in a logical workflow to make sure all the critical information is recorded. You're also not bogged down in the non-essentials. If you don't need to use it, you're not forced to click through it. It's a very click-efficient app.

Cons

Honestly, nothing really stands out. I could complain that I don't like the color scheme for some of the dashboards, but that would just be petty of me.
