Pros

As a not-for-profit community radio station with a changing team of volunteers, we need a CRM that is simple, reliable and easy the team to use. OnePageCRM has been ideal for us. It allows volunteers to quickly add prospects, record conversations and set follow-ups without creating unnecessary admin. That ease of use has meant very little resistance to adoption, which is often the hardest part of introducing a CRM. For the management team, it gives us excellent visibility of activity, conversations and opportunities. Because actions, notes, and follow-ups are tracked naturally within the system, we need very little additional reporting from volunteers. Having used many CRMs over the years, OnePageCRM is now my go-to. It is quick, practical and focused on what matters: making sure relationships are followed up properly and nothing gets lost.

Cons

There are, of course, CRMs with more advanced reporting, more complex automation and deeper customisation options. OnePageCRM is not necessarily the right choice if you want a heavily bespoke enterprise system. But for us, its strength is that it keeps the focus on the most important thing - recording relationships, tracking activity and making sure the next follow-up happens.

Finally, the support we have received through the Power of Action Programme has been excellent. The team behind OnePage CRM clearly understand how organisations operate in the real world and have been responsive, practical, and encouraging throughout.

Pros

As a charity supporting people to access and sustain employment, having simple, reliable systems to manage relationships and record outcomes is essential. Through the \*\*OnePageCRM Power of Action Programme\*\*, we have been able to implement a CRM system that genuinely supports our work rather than adding another administrative burden. OnePageCRM has been massively beneficial for our organisation. It enables us to keep clear and structured records for our funders, track key performance indicators, and document the outcomes of our work in a way that is transparent and easy to review. For a not-for-profit service where accountability matters, this has been invaluable. The system is particularly powerful in how it helps us manage employer relationships. We can record and share job opportunities across the team, while also maintaining an archive of roles that were won, filled, or lost. Over time this creates a valuable pipeline of leads for future clients and helps us build stronger long-term relationships with employers. The Action-focused approach is where the platform truly stands out. By attaching clear next actions to contacts and opportunities, it ensures that important relationships and tasks don’t remain “in our heads.” Instead, they are captured in a structured way that prompts the right follow-up at the right time. For a busy team working across multiple clients, this gentle spur to action keeps momentum going. Another major strength is its simplicity. OnePageCRM works straight out of the box. It does not require complex configuration to become useful. Because it works straight of the box, it doesn't do everything. But that means we did not need to spend thousands getting an over complicated system tailored to our exact needs.

Implementing OnePageCRM is straightforward. They provide short tutorial videos and a helpful AI chatbot, so even when you are unsure how to use a particular feature, you can find the answer quickly. The OnePageCRM customer support team is also very responsive and addresses queries promptly.

Pros

OnePageCRM is easy to use and highly visual, enabling the team to quickly see where each customer sits within the pipeline. The forms are also very useful. I can embed them on my website, allowing contacts to be added directly into the CRM.

Cons

I would like to see more native integrations with other apps (e.g. Circle.so). Ideally, the Timeline would include a dedicated events tab that could sync with the platform I use to manage events. This would allow me to see, in one place, which company events my contacts have attended.

We have been using OnePageCRM for over a year and it has been stable, efficient and effective in helping us keep our contact list organized and synced with Gmail and other apps. With Zapier integration you can completely avoid double-entry across your various platforms.

Pros

OnePageCRM is just that... a simple, effective CRM that allows you to see your business on one page, and to focus only on your next task. The Lead Clipper is a gamechanger and saves hours of time every month adding contact info to our database.

Cons

I wish I could search the notes field, which hopefully will soon be available. This is truly the only feature lacking.

My overall experience with OnePageCRM has been very positive. Getting started was quick and straightforward, and it didn’t take much time to feel comfortable using the system. I'd definitely say it’s a strong and effective CRM for our needs right now and would gladly recommend to anyone, particularly if you're tired of needlessly complex CRM's. Bonus: it provides excellent value too.

Pros

OnePageCRM was extremely easy to setup and begin using, along with a "near zero" learning curve. These are two of the primary reasons we went with OnePageCRM.

Cons

It's a pretty great tool overall for investor/donor and task management, but if I had to choose something I liked least, it'd be that the "lead clipper" tool works inconsistently.

Its like having my own personal assistant. I use it on my desktop and phone and the daily reminders are vital in a busy time. I would be lost without it!

Pros

Where do I start, this CRM system helps me on a daily basis reminding me to follow up with customers, make appointments and most of all keep them informed of NEW products and more! I love the traceability of when emails are read and how many times too :-) Allows me to concentrate on those customers who are showing interest.

Cons

Limited on emails but I have now upgraded to MAX - problem solved. Having to put deals on individual records....now discovered you can import!

Overall, this is a fantastic program that meets our needs in a unique way. It is well supported and links with other programs we use to create a comprehensive system.

Pros

This system is well supported. When we have had questions, they are answered quickly by helpful professionals.

Cons

We have this system connected with our Outlook e-mail for simplified client communications tracking, but sometimes the sync gets disconnected and we have to go back and re-sync the two systems.

I haven't found anything like this, where it forces a next action and is about getting you to do as opposed to just storing info.

Pros

It forces clarity and action. Instead of bloated dashboards or endless pipelines, you get a clean, single-page layout that keeps your team focused on the next step for every contact. Perfect for keeping follow-ups moving and preventing leads from falling through the cracks. Integrations with email and mobile app are simple and reliable no over-engineering, just works.

Cons

It's focused more on larger deal pipelines and not as well rounded for many contacts. We use it for donor follow up, so it's not always about closing deals.

In the time that we have been using OnePage their support has been excellent. We were total newbies at using a CRM and they answered all our, to us, silly questions quickly and professionally. An excellent company to work with and to learn from.

Pros

The ability for all team members to be able to collaborate on submissions, update and amend submissions as necessary and assign to a particular member.

Cons

It would be useful if when exporting data that we use elsewhere that we could export all data belonging to a contact, which at present we cannot export the timeline.

Really great tool, helpful and doesn't get in the way of your productivity on a daily basis. Easy to learn too!

Pros

Simple to use and fast, logical layout. There are too many CRMs out there that only serve to throw endless features that you never end up using. OnePageCRM gives you the most important parts of a CRM without all the baloney.

Cons

I wish they had more integrations. For example, we've been using Gravity Forms for probably close to a decade now and there's still no integration.

The OnePageCRM, is a great resource, for small community based social enterprises, with charity status. The OnePageCRM is a powerful marketing tool for our organisation. It improves organisation and customer tracking and it supports team collaboration and efficiency. The OnePageCRM allows us to store client/customer data is a secure location.

Cons

We love using OnePageCRM in our organisation and we have no negative feedback to report. There is some staff training required for new staff and staff need time to learn the system.

It fits perfectly with how Supported Employment and IPS work: fast, relationship-based, action-driven, and dependent on consistent follow-up. OnePageCRM helps staff stay organised, move cases forward, and maintain momentum, all without adding more admin. Because it’s easy to use, our team actually enjoys it — and when staff like a system, they use it properly, which directly improves outcomes.

Pros

The “Next Action” system ensures nothing gets lost, forgotten, or buried — which is essential when our team handles a high volume of small tasks, employer contacts, MDT updates, and rapid follow-ups. It gives structure without over-complicating anything, which suits my preference for straightforward, efficient tools.

Cons

The main drawback for is that OnePageCRM is difficult to customise to the specific operational requirements of our service. While it is excellent for task management and follow-up, it does not easily adapt to the specialist data fields, referral processes, or reporting needs specific to us.

Pros

Simple and focused, affordable, good Support, works well and sometimes you don't need more, and is good 'good enough'

Cons

Not many, sometimes the page layout gives not much flexibilty but it provides what i need to manage my daily activities. The contacts are central and that is different setup then all other CRMs. It takes (for me) time to get used to it, but that makes it action driven

Overall we love the product, it helps the team easily see the communication history and next steps for a particular constituent without needing to consult the team member or search through emails.

Pros

The ability to set up future tasks helps provide an automated daily to-do list that helped keep us on task. We also like the ability to add emails to a constituent's contact so we can see the full communication history.

Cons

Sometimes the e-mail tagging doesn't happen automatically and the email needs to be assigned to the contact.

Generally, it has been very pleasant throughout the last three or four years, I guess. And now we're also actively using email tracking. So I would say it's very, very nice for our nonprofit.

Pros

Ease of use, simple interface and the general friendliness of the system. This is what helped us to decide.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that there is no granular control for different actions for sub users.

It's been an experience of ease! While I feel we're still getting to grips with exactly how to implement OnePage CRM to maximise its usefulness, it's been a simple tool to use. I'm also grateful for the tutorials I've viewed and support we've received along the way.

Pros

There isn't any fluff! Everything included is useful and serves a purpose. There's plenty of flexibility to go as complex or simple with the data, and it syncs with programmes that we already use (e.g. Mailerlite).

Cons

It can be heavy on business jargon. While I understand this is because it is a business-focused CRM, it would be great to see some flexibility in this to make it more appropriate to the non-profit sector.

Great tech support. Allows me to group customers into geographic territories then send target emails to territory customers.

Cons

The driving app doesn't allow me to select customers under the same tag then plan that trip. Have to select them individually from hundreds of contacts

Using OnePageCRM is an experience on its own any CRM or Sales enthusiast should have. I was amazed by its unique features.

Pros

It makes complex things seem easy. There are many things one can do with the tool but the CRM does not make any hard to understand

Cons

I think more integrations will be helpful. And also expanding to accommodate big businesses. A small business that grows with OnePageCRM might find it difficult to leave for other CRM tool because of its "addictive" simplicity.

OnePageCRM is the best. While other CRM’s keep adding more and more bells and whistles, this sort of philosophy does not improve their product. OnePage CRM is in shape, toned, agile and athletic. It moves quickly and easily. It’s made to stick!!

Pros

Easy to learn, easy to use. Efficient and simple user interface. Superior customer service! Customer service is off the charts.

Cons

When I think of something, I’ll let you know. For now, I only have good things to say about One Page CRM. :-)

Very positive. Any failure is down to me not always being diligent to input records. But the system works well.

Pros

OnePageCRM’s Next Action system (assigning one clear next step per contact) makes it exceptionally suited for arranging and tracking follow up. Hands down this is the best aspect of the software.

Cons

The mobile app could be improved. It feels a little limited compared to the desktop browser website.

I just started using it, and even though I'm still getting the hang of it, it's already been really helpful and easy to use, especially for our small startup. It helps with storing customer contacts, setting follow-up reminders, and using email templates, which is great since sales are so important for us. Plus, the price is good.
