Finally, the support we have received through the Power of Action Programme has been excellent. The team behind OnePage CRM clearly understand how organisations operate in the real world and have been responsive, practical, and encouraging throughout.

Pros

As a charity supporting people to access and sustain employment, having simple, reliable systems to manage relationships and record outcomes is essential. Through the \*\*OnePageCRM Power of Action Programme\*\*, we have been able to implement a CRM system that genuinely supports our work rather than adding another administrative burden. OnePageCRM has been massively beneficial for our organisation. It enables us to keep clear and structured records for our funders, track key performance indicators, and document the outcomes of our work in a way that is transparent and easy to review. For a not-for-profit service where accountability matters, this has been invaluable. The system is particularly powerful in how it helps us manage employer relationships. We can record and share job opportunities across the team, while also maintaining an archive of roles that were won, filled, or lost. Over time this creates a valuable pipeline of leads for future clients and helps us build stronger long-term relationships with employers. The Action-focused approach is where the platform truly stands out. As part of the Power of Action program, we have found OnePageCRM to be an excellent, user-friendly CRM that integrates across a number of platforms.

Pros

Templates, tags, and a centralised secure place where we can have a couple of team members engaging with our CRM have helped manage training and partnerships.

Cons

The pipeline function, although helpful, is focused solely on sales, which makes it a little less user-friendly for us in our context.

Pros

I find OnePageCRM really intuitive to use, a view shared by my team. It is a great asset to track tasks and action items - essential for the variety and complexity of our business.

Cons

Hoping one day to be able to use with our MYOB accounting system - if we can tie in our quoting and invoicing it will be wonderful!

Pros

OnePageCRM is very easy to start using. And it grows with you as you learn more. It has all of the features you need and want, but the value is exceptional. The support feels very personal. This company is exceptional and so is their software. Best Choice you will make today!

Cons

Frankly, I can't think of anything I don't like at this point. And frankly, I don't expect to find any reason not to like it. Literally everything works as you would expect it to. Very intuitive. And they have videos and tech support to help as well.

I haven't found anything like this, where it forces a next action and is about getting you to do as opposed to just storing info.

Pros

It forces clarity and action. Instead of bloated dashboards or endless pipelines, you get a clean, single-page layout that keeps your team focused on the next step for every contact. Perfect for keeping follow-ups moving and preventing leads from falling through the cracks. Integrations with email and mobile app are simple and reliable no over-engineering, just works.

Cons

It's focused more on larger deal pipelines and not as well rounded for many contacts. We use it for donor follow up, so it's not always about closing deals.

Its like having my own personal assistant. I use it on my desktop and phone and the daily reminders are vital in a busy time. I would be lost without it!

Pros

Where do I start, this CRM system helps me on a daily basis reminding me to follow up with customers, make appointments and most of all keep them informed of NEW products and more! I love the traceability of when emails are read and how many times too :-) Allows me to concentrate on those customers who are showing interest.

Cons

Limited on emails but I have now upgraded to MAX - problem solved. Having to put deals on individual records....now discovered you can import!

Overall, this is a fantastic program that meets our needs in a unique way. It is well supported and links with other programs we use to create a comprehensive system.

Pros

This system is well supported. When we have had questions, they are answered quickly by helpful professionals.

Cons

We have this system connected with our Outlook e-mail for simplified client communications tracking, but sometimes the sync gets disconnected and we have to go back and re-sync the two systems.

My overall experience with OnePageCRM has been very positive. Getting started was quick and straightforward, and it didn’t take much time to feel comfortable using the system. I'd definitely say it’s a strong and effective CRM for our needs right now and would gladly recommend to anyone, particularly if you're tired of needlessly complex CRM's. Bonus: it provides excellent value too.

Pros

OnePageCRM was extremely easy to setup and begin using, along with a "near zero" learning curve. These are two of the primary reasons we went with OnePageCRM.

Cons

It's a pretty great tool overall for investor/donor and task management, but if I had to choose something I liked least, it'd be that the "lead clipper" tool works inconsistently.

Generally, it has been very pleasant throughout the last three or four years, I guess. And now we're also actively using email tracking. So I would say it's very, very nice for our nonprofit.

Pros

Ease of use, simple interface and the general friendliness of the system. This is what helped us to decide.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that there is no granular control for different actions for sub users.

It's been an experience of ease! While I feel we're still getting to grips with exactly how to implement OnePage CRM to maximise its usefulness, it's been a simple tool to use. I'm also grateful for the tutorials I've viewed and support we've received along the way.

Pros

There isn't any fluff! Everything included is useful and serves a purpose. There's plenty of flexibility to go as complex or simple with the data, and it syncs with programmes that we already use (e.g. Mailerlite).

Cons

It can be heavy on business jargon. While I understand this is because it is a business-focused CRM, it would be great to see some flexibility in this to make it more appropriate to the non-profit sector.

Pros

It makes complex things seem easy. There are many things one can do with the tool but the CRM does not make any hard to understand

Cons

I think more integrations will be helpful. And also expanding to accommodate big businesses. A small business that grows with OnePageCRM might find it difficult to leave for other CRM tool because of its "addictive" simplicity.

OnePageCRM is the best. While other CRM’s keep adding more and more bells and whistles, this sort of philosophy does not improve their product. OnePage CRM is in shape, toned, agile and athletic. It moves quickly and easily. It’s made to stick!!

Easy to learn, easy to use. Efficient and simple user interface. Superior customer service! Customer service is off the charts.

Cons

When I think of something, I’ll let you know. For now, I only have good things to say about One Page CRM. :-)

Pros

OnePageCRM’s Next Action system (assigning one clear next step per contact) makes it exceptionally suited for arranging and tracking follow up. Hands down this is the best aspect of the software.

The mobile app could be improved. It feels a little limited compared to the desktop browser website.

I just started using it, and even though I'm still getting the hang of it, it's already been really helpful and easy to use, especially for our small startup. It helps with storing customer contacts, setting follow-up reminders, and using email templates, which is great since sales are so important for us. Plus, the price is good.

\+ Pipeline & Goal is visible, you could use easily and custom. It appear front of your eyes. + Like the name, everything show in a page for all (different with other UI as Agile/ Salemate/ Hubspot/ Bitrix...) - kind a classic, I love it after try dozen of 3-column-page of other CRM: messy eyes + CUSTOMER SERVICES: they are a live and help you strongly, friendly also. I love to work with people and OnepageCRM did great for user (I luckily talked with Sarah, Lecetia - both kindness) + Vertical Management as "Status", as you "Category" to work not eye-looking to many column. + Commission rate, we are already to know how we gain after we help our customer solve their problem.

Cons

\- Need more UX, friendly click as "Add a Contact/ Deal/ Company" - Should plus "+" icon somewhere for short-cut add new Contact/ Deal/ Company - Add multiple "Contact" to a "Deal" (B2B normally require more than a person in a purchase)

\+ Pipeline & Goal: I could not find these function as the alternative CRM (mentioned above) , it required you x1.5 Price to have "both function", some of they are not friendly interface also and lack of report view + View is easy to see, your eyes not moving so much, focus to one and one only + Customer support to help you whenever you ask - they are friendly, just ask them kindly + Commission rate, I never use the commission sheet anymore

Working with the team at OP has been a wonderful experience. Carmel in particular went above and beyond during the onboarding experience and training to ensure we were equipped with the knowledge and tools we needed to begin our CRM journey. The customer support we have received to date has been incredible. The software is so easy to use and manage and is a major asset to our team.

Pros

A major benefit of One Page CRM is how easy it is to use it. The next action functionality is beyond very beneficial as is the lead capture tool.

Cons

In order to integrate this solution better in our business, we would love an improved quoting functionality. This would eliminate the need for multiple software.

This is far and away the cleanest way to both keep a client database and to map out good times to interact with or follow up with each of them to push them down the sales pipeline. There are no more unknowns, or questions about when I should call--I just open the app and see who's on my list for today.

Pros

Besides the initial tour around the program, no training was necessary (although provided in free seminars). It's very intuitive to use, and while it's not a quite one-stop-shop like Hubspot, it's pretty darn close. The best part is the underlying philosophy, where once you act on a client you are encouraged to set the next step or goal for them to keep them moving down the sales pipeline. Nobody gets forgotten, no deadlines passed; it's great!

Cons

Importing mass contacts can be a little difficult, mainly due to the likely ubiquitous issue that import data doesn't often neatly match the software you're using (ex, First Name, Last Name vs Last Name, First Name).

It is the best software for sales that can exist. It has helped us a lot to close deals and increase the sales of the company. It has a very good system for tracking customers and following up with them in such a way that we can achieve successful sales and satisfied customers.

Pros

It integrates many of the applications that are used daily such as Gmail and Facebook, so we can keep in touch with customers through these platforms. I recommend OnePageCRM to all companies that want to increase their sales and attract new customers, because it is a useful tool, where you can follow clear objectives to meet the goals and not lose contact with regular customers and potential buyers. Everything is in a single software without the need to install any additional application. It is very easy to meet the goals of the sales process, because it has an easy monitoring of the activities that are performed with each client.

Cons

Sometimes it is a bit tedious to search for customer information as they are easily lost. They should use a search system where this problem is solved, especially for salespeople who have large customer portfolios. For new salespeople, it has been a little difficult to use the software, although in a few days, they have already managed to use most of the functions.

### "We Used Many CRM Platform Before Falling in Love w OnePage"

Outstanding. I am a CRM fanatic and have used OnePage to build my business for several years now. We went thru many different platforms over our company history, even developing our own CRM software at one point, but we needed cultural acceptance to get our team to buy in. OnePage provided that along with terrific training, ease of use, great customer support, human engagement and a platform that drives sales (as long as you work it every day).

Pros

Ease of use was critical. CRM is as much about cultural acceptance as tech capability. If the team won't use it and won't learn it, it doesn't matter what it can do. Ease of use of OnePage and the training and customer support that come with it are exceptional and provided quick cultural acceptance from our team.

Cons

Some functionality is yet to be developed to match their bigger (more expensive/complex) competitors. But this con was relatively easy to accept. The team at OnePage continues to innovate and develop improvements.

This has really helped us to become more efficient and potentially grow our reach.

Pros

This software was so easily customisable and easy to use.

Cons

It would be great if it was integrated not just with whatsapp but also zoom. It would be great if users could email each other (making it easier to communicate as a team and stay on the CRM all day) It would be great if you could ask to remove some fields you do not use.
