Pros: It is so much more interesting than a normal survey and we have had much better completion rates and some great feedback from our customers. I like how you can customise the bot and once I understood how everything worked it is really easy to set up lots of different bots and surveys. The AI stuff is great and the level of routing and personalisation you can do is great.

Cons: It look a little bit of time to understand how to build the survey just because there are lots of different features and functionality. The support team were really helpful though and once I knew what I was doing you can start to create some really interesting conversational surveys.

Overall: We have got significantly improved completion rates from our surveys and the quality of the feedback has also improved massively. We have also had feedback from our customers that they actually enjoyed the survey experience!
