Wordable

## What is Wordable?

After exporting 10,000+ docs/year, we found that the best marketers always get bogged down with the same redundant tasks. Things like cleaning HTML, removing <span> tags, line breaks and more. Resizing & compressing images one-by-one. And even manually pasting target=“\_blank” to every single link to keep readers on your site. Wordable allows you to customize how you want content formatted & optimized. Then, you can save these recurring settings to export in seconds with just 1-click.

Pros

If you need to transfer a lot of documents and edit documents then this is a wonderful software to use. If you don't want to be bothered with having to transfer a document one by one, try this program. You'll be amazed at how much time you save. Copying stuff over is literally one of the best things it's good for but for other stuff you may need to look to other software.

Cons

The downfall with this software is it can get slow at times as you copy documents and stuff over. If you need it for things outside of copying and transferring it can really lag. While it is fast, it does have its downfalls.

Review source

Incentivized review: software users are invited to submit an honest review and offered a nominal incentive for their time and effort. All incentivized reviews are subject to our verification process prior to publication.

Pros

Wordable is a good software that speed up transfer process into WordPress which is majorly and widely used by content creators and bloggers. Its simple and easy to learn interface make my work my work easy on a daily basis. The fact that it's integrated with google docs and WordPress make it much more good.

Horrible. The overall company was like a side project but then it became worse with very bad customer experience. Customer support is useless

Pros

Use to be a great tool for converting. Helped us save a lot of time in general.

Cons

\- Very bad user experience - latest release screwed up the user experience. Made 10 more extra clicks to import a small document. - They increased their product $19 to $50 and canceled our old subscription. - Wouldn't recommend anyone to try this product. - It didn't work a lot of time. - Support isn't reachable.

I used Wordable for multiple years, and it was just OK. Not great. It was kind of confusing and clunky, but it worked. After the latest update, it is completely unusable. So much so that I am here writing a review to encourage other people to avoid wasting their time and money on this tool.

Pros

This product is \*supposed\* to take articles written in Google Docs and publish them on your Wordpress site. However, it has become borderline impossible to actually do that without running into at least one issue along the way. I can honestly say that there is nothing I like about this software.

Cons

It is ridiculously buggy, it is difficult and confusing to use, and it is very expensive, considering what it's actually built to accomplish.

Reasons for choosing Wordable

It had better reviews at the time, and it worked well enough when we tested it out.

Pros

We sought out a solution for uploading ~50 articles a month into Wordpress, and multiple site uploads. We were trying to counter-act the copy / paste span problem; essentially, keep our formatting from a Google doc while speeding up our processes. It works really well. When the work is completed, a copy editor drops the finished copy into the relevant Google drive folder. The publisher then exports into into Wordpress and publishes the article.

Cons

We ran into some troubles with trying to tie the master account to a non-gmail account (for billing tracking purposes). You can't do this, and we had to tie it into a gmail account. Getting set up initially was a bit of a hassle. I found myself being like, "Okay, here we go" every time I had to get a team member set up. That said, this last time was really smooth, so that may have been solved recently.

Simple solution to a real problem that actually works.

I like the fact that it works as promised and what you see in your Google Doc is exactly what you get in Wordpress.

The web app UI could be a little more user friendly, it takes some time to acclimatize yourself.

Absolutely fantastic, highly recommend.

Pros

Getting google docs to go into wordpress properly is a MAJOR pain, and Wordable takes care of all of it. Image formatting, font oddities, H-tags etc. Wordable makes all of that easy and saves my writing team hours and hours.

Cons

Honestly I really can't think of many. It's pretty easy to use and does the job I need it to.

Simple to use and great product

Pros

For the longest time we were trying to copy/paste from Google Docs into Wordpress and nothing seemed to transfer correctly. Now I can click a button and upload from Google Docs straight into Wordpress. Super easy.

Cons

Had to share my username and password with my assistant so she could log in and upload on my behalf.
