Pros: The fact that it can generate EAD finding aids has made it possible for us to share information with two consortia of which we are members. The hierarchical organization makes it possible to process collections in stages.

Cons: We had some technical glitches but the tech support people were very helpful. The manual is difficult for non-techie people to follow.

Overall: a way to organize information about our collections and to make that information available to users
