Pros

Its accurate and easy to use, i love the verification feature and the fact that it keep people accountable.

Cons

Sometimes it is slow or has glitches but they are being fixed slowly. Over all though it is very useful.

Pros

the ability to quickly pinpoint an address and a phone numer of a client and stay organized and be able to bring up the information at any given moment.

Cons

I wish the addresses and the attached documents and photos could be exported all at once into Microsoft Excel.
