J'ai une assez bonne expérience d'Axelor, il nous a permis rapidement d'adhérer les utilisateurs, ce qui nous permet aujourd'hui d'avoir une vision de notre activité

Pros

Lors de la migration de notre ancien ERP vers Axelor nous avons apprécié sa simplicité et l'homogénéité de son utilisation. Le deuxième plus a été de pouvoir personnaliser facilement via le BPM les processus pour ajouter par exemple la validation automatique des feuilles des temps qui répondaient aux contrôles que nous avions prédéfinis.

Cons

De temps en temps, le nombre de cliques pourrait être réduit pour rendre encore plus fluide l'utilisation.

Intégrateur de différents ERP depuis 2010, j'ai découvert Axelor il y a un an et je le trouve très facile à prendre en main en rapport avec la flexibilité qu'il offre.

Pros

Un outil très puissant en fonctionnement standard pour des PME qui ont besoin de se structurer, tout en laissant une bonne part de paramétrage pour s'adapter à différents usages.

Cons

Facile d'accès pour les utilisateurs, il réussi à s'adapter à beaucoup de contextes différents, mais du coup il existe souvent plusieurs manières de répondre à une même problématique et donc nécessite d'être accompagné par des experts de l'outil pour être utilisé au mieux.

Pros

Axelor a cette grande qualité d'être techniquement bien structuré. Le modèle de données est très bien pensé, et s'adaptera largement à tout type d'activités. C'est un outil très personnalisable, avec une couche de haut niveau XML / Groovy / JPQL qui permet de configurer l'interface comme on le souhaite. De plus avec ces fonctionnalités Low Code et BPM, elle permet une personnalisation avancée de la solution à moindre coût. De plus, l'interface est intuitive, accessible, agréable.

Cons

Les fonctionnalités standard d'Axelor gagnerait à anticiper plus de cas métier. Être pensé plus largement, avec davantage de paramétrages en cohérence avec le modèle de donnée. Les nouvelles versions vont dans ce sens, et c'est une bonne nouvelle.

Sans assistance à l'intégration il demande de fortes compétences techniques. Ce n'est pas du Plug and Play.

Au sein de notre entreprise, nous activons régulièrement des nouveaux modules qui nous permettent d'inclure tous nos process dans l'entreprise. J'apprécie tout particulièrement le module de gestion de projet qui permet de mesurer les écarts budgétaires entre le prévisionnel et le réel.
