Regarding export functionality, Urbantz manages incredibly large datasets so even manipulating 1 month's worth of data in spreadsheet software such as Excel can be a challenge if your operation has a high number of deliveries. That's why we offer the possibility for customers to retrieve all their data from the platform so it can be fed into their ERP or BI system. In this way, you can integrate your last mile delivery data with other customer information. We've also developed an Insights module that provides reports you can use to evaluate delivery activity across a variety of metrics, compare performance across hubs, carriers etc. All the best. We had multiple occurences of service calls not compliying to the decalred contract interfaces, causing bugs and preventing delivery for some of our clients.
