Pros: eNPS.co is unique in that they offer both email and SMS text employee net promoter score surveys. Others like Delighted and Culture Amp require an email address and for employees to log in. The ease of sending surveys that don't require logins or email addresses is very cool.

I also appreciate that eNPS is focused on one thing only, eNPS surveys, and doesn't have feature overload like the other tools out there.

Cons: There are some quirks about the software that the team is addressing. It's not clear, for example, what happens to a survey if a recipient has both an email address and a cell phone number. It appears to be random which method they'll use for sending. It's also not easy for recipients to opt out of receiving surveys. eNPS can be a persistent in getting people to respond, but on the other hand, the automatic reminders are nice!

Overall: Very responsive to feedback and great customer support.
