"Great Free Option"

**Pros:** The fact that you get up to 30 minutes for free and that they automatically email a copy of the call for your records within a few minutes of the call ending.

**Cons:** I had a problem with the system once when I was trying to meet with a client. It was frustrating. But it only happened once - as far as I can remember.

"Dialpad Meeting "

**Overall:** With dialpad we are bridging better connections with our customers as well as in the office. It easy to access missed calls and the caller ID on the software always provides us with a callback number as wells as a call transcript.

**Pros:** The most impactful feature this software has would have to be the recording of calls. We really enjoy that feature as it allows us to look back on calls for missed information or clarification.

**Cons:** My only complaint would be that the desktop app has quite a lot going on and i occasionally become a little lost when navigating through it.
