Pros \- It is really easy to set up. - They have a free version with up to 45 min conference calls and 10 participants. - The paid version is really affordable giving you up to 100 people. - Both free and paid have unlimited conference calls. - People can join you from their phone if they are driving or busy. - International Access and Toll-Free numbers for the paid version. - Screen Sharing HD and no problems of security. - They have Mobile apps or browser version so you could even access from a computer in the library. - Nice standby music, I use it often. - Call Recording which is very useful. - Integrates with Salesforce, Google Calendars, Evernote, Hubspot, etc.. " February 6, 2026 1.0 It may be the worst company I have dealt with. I have been managing business systems as an executive for 20+ years and I am not sure I have ever had as bad of an experience. The software did not work as designed, they kept claiming things would change. We ended our contract in writing, within terms, they continued to collect money post term. We emailed and escalated to the team and they acknowledged they messed up but they cannot figure out a way to reimburse us. I even escalated this to their \[sensitive content hidden\] who never responded to me nor acknowledged my email. I would 100% look elsewhere for your phone and Meeting needs. Pros Nothing, technology was clunky and didn't work. Account management is a distaster. The call reporting was not good. There is a lag when you would make calls and customers would hang up. Cost us thousands of dollars in our outbound sales department. Cons Their account management is horrible, we ended contract properly and they still can't figure out. We have been asking for a refund for 6+ months for fees they took out post cancellation. Do not do business with them. Nothing seems to get them to care. Instead of scribbling notes, the AI (powered by DialpadGPT) creates a highly accurate summary of the meeting. Why it's great: It automatically extracts action items (e.g., "\[sensitive content hidden\] will send the proposal by Friday") and provides a searchable transcript. Pros I've used many conference call and screen sharing services and for calls only — Uberconference is the best. It's easy to schedule a call, you can retain a consistent number for multiple calls and you can have the service call out to someone if you need someone who was not originally invited for the call. And best of all, it can send you a text message when someone joins your number — never miss a conference call again! Cons As much as I love the calling features, the screen sharing functionality has always been average to disappointing. Early versions required a Chrome plugin (sorry Firefox users!) and while the new version no longer has that requirement, the screen share is still laggy and doesn't work for some of our clients. I also like that you can log-in into the website and add numbers to call. Pros This product is great for folks who need conference calls. I am often involved in calls where the attorneys have to conference and then call the Court. I just circulate the call-in number and then add in the Court through the website once everyone is on the line. As there is no option of video, it directly results in a very high quality high definition crisp and clear voice, and outstanding picture quality while screensharing. I would highly recommend the paid/free versions to any team wanting to boost productivity. This application will enable you to work from home, and give you the feeling of working in an office. The customer service is also phenomenally good. Have been using this for over an year now, and rarely had any issues with it. Pros I think this is the first no nonsense conference software I and my team have ever used and is among the only one to work beautifully and is designed for the purpose of offices. Google Meet and Google Hangouts were a nightmare especially when it came to screenshare, and took the life out of us try to connect and getting to put together a meeting. Zoom and skype were also similar nightmares to use on a daily basis, and that was when we discovered uberconference. The beauty of this software is you can simply click a link and join the conference call. It gives you the ability to dial in via phone, while viewing the screenshare via laptop. Or you can view and speak/listen via laptop. Screensharing is fantastic, there is no encroachment on the screen, and you get 100% screen space during sharing. It is extrememly helpful for remote teams when debugging code. It is free to use for upto 10-11 people per call. Any person can mute anybody else. This is a heavenly feature as you will no longer be at the mercy of some person with a noisy connection who is unconscious of all the noise and feedback that He/she is generating. Once you start using it, you will never go back to any other tool out there. Everybody in my company uses this and this alone. Cons Not a con, but sometimes while connecting via laptop, the audio options drop down tab\[which contain connect via phone/computer\] does not appear, so you are technically present on the conference but can neither speak nor screenshare. It happens rarely but when it does, it is kind of annoying. 2. The screenshare option is not supported on firefox browsers. Chrome is mandatory when screensharing. Are you planning to have a conference with them? Then I recommend you to use the services of Highfive. It is comfortable to use because you connect the camera to a TV the screen of which is large enough to see it. Pros What Highfive differs from other software is that it is supported by a camera and speakers. They are easy to set up and don’t require any professional skills. Usually, they are connected to a TV and produce high-quality picture and sound. You don’t need any app to use Highfive on your computer. The only thing you need is the extension for Chrome. Please note that for using on mobile devices you need to download the application. If you run a company which offices are spread in many cities, countries or even continents and you need to hold a conference with your employees, then Highfive knows how to solve your distance problems. This video conferencing tool will bring all the employees together and save your travelling expenses and time. Cons As I have already mentioned, the camera and speakers produce quality picture and sound, so it is logical that you require fast internet. It can be irritating if one of the conference participants has slow internet. Unfortunately, I think that the monthly price of Highfive is way too high. My clients feel the difference and often say something like "It really feels like you're paying attention to me." (Which, I really do--thanks to UberConference.) Pros UberConference makes it easy to set up calls in advance, on-the-spot, or hear them later. Most of all, I like the sound quality. When I use UberConference, everyone hears each other clearly and without noise. I especially like being able to download the call recordings and send them to my transcription service. Because everyone's voices are recorded separately, it's easy for the software to pick up who is saying what. That clarity has helped improve my throughput after meetings by about 20%. Cons UberConference doesn't yet (to the best of my knowledge) work with Zapier. Ideally, I'd like to automatically download audio to my Dropbox account, to my desktop, and to forward it for transcription. I love the move meeting to TV feature as you can turn off laptop if needed and meeting will stay on air. Share screen option with share window option is great in terms of privacy. Also integration with Slack makes it easy to invite new people fast Cons Cold start takes too long. Is highly dependent on high speed internet and glitches when having slight network issues. Screen sharing mostly is pixelated and low FPS. Meetings get interrupted with no reason. We mainly use Uber Conference to be able to communicate with them on a daily basis. We love being able to share our screens and it makes meetings easy for everyone to participate and understand the work that is being done. Cons My only complaint and it's a silly one, is the song that plays before anyone else is online is very annoying. It was catchy at first, but when you literally here it multiple times a day, or at least multiple times a week, it gets pretty annoying really quickly. We always have to mute the song, which then sometimes we miss one one of our employees actually gets on. Whether they were in Africa, Asia, Europe, etc. they had a number for the specific countries so they were not charged international fees. It was a simple interface as well, nothing complex. Cons I would record the call/audio, but not my screen/visual. If there was something being presented and I wanted to reference the deck or presentation, I could only hear others talking about it. There were a lot of audio problems as well, it would cut out frequently and we would have to dial back in. A bit annoying and was embarrassing. Review Source Adam C. They refused and said it wasn't part of their terms of service. Just so anyone reading this knows, Dialpad doesn't even stand behind the service of their product. If that doesn't tell the story I don't know what will. Pros It used to be a great and easy to use the product for international calling but over the past year, the service has declined rapidly Cons Calls constantly drop. I'm not even able to use the service that I pay for because the web app continues to crash. Every time I enter a room with an international caller we drop off in 30 seconds. Rinse, wash, repeat. We use it to maintain constant communication connections to our offices around the world. Pros SO EASY. They have refined the UI over years and years of hard work and everything just WORKS. It's such a good experience. And its pretty, and your brand looks good on it. The audio quality is astounding and there is minimal lag even on spotty connections. Plus screen sharing. Cons SO EXPENSIVE. Gobs of money. Zoom doesn't do half as good a job, but its almost a 10th the cost.
