The only thing that I would recommend is that when someone joins for their to be an option to call the host and notify all parties on line that the moderator is joining the call. It's humourous hold music pokes fun at the typical tropes of conference call woes. It also integrates beautifully with Google Calendar, making calls easy to make and host. Pros Uberconference is solid and easy to use. They say that good design is invisible and seemless. Uberconference is just that. We've never had a problem with Uberconference. Cons While I don't have any complaints about Uberconference, I find its features lacking at times. There are so many other services such as Zoom and Google Meet that serve the same market that has more features. For example, breakout rooms, private chat, and electronic handraising. Pros Uberconference has high audio quality and is easy to share with clients. I also love how the recording gets sent immediately after the call via email to both the client and user. If not, an easier, cheaper solution should be readily available. Pros Highfive is a great tool to make remote group meetings more efficient and less of a pain. I don't know of any other solution like it that makes two meeting rooms in different cities feel more like one big meeting room. It's not too difficult to join a meeting, once you learn the basics of it. It's got a lot of flexible features for screen sharing, muting, etc. Cons The initial setup for Highfive can feel tedious, and it can feel complicated when using it for the first time. June 4, 2019 4.0 Overall, if you are looking for a solid free conference tool to use then I would highly suggest UberConference. Pros I liked that this tool was free to use and also very easy to use. I used this for all of my client meetings and they all enjoyed the uber conference experience also. It gives you the necessary features needed in conference calls and the quality is overall very good.
