### "Uberconference has declined over time"

March 23, 2021

2.0

UberConference was great for our conference calls when the platform worked better. Unfortunately now we barely us it.

Pros

The best part of the uberconference is the lightweight web interface and easy access via phone. Not having to download anything to use the platform is great.

Cons

Unfortunately the platform has declined over time. Recently, we've had so many people have issues where they dialed in our went to our meeting via the web and were not admitted to the meeting, or other issues accessing the meeting.

### "The Best Conferencing Apps"

May 10, 2018

5.0

Pros

Very easy for clients to join and connect to the software. They find it quick and easy to navigate the UI. The Quality of video sharing and audio is great and better than the competition.

Cons

The hold music will get stuck in your head if you have conferences daily. You do have the option to turn it off if it bugs you too much.

### "Working remote, HighFive is a lifesaver."

March 29, 2017

4.0

It is important to be part of a team no matter where you work and Highfive makes that possible by providing a great conference room experience from afar as well as a wide range of accessibility with their different platform support.

Pros

Reliable, great conference room system, great remote / desktop experience.

Cons

My colleagues can't get 4k 5k screens to share properly :-)

### "Great product "

April 12, 2022

5.0

I really liked it.

Pros

In the short time we have used this product it was very efficient, with almost no lags, unlike other products we've tried, I like the transcription feature they use as well.

Cons

I dont like the fact that I had to download two apps to be able to use, if we could download only one would have been better

### "So easy to use"

January 12, 2021

5.0

UberConference is a great service that is very easy to use. Where I work, we use it weekly, many of us use it daily. Highly recommend!

Pros

The thing I like most about UberConference is how easy it is to use. Unlike other call softwares, you don't have to download anything to use it. Also, when you're invited to an UberConference, you click the link and then select whether or not you want to use the computer audio or call in from your phone. Compared to other services, the whole process is much simpler.

Cons

UberConference does change their interface frequently, so if you're used to a button being in a specific place, don't get too attached to it!

### "Reliable Solution with Good Features"

August 18, 2020

4.0

UberConference is a good solution in a saturated market. There are downsides but thus far, it has performed well for those in remote positions. We ultimately did not choose UberConference as we integrated our systems with Teams but that choice was not because of the shortcomings of UberConference. Try the free version as a good way to get used to the system and see what you think.

Pros

UberConference is a solid, fairly reliable solution with a good free option to try the service out. The free version allows up to 10 people for 45 minutes, allowing you to play with the features, customize certain aspects of the account and test for connection issues. It integrates with programs well, allows you to customize hold music and generate conference call numbers so people can attend the meetings on the road. They have recording features as well, which helps us keep track of notetaking.

Cons

There have been times where the audio has been unreliable where it had previously been solid with Teams or Zoom. This could be due to a user's connection but it has happened more than once and follow-up calls with the same person were clear. The scheduling feature can also be a little difficult to navigate at first.

### "Uberconference user"

March 10, 2020

4.0

Otherwise it's a very useful conferencing platform and it's easy whether a participant is using a computer or calling via a phone.

Pros

It's very intuitive. The functionality is in plain sight and it doesn't take much to start using. It's also easy to explain to other users.

Cons

Setting it up was a little intimidating. I use it at work where I just sign on and it's very straightforward. I set it up for personal use as an administrator and the directions and management could be more clear.

### "UberConference "

5.0

This was my go to software to hold meetings and screen shares, the new limitation on time (45 minutes) makes the free version unusable.

Pros

Easy to use and easy to schedule meetings

Cons

The new time limitation on the meetings for the free version. You cannot allow viewers to have mouse control.

Reason for choosing Dialpad AI Meetings

free aspect and ease of use for small companies with small conference calls.

### "Web design and speed."

May 23, 2018

5.0

Pros

The strength of HighFive, is definitely the design that has the website and the speed of the video conferences, the truth is that it is a speed that seems like you were talking person to person, and something very fluid and is totally changing the way to communicate.

Cons

I think that the free trial access of this platform should be eliminated, since in several plans they specify free trials and users take advantage of this to not pay the memberships.

### "Conferenceing software that won't break the bank"

May 7, 2019

5.0

We previously used a paid service for our online conferencing. We found that Uberconference could do everything we needed at no cost. It does lag sometimes when doing screen sharing but usually, that is not an issue. It does have a limitation of like 10 users but we usually do not have that many in a meeting.

Pros

The software is free It is easy to set up and use Can do screen sharing

Cons

The screen share is laggy sometimes The song when on hold gets annoying (now you can mute it, Hooray!)

### "Easy to use conference software"

August 14, 2019

5.0

Pros

I most like getting notification when a caller joins a call, and the tracking of time spent talking by each caller. I also like being able to visually see who is speaking, and the LinkedIn profile for callers when available.

Cons

Occasionally, but not frequently, the audio quality cuts in and out.

### "The free option is great for non-client activities"

May 22, 2019

5.0

Pros

Uberconference's free service is extremely easy to use and user-friendly. When communicating with people outside of my own organization, it is a great service for providing a conference bridge and screen share. So considering that you can use it for free, it is really fantastic.

Cons

I am not the biggest fan of the music they play as you are waiting for someone to join. It is not the most professional.

### "One of the simplest solutions to a problem you didn't know you had"

August 2, 2019

5.0

My experience has been excellent!

Pros

The best thing about UberConference is that you have one telephone number that everyone (including yourself) dials into. It allows you to have pleasant (relatively) hold music to listen to while other join the line and it gives you an email following your call with information related to your call (who spoke and for how long). It's a simple system, but effective. I love it.

Cons

The thing I like least about this software or system is the limitations on the music selections for on-hold. That's a very small complaint in my opinion.

### "Very limited as compared to other similar tools "

October 9, 2019

3.0

Overall experience has been very mixed. Many times it has failed to meet the expectations due to lag and not being able to present the screen. However, easy of use is very good. We had to move to another software due to lack of features and consistency.

Pros

\- Easy to use for starting a quick meeting - screensharing is very easy to use and connects quickly although being based on browser - Good controls given to the presenter. - Thank god they have added a way to stop annoying music when someone is waiting for meeting.

Cons

\- lag in screensharing sessions - installation needed. Many times it becomes frustrating for the presentation. - Noise cancelling is less as compared to other tools - Lots of other important features like scheduling, etc can be added.

### "Excellent Teleconference Tool"

August 7, 2019

5.0

Pros

The software is very easy to use and it's reliable. We have a small team (4) that use it regularly and it does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Cons

I don't have any complaints. The functionality is very good, it's easy to use and works well each time we use it. Actually, there is one small thing I would change and that is the ability to conceal your location. I'm not always on a conference call/webinar from my office and I don't always want people to know where I'm dialing in from. This is obviously a very minor item and one easily overshadowed by the rest of the functionality.

### "Unimpressive video conferencing"

March 25, 2020

3.0

It was available and we used it for a conference call. I would not use it again if I had the choice. There are better video conferencing software/apps out there that are more mature and developed and have better UI.

Pros

I did enjoy the overall initial interface but it also lead to areas of dislike as well. The initial user interface arranges the participants in a clean fashion on one screen.

Cons

I had the hardest time utilizing the software to provide a smooth video conference. My first call using the software as a participant was very choppy and dropped some of the callers out of the call without provocation. The next call was not as choppy but it took about 3-5 seconds for the app to recognize I had unmuted myself, which is a long time when someone asks you a question on the call and then has to wait through 5 seconds of silence before I could reply. It also dropped me out of the call when I was attempting to unmute myself. Also I really disliked the functionality to toggle video and microphone on/off. It was not responsive and didn't work very smoothly. The whole experience toggled my experience to off (unimpressed).

### "Highly recommended to stay connected with your team!"

January 5, 2017

5.0

Mostly positive experiences, highly recommended to stay connected with your team. I work on a team across several states, and we are highly dependent on High Five for our daily meetings. I also love that you can obtain a link in advance for planned meetings. Sometimes have difficulty with sound and have to reconnect. Not sure if this is related to High Five or our office internet. The user interface is friendly and easy to use. Can't speak for Customer Support or Value for Money really since I haven't used CS and have no idea what the cost is.

### "My Favorite Screenshare Tool"

February 5, 2019

5.0

Pros

Uberconference is very easy to use, and allows you to quickly set up a conference call with screen sharing capabilities. I have found this service to be super reliable with very little bugs or issues. Use it almost daily. A user's dial in remains the same so it's easy to save the and share the info among the team or with external vendors.

Cons

I have no complaints - have had little to no bugs or issues using this software.

### "Reliable conferencing "

February 22, 2018

5.0

Very reliable conferencing service with some good features such as video chats.

Pros

We use the video chat a lot when making presentations to clients and it's very reliable. There is sometimes a slight delay but on the whole it works as expected. I like that you can create a custom link for conference calls so it's easy to remember, and they have funny hold music.

### "A better conference call solution for Small Medium Enterprise"

August 30, 2019

5.0

UberConferance mainly recommended for a start-up setup environment where no need for spending an additional expenditure, unlike other products.

Pros

1.) The most favourite part is the "free plan" option where the user can utilize the basic con-call requirement rather than procuring other con call tools. 2.) Great sound quality and noise reduction facilitate while conducting the conference. 3.) Scheduling option also facilitates and it's pretty much flexible to use.

Cons

1.) Limited time is provided to hold one session. (45 minutes) 2.) It may find irritating to hear the hold music sounds. 3.) Not any extension with desktop email tool (outlook), because zoom has the extra plugin in outlook to keep connected with meetings.
