Free phone and web conferencing

Pros

Uber Conference does everything I need it to do for setting up and holding phone and web conferences. Best of all its free!

Cons

I wish it had a better Google Calendar integration that would auto highlight conference numbers and the pin so users could join the call in one click from the Google Calendar invite on mobile.

### "Good - but Inconsistent"

Overall, Uberconference has worked great for us. We can each have our own log in which makes scheduling calls much easier, and generally all usually functions well.

Pros

The product is free so that makes it extremely helpful, and for free there are plenty of useful features such as: audio recordings, screen share, international capabilities. All necessities for any business.

Cons

Sometimes calls will drop and it can be very difficult to get back into the call.

We use it weekly for our company conference calls. We have other solutions, as well as paid solutions available for use nowadays but I see that we continue to use Uberconference. Its going to be hard to displace the ease of use, web interface to view those online, and the cost of the solution.

Pros

Free version with many of the features of the paid version. Ease of use. Web interface that allows you to see who is on the call.

Cons

There is very little not to like about this software.

Overall I think if you can get over the sound then its not bad but I think there is better software out there.

Pros

The picture quality was pretty good when it works.

Cons

Connection never seemed to be great. Neither was the sound. No matter how we had the room configured it seemed hard to hear, the sound to break up or the sound would continually echo. We bought expensive equipment for it and it didn't always seem to work very good.

I've been using UberConference to conduct remote interviews for a job position.

Pros

What I like most about this software is the ability to share your screen with other attendees. The screenshare option is very straightforward and allows you to choose which display to show to others if you are using multiple screens. Allows direct conference meeting requests to be sent to each attendee and automatically adds the meeting to your calendar. You also have the ability to use your computer microphone's sound settings or dial in via phone.

Cons

There isn't an option to share your camera however you can still add a picture when connecting to the meeting so that others can have a visual of who you are.

Pros

I have been using uber conference for more than 3 years now and it's my go to conference tool. It doesn't require any app to be installed separately for the conference to start. You need only a modern browser and good internet connection. It works really great as a group conference organiser as well. I find it exceptionally great.

Cons

none at the moment, one of best conference tool I ever came across.

I'd recommend this tool to people who want quick jump on the call. I love it because it's free.

Pros

It's easy to create a group call with UberConference. I've never paid for it, I guess it's free. Window sharing is a good feature that I always use when on call.

Cons

Few times I had a glitch with muting when connected via cell phone and desktop. The user interface could be more optimized.

Is simple and just works. Haven't had any issues with this so far, which is saying a lot in a world where 2 out of 3 conference tools simply don't work properly.

Pros

I actually liked the waiting area before the call began. I wasn't in doubt if I was in or not. A symbol showed me my status, which is a nice calming feature. One less thing to worry about in those conference calls that hardly never works.

Cons

The product is almost too simple. I haven't tried to present anything in this conference tool yet, and I am not sure where I should go to do so.

Easy and quick to set up and reliable-- Uber conference can get a quick call going or a great video meeting set up as well

Pros

There are a lot of options available, but Uber conference proves to be a reliable one. If you're wanting to have a free conference call or an online meeting, this is the solution.

Cons

Honestly, I liked most of everything about it. I don't think it is as popular as some of the other options, so not as many people use it when I have calls, but it's definitely a good option to have and essential for small businesses

Not very useful for small to medium businesses

Pros

The product allows for easy video conferencing within multi offices where teams are located. The product works well when it is supported by the right infrastructure.

Cons

In the time where it is increasingly difficult to add new hardware to office ecosystems Highfive requires a receiver to be added. In addition to this the solution is not as seamless as most of the other web conferencing solutions which provide video on-demand. Also not the cheapest solution in the market

Most of the time, it works great. There are times when there is a poor connection. Those times make it difficult to use when having team meetings with people from different offices. It is nice to be able to see people but also mute and disable the camera. Sometimes if you don't mute when others are talking, there is terrible background noise.

Cons

Customer support is less responsive.I recently raised one issue and mailed it to the support but haven't got any reply from them.

My experience was great. In my role I do not have a big need for virtual conferences and the free option works great. When I did have the need to have more than 10 people on my call I was able to upgrade and access opened immediately.

Pros

Uber Conference is easy to set up and use. Extremely intuitive.

Cons

When I upgraded to a payed plan I had to choose a new number.

Easy and quick access to screen-sharing conference line.

Pros

Solid conferencing functionality, very nice feature to have set conferencing link that auto-starts a conference line when accessed.

Cons

Screen-sharing often lags when bandwidth is limited. It seems insecure that when anyone joins an existing conference link they can use the line regardless of the host being present or initiating the call.

I'm not sure If transcript ability is there, but I'd love transcripts of my calls.

I enjoy how is connected to our company Dailpad. The setup process was easy. The screen share feature is the best thing, it makes it easeir when training or presenting presetations. Another great feature is the wrap up, where afteer the confrence it sends you meeting minutes.

Cons

This software is awesome. The only change I would make is to the hold music.

Overall, this is a basic conference call platform with a unique interface. Not much else to say about it as it doesn't have an extensive list of features or functionality.

Cons

The song they play while you're waiting for others to join the call... Can they just not? It gets pretty irritating when it loops repeatedly.
