It is important that everyone could use the product without learning any complex process and i wanted to appear professional at all times. The quality of the call and the setup was what i would expect from a premium product. Pros This product does not take long to set up and is intuitive to use. It allows me to present myself and my organization professionally to collaborators and customers. It works well. Cons Nothing leaps out as a huge negative about using this software. As with anything things could be faster and clearer but as they are, everything was more than suitable for my needs. Pros Highfive gives an opportunity to connect to remote working teammates. The most I like it is when I'm working from home and have a meeting at office, I can easily join the meeting and don't skip any important news. Cons Depending on internet connection the video quality can be bad. Sometimes I had to switch to other video call product during one-on-one meetings. The chat feature and ability to see who's on with large thumbnails is nice. Overall, it's a great free tool that does its job well. It's too bad they cut you off after 45 minutes. Pros I love that when you log in, you have your credentials with a large "copy" button at the top, so you can very quickly grab that information and send to your team/clients. Cons The 45 minute limit on the free plan is a problem. I often schedule a standard 30 minute call, and if it runs over, it's embarassing to have to tell your client that you'll have to all hang up and call right back. Review Source JS Justin S. I was not blown away by anything they did, but they did the normal things well. Pros Uber Conference was pretty easy to jump right into a conference call with. Sometimes these types of software can have a difficult path for the end user to follow. It has been a simple solution that has worked, because even clients have been able to figure it out. All they need to do is enter their name, no need to make an account, just follow the link that we email them. Cons Feel like call quality is more clear and easier to do over the phone. Cant think of problems at all with the Uber conference app, or with the calls themselves. They’ve done a great job. Pros Fits as many people as I need on a call, reliable, easy to use, good call quality, all around it’s been great. Cons I can’t really think of much that I didn’t like, sometimes it’ll glitch when you drop off the call and when you call back in it keeps you on the viewer mode. The interface is simple and effective and it makes presenting and video conference a blast! I've had tech support for some questions and the team goes above and beyond to the point of being in a video call with you to talk to you face to face and resolve any issues you might be experiencing. Pros It's a free source that you can use for extramural conferencing, so it's nice to be able to use in that way. I love the song that plays while waiting for others to join. The paid version is even better. And you meeting invitees can join the meeting with ease. The user interface also is very good and good for video meeting. Cons The desktop add in seems troublesome. Sure has those - it can take a silly amount of time for things to start working, and much of the features like location-awareness and "who's talking now" feels like a silly afterthought. We had it for about two years and it worked well. The only reason we stopped using it was we outpaced it in the features needed as we saw explosive scale before COVID. Pros Great UI, fairly intuitive to use. Easy to connect to in a conference room. Sound quality was perfect. Cons Sometimes could be glitchy. While customer support was friendly and willing, it was sometimes hard to nail down a bug since they needed the a picture of the crash screen. I found it easy to join and dial in to the conference, and didn't use any additional features as we just needed the audio portion Cons It surprised me that the attendee list displayed a map of where users were calling in from - that's never something I need to know and it may be useful to others but it was a little surprising and unnecessary to me. It also wasn't clear whether my name was attached to my phone number, or how to dial in while also logging in to the software. Review Source KA Krish A. Not as fast for video. Pros UI looks great and flexible over desktop. Also, it advises my clients that the conversation is recorded at the beginning of the session and allows me to send them the recording after.
