### "A decent video conference app"

Works great for our team meetings and haven't ever had any technical issues with it yet. Consistently reliable!

Pros

I like that I can video call and screen share and have the ability to call in if my computer doesn't have a mic or speakers. I don't think it has a limit for length of conference which is awesome.

Cons

It is not as well known or used as zoom or other video conference apps. I do think it has about the same functionality.

is a great tool to do interviews and record all the calls for reference and help the team of recruitment get better lesining to the records

Pros

Is aa great tool to do voice calls in has a free account part you dont have to pay to make an account and get a lot of fetures and invite others to join your conferences

Cons

the only con I find is that is only voice system it needs the option of video to and that only the host can record the calls

Easy to set-up and to get started. Clear audio and display. Nice UI and a helpful support team to boot.

Cons

You need to manually download the recordings of meetings, so it's more beneficial for internal company meetings, rather than for training calls.

We have been using this product for roughly one year. During this time it was been great but more importantly the support is phenomenal. Highfive has had our back at every turn from helping troubleshoot odds and ends to literally training our clients. The product just flat out works and the support is unmatched by any vendor I have dealt with to date. I highly recommend if you haven't already to look into this company.

Pros

It works and it is easy to use. New features are being added too which I don't doubt will make it even better!

Cons

Some minor alterations and support still need to be added to be completely platform agnostic. (IE windows phone support)

Other than the slight lag, it is a great tool. I have used many others but I prefer UberConference

Pros

The platform is very easy to use and does not require unnecessary steps to get my clients on the call and seeing my screen

Cons

It lags. I have a high speed connection but my viewers/conference attendees are about 4-6 seconds behind me during my presentation when I share my screen with others.

I have 2-3 meetings per day through high-five and constantly have issues. Sadly I have to use google hangouts as a second options.

Really nice user experience and smooth call quality. I also like the call-in feature, and presentation modes.

Cons

The app sometimes improperly displays my name, but I think that's an Android permission issue. Other than that, no real gripes!

The system was a little buggy. It took several attempts to login. It installed a plugin that crashed.

Pros

It functions as expected. The tool allows multiple people to meet online, to call in or use computer audio and share a screen if needed.

Cons

The outlook plugin crashed all the time. It is one of many tools that do the same thing. I don't think it did anything outstanding.

This tool is easy to use for me and whomever I share the link with. And I adore the 'waiting room' song, cracks me up.

Pros

I love the clean sound of this app and being able to send the recording to whomever I was speaking to right to their email. They seem so impressed! It extends a professional touch of my business.

Cons

Being able to schedule a call on the spot via mobile isn't easy to do. This has to be the only thing I don't like about this app.

Excel option to host meetings both voice and video. Easy to use and very inexpensive with most of the features the other services have. Go for it. Save some green $$$

I'm solving mass influx on caller valume. With optimal ease. App makes it easy for controlling caller flow.

Pros

Well I have a 2 hour show 3 days a week at our station. I enjoy the ease of Uberconfrence with the app features. I can control callers volume or pick up & disconnect callers with ease thanks to the I integrated app that li ke to my laptop which control's callers feature. I can customize hold music or have a voice recording to explain the wait line order. Super user friendly. Best VoIP services I have ever used.

Cons

Waiting music can be no longer the 25mb for call waiting

Love the function application that windows 10 with Chrome give you on Uberconfrence.

I have tried out Highfive during a software selection process, using the software continuosly for about a month. The system is very easy to setup and works great but interaction between parties is somewhat limited by the lack of a more all-round approach. Would consider for team rooms indeed, not for at-your-desk video conferencing which often also requires chatting and exchanging assets and documents between parties.

Pros

Completely cloud-oriented, setup is a breeze and quality is consistent. Good for team conferences.

Cons

One-to-one interactions and video calls need to be better supported with a chat tool like Skype or Hangout.

Pros

I've been able to get a lot done with Uberconference, even with the free version. I use screen sharing and audio recording to do interviews, calls, and even remote usability tests.

Cons

I've had some problems where customers can't log in or share their screens, and we've been forced to switch to the phone. There might be some bugs there.

Pros

It's really easy to set up. I like the follow-up email that is sent after each conference with a recap of length and attendees. It's very easy to use as well.

Cons

I would love to see a recording option. Also, I don't always like that it shows your given location and such which is good but sometimes I wish it would just say your name and not disclose that information.

Pros

I used Uber conference for a year or more when my then company did not pay for conference lines. During that time Uber Conference was my holy grail and allowed me to connect with clients, record calls, chat people addedon calls, etc all for free, and in a super easy app or website.

Cons

I think there were a lot of issues with audio during that time as well inconsistencies and quality of certain calls are recorded that I couldn't explain. However, I still liked it and only stopped using it recently when my current company offered to pay for conference lines

Pros

I like this product as it is easy to use from my end, love the screen share, and there is rarely any lag issues with the sound or display.

Cons

I find that it is hard to figure out at times for the other user, ie. they need to be on chrome, they aren't clear if they should call in or sign in with their computers. Also, I wish there was a mute on the hold music.

This is a good alternative to the other similar software for conferencing.

Pros

This is used in my company by a few employees instead of Zoom or GoToMeetings. It basically accomplishes the same but each employee can essentially have their own room and just have people dial in throughout the day which is pretty neat.

Cons

It can be a little slow and lag a bit because it isn't quite a big as some of the others. That could be a network issue but I haven't noticed it on the other similar software.

Pros

I love the ability to dial in on the phone even while using the free version. The screen sharing and audio work great.

Cons

With the 10 participant limit on the free version, we are limited if we want to invite additional people even while knowing that not all are likely to attend.

The ease of use and the ability to screenshare within a call. We've been using their software to assist with onboarding and troubleshooting calls. It makes things much smoother than working with screenshots and we can resolve queries much quicker.

Cons

We haven't experienced any issues when using UberConverence.
