### "Perfect for meetings when everyone is in a different place"

We have only used it a few times, but we never had any issues with it. It's so simple to use and does everything you'd want a conference call program to do.

Pros

The owner travels a lot, so we need it when he is gone. It sends a link to each individual you want at that meeting. It can be received via text or email. They click on the link and they've joined the call. It's that easy.

Pros

They provide a webcam that you can plug into your TV that turns the usage of the app totally different and better.

Cons

The quality of image and sound looks to be worse than some competitors, like slack, google hangouts or skype.

Highfive is a great option for meetings with your clients.

Pros

It helps to start our meetings on time, people are not late because they are figuring out how to join. No unnecessary steps, brilliant. There are many alternatives on the market. I like how simple is this one.

Cons

Faced some issues with the speed/ delay during meetings. It was temporary I hope it won't happen again.

It just works, which is something that you'd expect from any conferencing product but it's not usually the case. Usually, you just waste the first few minutes of the meeting to fight technical issues. With Highfive it never happens. It just works as you expect it to work.

I use this system at work for conference calls and meetings. Sadly at times buffering and echo become a real problem. I'm not sure if it's all the office wifi, but I suspect High Five could have something to do with it as well.

Pros

Easy to open, easy to connect to the TV.

Cons

Streaming any mutli-media content buffers and results in issues.

Pros

We've been using uberconference for over a year now and love the system. It has made doing webinars and conference calls much easier, and the system feels modern, simple, but still robust enough to use for all kinds of purposes. We've used the conference line just for phone meetings when we haven't had the need for an actual webinar. Also, we love the call-in waiting music! It lightens the atmosphere with a comical song about waiting for a conference call.

Cons

I can't think of any real con I can say about uberconference. I've been really pleased with the way they have simplified conference software, made it mobile-friendly, etc.

Pros

UberConference is a great little conference call platform. What I find super handy is how easy it is to record conferences for further review later or in case you are trying to write notes or interview items.

Cons

Not much. The sound is pretty decent, the recording is great. I haven't really had issues yet aside from the locations displayed for attendees which isn't necessary or overly accurate.

Pros

\- Easy to use - Easy to setup - Easy to review appointments

Cons

\- Limited to 45 minutes at most. The previous versions before this upgrade us to be longer. - No video recording

It has been helpful as our church adjusted to remote services during the COVID crisis. Customer service was always responsive, but not so helpful.

Pros

I chose UberConference for our church because of 1) the one-number option (no access codes needed); 2) it had a user-friendly app; and 3) it allowed you to customize a greeting.

Cons

Most conference call services have a "classroom" setting where users can "raise hands" to ask a question or make a statement, one at a time. It eliminates confusion on the call. This is not offered by UberConference. In addition, I found their local numbers to be limited (I couldn't find a Detroit number, for example.)

Reason for choosing Dialpad AI Meetings

Ability to customize a greeting, add my own hold music, and have one number without access codes.

We implemented HighFive across our locations to better manage communication across our remote locations and for the most part it works well although it has been glitchy. I'd say it works a good 90% of the time!

Pros

Easy to use, compatible with many platforms, equipment not required! Easy and quick to implement!

Cons

The iPhone app sometimes doesn't open and remains on the opening logo screen. I was unable to dial in once and there have been occasions where calls were just dropped (for all users). You can't select which caller to view as it automatically only shows 2-3 on the screen (despite the width of your screen).

Pros

Screenshare is very useful as it works directly from the browser using a Chrome extension. Participants can join in multiple ways - chat, voice through the computer, voice through dialing in, and video. Hold music is hilarious!

Cons

Screenshare doesn't allow remote control. It's not really a major issue as it's conferencing and not a support/troubleshooting service.

I've used it for a few weeks on android, and so far I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There are so many issues that need fixing. It has crashed a couple of times, and why the need to access private information? The logo is nice though...

Pros

The video quality when conferencing is really good.

Cons

The sound quality is horrible. It even get's worse when you connect a headset or Bluetooth device.

Cons

Features and functionality like recording would be nice, but that is for the paid version. It is never difficult to find cons with the complimentary version, it is great.

Pros

This software is easy to get started with. Quickly connect with others and get the call underway. They even have music to listen to while waiting.

Cons

No cons i can think of. Have had a couple connection issues but all video conference software seems to have these and may not be the providers fault.

Pros

Highfive is easy to use video conferencing software that is great for a number of use cases, but specifically interviewing.

Cons

It's easy to get started, but for interviewees to register and join it can be a little confusing as there are a few ways to join (via chrome plugin and/or download).

Great audio for a large room setting. Their microphone made it really easy to hear each person speaking in our boardroom. The camera gave a nice wide-angle view of the room. Costly, but could be worth it for the right business.

Pros

The program is really easy to use, integrates with Google Calendar and Google Chrome, and provides incredible accessibility by providing an app that can be used on any device. Camera quality was superb as well as the audio capturing device. Very good quality for the money.

Cons

The product is tied to the leasing of a camera. We had to tie ourselves to a hard wired product. The product was good, but the camera and set up cost a bit of money. Seems like integrated Google hangout features for us Google for Education users would suffice.

Pros

Simple and easy to use! Free version gives you a custom phone number and pin, and it doesn't change with each conference call. Free version also allows scheduling, but you do have to schedule each meeting individually unless you upgrade.

Cons

Honestly, nothing. Use it for team meetings each week, and we've never had any issues!

Plans, cost, flexibility and support is as expected. Quality of calls is also very good and had no issues. it is intuitive and easy to setup.

Cons

Probably not cons, but it will be great to have an add-on for chrome to add call details directly to invites.

The software presents itself as extremely easy to use, and our company actually tried to switch to this from another conferencing software, but ultimately it did not stick.

Cons

Perhaps there were glitches, but I often had trouble starting conferences with clients, especially screenshares. This solution was not user-friendly enough to be a permanent addition.

Pros

It is Easy to connect on mobile, tablet, and laptop. Good quality of voice and consistent performance makes it a winner in this category.

Cons

There was nothing as such that was disturbing or annoying in the number of conferences I had from India with my clients in the US.
