Cost Effective Solution.

Pros

1\. Extremely simple to use with beautiful user interface. 2. Allows us to join the call (via links without Pass codes or through dialing) through a phone and share the screen data via desktop/laptop. 3. Can contact upto 10 persons for free of charge. The best feature in this tool is that anybody can mute any person in his system and avoid the voice disturbances without causing problems to other members.

Cons

1\. Cant't share files in a chat box to the group members during the conference call. 2. Sometimes there are compatibility issues with browsers. 3. Music before the call can't be put on hold and it can be annoying to hear it.

Pros

Uberconference is the simplest way to make a hassle free webconference calls.The pinless conference calls is the preeminent feature that I really like. The quality of calls is great and what keeps me coming back. It’s also great to see who’s on the line before getting on, so if need be I can just leave.

Cons

While I did like using this on my computer and didn’t really encounter much problems the app did have a few bugs. Sometimes the app would have issues with connectivity. This would be really annoying if I didn’t my laptop with me.

I have used it for my remote job extensively. I also have used it to do some graphic design work where the principals could not meet in person.

Pros

I love the price, and it seems like it allows for most of the most important aspects of remote meetings.

Cons

With certain users, it seems like I am not able to have my audio settings default to the last known setup, I'm a LINUX user.

Pros

I like that you can easily see who is in the meetings better than in other software applications. And for the most part the call quality is just fine.

Cons

I don't love the look and feel of UberConference. A lot of times my customers had a tough time connecting. It wasn't reliable for screen shares.

UberConference is a decent web conferencing tools for businesses on a tight budget.

Pros

UberConference is a simple and powerful web conferencing solution. The free version offers surprisingly powerful features. It provides online calls, screen sharing, on-hold music, call recording, and the ability to add a PIN or not. This last feature is very user friendly by enabling participants to call-in without a PIN. UberConference works very well. This is a great web conferencing solution for start-ups and businesses on a tight budget. It's a very efficient business productivity tool.

Cons

The free version requires a PIN, allows only 10 participants, and meetings have a 45 minute limit.

High five have developed a simple easy to use the conferencing system that works every time. With a great interface and simple plugins for mail clients, it's quick to setup and access meetings for people inside and outside the company.

Pros

Simplicity, ease of use.

Cons

Sometimes the hardware will hang and give a purple screen only. Sometimes the person on the other end gets voice feedback, I am not sure how to stop this.

Easy to setup. Easy to use. 30 minutes usually was all I needed.

Pros

I needed a way for customers to schedule sales/support meetings with me and this was a very simple way to get it done.

Cons

The only issue I had was the 30 minute time limit for meetings with the free account. Other than that it was great.

This app makes video conferencing the easiest process of all time. Seriously. It's a 2-step process to join a room and be face-to-face with coworkers in other offices in a matter of 30 seconds. And when we have glitches (occasional) where rooms can't be exited properly and stay "open," which means the TV is still "in use," the Hi5 support team is extremely attentive and fast to respond in a chat-like format. Answers within minutes, always dealing with a human (with a great attitude at that), and the feeling that even the most insignificant question/issue matters -- all great aspects of Hi5 customer service that my entire office appreciates!

On the whole, it's a great product to use. Streamlined, quick, and even fun to use. Rarely have issues, and when I do they are generally easy to resolve. Much more stable than trying to use something like Google Hangouts at scale.

I fully enjoy Uberconference and feel that it is one of the best platforms for online planning which I have ever used. Basic, simple to use and effective.

Pros

I enjoy Uber Conference because it is easy to use and provides a stable platform which is one of the most reliable which I have used. I love the features which allow me to record and to log in as an administrator or participant.

Cons

I do not like the confusion switching between the phone and computer audio and the feedback which is created there.

Highfive is great because it's a system beyond just being software. It worked great to setup rooms and has great platform functionality.

Helps us to schedule calls through slack and HubSpot without having to log in to the application.

Pros

It is free and easy to use for both web and mobile. Some fancy matching music before others join a conference call makes it exciting to use.

Cons

Voice quality is not always great and keeps breaking most of the time. Not sure if it is the same for paid version but that is something they need to improve.
