What I love most about it is the ease of use. With a click of a button, you can immediately share your screen or do a video call! It's too easy in fact and I love it. Cuts out all the confusion on calling a bridge number then entering in a PIN. What I would like to see in the future is dialing out from the Dolby devices and extending your screen to HighFive as a second monitor. Thanks! Pros Easy to use and set up Clean and neat UI. If your team knows the link they can use it for all the meeting so easy to connect. Pros I like Uber conference because it is web based & doesn't need any plug in to download & very easy to set up & start the meeting. Pros Uberconference is very, very easy to use. You dont really even have to schedule a meeting, just tell everyone to call in or visit the url at the same time and it'll work. Plus the number and url don't change, so as long as you don't have concurrent meetings, it makes it much easier. The interface is attractive and intuitive and the call quality is excellent. Cons There's very little I don't like, but it would be nice if it would record each audio track separately. But that's an extremely rare use case so I don't expect it to be implemented soon. It allowed me to get who was on the call for confidentiality and it calculated data so I was aware who was contributing to the conference calls. Very important feature was the ability to record, EXCELLENT!! Pros This software allows me to have conferences with people across the globe for 45mins free. The connection function is easy and there is a record function for important information, this your own automated secretary. Cons Connection issues were common. Skype just wasn't quite cutting it. There was a small learning curve, as Highfive is it's own software, but now that we use it, we love it! The streaming is very clear, the app integrates with our Slack, and customer service has been absolutely top notch! I firmly believe that customer service can be a huge factor in making or breaking a company, so it is a huge asset and very encouraging that they have hands on, awesome reps. Pros I really like how clean and pretty the interface is. It makes it enjoyable and easy to use. Cons Having been a FaceTime and Skype user for a long time, there was a little learning curve with how to use Highfive. Pros The ability to go from Iphone to TV in conference room is great! There should never be an excuse why you're not available for a conf call.
