I really wanted to love HighFive. It had the ability to solve so many problems for me, with a simple, easy to use package. However, there were some fairly visible failures early on that halted adoption across my office. Support was incredibly receptive and proactive to help.

Pros

Easy to install, easy to use. Compiles screencasting AND video/audio conferencing in one package with not a lot of hardware.

Cons

Can be buggy. Not always consistent. Had some outages

It makes ease of international communication better for the company as a whole.

Pros

We have sister companies all over the world: Paris, Prague, Puerto Rico, you name it. With uberconference, we can easily connect with our counterparts.

Cons

Occasionally we will have a bad connection and the other end can sound pretty fuzzy. Generally we check our wi-fi and connect to a different one and the problem is corrected.

Very positive! If I recommend any conference call app, it's always this one.

Pros

So easy to use and share meeting with others - the best shared conference call app I've used. The hold music is a nice touch, too, and really makes them stand out from competitors.

Cons

I don't have any cons to say about the software at this time. The connection is always good and the platform is easy to use and set up.

### "Higifive, Lowfive, All the fives!"

Well, I am the trainer for this product in the office and find everyone to pick it up extremely quickly. This is especially useful as we use SLACK. Also, the customer service has helped us with ANY hiccups (of which there were a few) and we have been smooth sailing ever since.

Pros

Compatibility with Google Calendar, Slack, and custom URL. Ease of use for any age group or user base so far. Looks amazing. The highfive device is incredible at picking up voice and video, plus the custom welcome screens!

Cons

No cloud sync for sharing files during meetings. No Chat in video (not necessary), no individual "window" sharing, it just has full screen sharing as opposed to Skype's window sharing. No video cloud syncing (no one else really does it). Would be nice to see "Egnyte" syncing.

I like that for a very small non profit, we can use for free.

We've been using this software for weekly conference calls between offices to discuss project and it's been great. We're able to share screens, see one another, and have conversations on jobs as if we're in the same room even though where several states apart.

Pros

Software is very easy to use and the support team are great. We had some trouble getting things up and running, but it was a user error that the support was able to walk us through.

Cons

The software isn't the easiest to set up without an IT background, but once you're up and running its smooth sailing after that.

Easy to set-up conference. People who I invited to join, usually also had no problems, even for new users and just the simplicity of making simple conference calls (no word for the other features).

Pros

I've tried different web-conference systems with different experiences but uberconference provides a great overall package. Easy to use, with a minimally cluttered user-interface and worked seamlessly, even with 'international' calls. Call quality was on average better than other services I used (though depends on many other factors). I also liked the fact that you don't need pins to enter a conference, which can lead to some troubles (worst case, someone uninvited randomly joining your call). I cannot say much about all the features, because I did not need them. But for me it is just the simplicity of making a conference, inviting, talking and ending it without having to really think much about the whole process.

Cons

With the software itself I did not have any major issues. The one thing I did not like was the automatic and somewhat constant emails, even after some time of not using it.

When I started testing, I couldn't believe how fast it was to understand all the application. Whatever I wanted to do, I would do it in 1 click only. Everything that I need from it, it was right there withou having to navigate through the menus to understand everything.

The only thing that is missing is sharing a video with sound. We tried to share videos with no success because there was no sound

The product doesn't really work the way its described. The ease of use was taken away with the new registration process with multiple users

Pros

When the system works, it's an awesome tool. I enjoy being able to see and hear my staff who are located off-site.

Cons

1\. Sign in process when you have multiple users on a shared device 2. The continued updates that are being made but are not rolled out and offered at no charge to customer with existing systems, who have experienced issues that your update now fixes. 3. Audio - the ability to share you screen and audio with a video - the microphone default setting of only picking up speech and not audio when sharing your screen. ( I have to use Go To Meeting for shared videos)

Setup was extremely easy, and clients are constantly impressed by the solution thinking it costs a lot more than it actually does.

Cons

\- providing call in numbers in advance of meeting would be a plus - toll free call in numbers would be great as some clients cant install the software due to enterprise restrictions.

Unlike most others uberconference free plan is good enough for most business. it offers unlimited conference calls and also supports voice calls through the laptop(makes it easy to screen share as well as talk)

Cons

To enable audio clients need to install chrome extension. Many large enterprises do not allow users to install third party software and it becomes a roadblock.

Overall Highfive is a really good and easy way to do conference calls with other colleagues. The quality is great and the setup is really easy.

Pros

I like how you can quickly create a video call with built in devices already available in a conference room. You can just bring up the app and select which room you want and voila you have a video call. I also like how the quality is very good.

Cons

I cannot really think of any. I think setting up a video conference call is super easy and I have no complaints.

Trial of systems allowed us to fully see how beneficial HighFive system was. The ease/features were on spot, however cost was major flaw.

Pros

Highfive video conferencing provides an incredible software/hardware solution for users to video conference with almost anyone. Having multiple allowed platforms and incredible hardware definitely has the wow!

Cons

Overall video quality at the time was a bit under our expectations, but still overall excellent quality. Licensing cost held org back from ultimately purchasing due to extreme cost yearly.
