Pros

Having a dedicated number and being able to hand that out without setting up a meeting or anything else makes it easy to coordinate

Cons

Though I'm usually just dialing in or using the web interface, I think a more polished app could be convenient - then I can just switch in to it on my phone.

I love Highfive and connecting to the TVs in our office. Super easy to use. I've never had an issue connecting my laptop to the TV.

Overall, I believe UberConference is a great, easy platform for my current business uses.

Pros

UberConference allows for easy, free screen sharing and call options and is easy to use for simple calls.

Cons

Occasionally, UberConference has poor call quality (often due to internet connection issues) or can be hard to navigate for new users.

Pros

It is great at allowing for meetings and online training between our remote locations. The picture window is large and easy to see and the other persons screen.

Cons

The call feature makes it difficult and the set up time is always excessive to get started. When we are in a rush it takes time away from the training.

Our team has been using Highfive for our weekly meetings since I have been on board (5 Months), along with 1 on 1 impromptu meetings sometimes daily. The simplicity is its greatest strength in my opinion. The call quality has been amazing, especially with the dedicated cameras and Dolby speakers. When we have had technical issues the support has been second to none, and always resolved quickly.

Used it between offices with Mac computers, the video and audio were of good quality and connected easily, the device in our office picked up voices clearly and projected the other office's voices clearly. The software allowed us to share computer screens and also see each other and there were no hiccups for Mac computers. For windows, we had some issues connecting clients but they did get it working eventually.

Cons

Required software install for clients first time use. Windows bugs.
