HighFive has been a fun and easy video conferencing tool to use. They are very good at gathering feedback. The video and audio setup provide a seamless meeting experience. I like the integration with Google Calendar. We use it on a daily basis. The feature we are looking for is to give mouse and keyboard access to our screen.

Easy to use Good support Gets it done

Cons

Hard participants cap No sharing of keyboard or mouse controls

I personally really like high five, but don't hear the best things about it from co-workers. I don't have much experience with competitors, but I do find that it's "down" a lot of the time and find that to be frustrating.

Pros

I like how I don't have to plug in to share my screen and that my room shows up automatically on the screen.

Cons

I don't like how it needs to "polish" every time I want to share my screen.

Ease of use.

Pros

The best part about Uber Conference is that I don't need to worry about PIN numbers. I also like the hold music, its catchy. I find myself singing it later in the day after I've heard it.

Cons

I haven't found any negatives as of yet. I've only been using for a few months but I like everything better than the previous one we used at our company.

I use this on a daily basis and it is easy to use. It is helpful when trying to get teams together and has a lot of great features that some competitors do not offer. I specifically love the wireless screen sharing and the ability to stream to a TV.

Pros

My previous company got a free trial and I had the privilege to use this program during one of our daily meetings and the quality of the video was excellent.

Cons

For some reason during the meeting it was buffering allot and being slow but when we restarted it, the issue was fixed.

once we had it running, the conference was very easy to run and continue. We did not experience any issues

Cons

it does take a little exploring to figure out how exactly to use the program. After about 10 minutes we were able to get everyone on board and ready to get going.
