Pros

You can easily see who is on the call, where they're located, and it's super easy to share your screen.

Cons

My clients can see where I am, what town I'm in, and where I'm working from that day since it shows location of each caller.

The video quality has always been great when calling cross country, and the handful of times there has been an issue, their customer service has been absolutely stellar, taking care of us far above and beyond what was expected.

Pros

Easy for simple conference calls and screensharing, also has fantastic hold music when others have not joined the conference yet. Worth it just for that.

Cons

The screensharing doesnt always function.

We have been able to take phone conferencing to a whole new level and be able to see everyone in the meetings clearly and at once. The audio and video is impeccable. This has solved many problems that we had with communication. Another company recommended High Five and i am so grateful we started using it!

Pros

I love the ease of use. Meetings can now be held from anywhere. High five has been integrated into all of our meetings so everyone is on the same page! It has made communication effective and easy.

Cons

There are little glitches from time to time. We have not found this is the software or internet issues.

I have been using HiFive and the experience has been very positive. The best part is that it just works. In the beginning, we had some problems connecting but the IT department figured out them out (most likely with the help of HiFive tech support).

Pros

The best thing about Highfive is that it does not involve all the nonsense necessary from other similar apps. That is why it is my go-to.

Cons

Since the software is new, it is relatively hard to introduce it to new people and teams, but after they are introduced, they come to like it very quickly.

I most enjoy how easy it is to use and to send out an invitation. It is so easy to send out an invitation through text message or email! The call quality is clear and loud!

Cons

So far, I do not have any complaints. If there was better screen sharing access, that would be appreciated.

Very easy to get started and the free trial is easy to set up. Simple UI/UX. Offers a decent number of integrations.

Cons

Low brand popularity - Most of my colleagues and customers had never used UC before. No value differentiator since the video-conferencing sector is overcrowded.

Pros

Overall, I find HighFive a great software to use. Installation and meeting creation were easy and intuitive. Others are able to join your meeting by following a link they receive. In-meeting sharing and interaction via real time videos and screen sharing is easy and effective. The entire process was quite enjoyable and seamless. Being cloud based is a huge plus as well.

UberConference is super easy to use. I like that it has options for video and phone. It's made difficult to schedule board meetings much easier. It also has very funny hold music, like specifically about being on hold for a conference call.

Cons

I don't really have anything negative to say about UberConference. It's easy to use and gets the job done.
