UberConference makes it easy for me to connect with colleagues, partners, and clients near and far. I would highly recommend UberConference as a conferencing solution to anyone!

Pros

I use the free version of UberConference for meetings, conference calls, etc and LOVE it. The process of setting up a call and providing the other parties with contact info is simple, there are several great call features including chat and screenshare, and it's such a seamless way to host calls between 2 or more people!

Cons

Sometimes there are issues with call quality and I wish that I knew if it was on my end or the other person's end. Not a problem with UberConference, just a nice to have!

### "UberConference makes it easy"

I have been using UberConference for over a year. We have tried other software products to compare but the preferred experience is with UberConference.

Pros

This software is incredibly easy to navigate through. There are so many different ways you can personalize your conference. There are different tools to use to customize the user experience depending on what the conference is used for. You have the option to do a video chat, or a "share screen" which is what I use it for on a daily basis. I conduct training's with doctor offices and I receive a lot of positive feed back from the users as well.

Cons

It may seem overwhelming when you initially log on. There are a lot of different icons and tools you can use to personalize your experience. Recently the interface had changed without my knowledge and had to begin a meeting within minutes. Thankfully navigating was still simple and more user friendly!

### "Big need covered poorly"

It feels like I overpay a service that I use as I don't find a more convenient replacement. I think if there was a better competitor on market I would opt out from Highfive

Pros

Idea of having static fixed camera in meeting rooms that can connect to your laptop and create shared conference experience is great. I love the move meeting to TV feature as you can turn off laptop if needed and meeting will stay on air. Share screen option with share window option is great in terms of privacy. Also integration with Slack makes it easy to invite new people fast

Cons

Cold start takes too long. Is highly dependent on high speed internet and glitches when having slight network issues. Screen sharing mostly is pixelated and low FPS. Meetings get interrupted with no reason.

Overall, UberConference is a very effective conferencing tool. It has a lot of useful features, and is easy to use in general. The price point is reasonable, and it's easy for our clients to use which is always a big factor for us. We certainly recommend this tool for any professional and/or company.

Pros

Probably the best feature about UberConference is that you can choose the music you and your guests hear as you wait for a conference to start! That's a really neat feature that more conferencing products should use. It makes work meetings start off on a fun note, and it's certainly more bearable than elevator "muzak".

Cons

UberConference is great overall, but truthfully, it's not our first choice. Our company uses several different conferencing systems (we have a lot of external meetings and need a variety of options for our clients), and UberConference is probably the 3rd most selected tool, both internally and externally when we ask for our clients' preference.

### "Uber Conference makes communication easy"

Pros

At work we have a lot of outside contractors who are working on a variety of different projects for us. We mainly use Uber Conference to be able to communicate with them on a daily basis. We love being able to share our screens and it makes meetings easy for everyone to participate and understand the work that is being done.

Cons

My only complaint and it's a silly one, is the song that plays before anyone else is online is very annoying. It was catchy at first, but when you literally here it multiple times a day, or at least multiple times a week, it gets pretty annoying really quickly. We always have to mute the song, which then sometimes we miss one one of our employees actually gets on.

### "The Easiest Conferencing Service on The Planet"

I've used UberConference for over 6 years and it has become our primary conferencing service. We cast aside GoToMeeting and WebEx for it and have never been dissapointed.

Pros

UberConference is easy to use, works in the browser. Nothing really needs to be installed. The mobile experience is very powerful, as I can join a conference call by dialing in or using WiFi or LTE to connect to the service. The call recording feature can be set to automatically record or it can be toggled on or off. Screen sharing is easy to use.

Cons

Wish they had video as that is the only missing piece.

Pros

When I was working heavily with international clients, Uberconference allowed me to be able to provide international numbers to call me from. Whether they were in Africa, Asia, Europe, etc. they had a number for the specific countries so they were not charged international fees. It was a simple interface as well, nothing complex.

Cons

I would record the call/audio, but not my screen/visual. If there was something being presented and I wanted to reference the deck or presentation, I could only hear others talking about it. There were a lot of audio problems as well, it would cut out frequently and we would have to dial back in. A bit annoying and was embarrassing.

### "Easy but not the best "

Overall, it's not bad! We're using a free version so, although I've had a few issues, UberConference has been mostly a useful tool.

Pros

UberConference is really easy to use and sharing links to meetings is easy as well. The share your screen and chat functionalities are quite useful.

Cons

One of our team members in particular seems to always lose audio (he hears us, we don't hear him) although his wifi, etc. are totally fine with other tools. This causes him to need to hang up and call back in often which is disruptive. This also happens to others although less often.

### "Completely Lost Faith"

Quite poor customer service I asked for a refund for our annual contract because I wasn't able to receive the services level promise (they've confirmed we've been receiving poor technical service). They refused and said it wasn't part of their terms of service. Just so anyone reading this knows, Dialpad doesn't even stand behind the service of their product. If that doesn't tell the story I don't know what will.

Pros

It used to be a great and easy to use the product for international calling but over the past year, the service has declined rapidly

Cons

Calls constantly drop. I'm not even able to use the service that I pay for because the web app continues to crash. Every time I enter a room with an international caller we drop off in 30 seconds. Rinse, wash, repeat.

I thought it would be a successful solution for international calling, but it's turned out to be a product we avoid using due to its lack of execution.

### "Great UI, but major stability issues"

Easy scheduling and easy for clients to join, when it works.

Pros

Super easy to create meetings and sent my prospects an invitation. Seamless integration with Google Calendar. No desktop app you have to instal or complicated dial in processes.

Cons

Major instability makes it near unusable. Audio quality is the biggest issue, but occasionally the screen share will drop as well. Likely will be transitioning away from this platform since UberConference doesn't seem to be able to fix these problems, they've been persisting for quite some time. Their support is also completely unresponsive, Im sure they're constantly barraged with complaints though.

Love it and love working with them. We use it to maintain constant communication connections to our offices around the world.

Pros

SO EASY. They have refined the UI over years and years of hard work and everything just WORKS. It's such a good experience. And its pretty, and your brand looks good on it. The audio quality is astounding and there is minimal lag even on spotty connections. Plus screen sharing.

Cons

SO EXPENSIVE. Gobs of money. Zoom doesn't do half as good a job, but its almost a 10th the cost.

The benefits of Highfive, is the easy use that it provides.

Pros

We at PicsArt use Highfive every single day for our video and audio meeting calls. Highfive is very easy to use and very practical. I can either log in on my laptop or my mobile. I can get on my meeting calls at anytime, anywhere, which is great for me.

Cons

The least thing I like about this software, is that it crashes sometimes. When they internet is a bit low quality, the software laggs and disconnects instantly.

Easy to use and no installation of software.

Pros

no pin required, customer's weren't required to download anything either. That made it super simple from both sides to access and share screens

Cons

You can't record the screen during calls, only the audio which was a big setback. Also, when sharing the screen, it affected the browser and cause things to slow down. We ran internal test and found this to be true, where other similar services didn't have the same negative effect.

### "Nice conferencing tool"

Pros

We use Highfive for our regular calls with our colleagues in different offices/countries. It's simple and easy to use, and the mobile app also works well. I like that you can schedule a meeting through Highfive and link it to Google calendar so that the meeting link and all the details show on other members' calendars. Built-in chat is useful in cases you can't hear each other and don't have to jump into another app to ping the call participants.

Cons

I have often experienced issues with sound and screen share. Lately, I haven't been able to share my screen no matter what I do, and no matter if I'm on the desktop app or calling from browser. Even after multiple reinstalls this problem persists and has caused some delays in workflow and discussions.

I love it and have been using it for many years. It's been an amazing alternative to Zoom and we've used it a lot during Covid.

Pros

We started using Dialpad Meeting when it first launched many years ago but it really picked up during Covid. I personally used it for board meetings for a school board I'm on. Even the older users were able to use it.

Cons

Now that it's also video it's not the same to use but we really still like it. It's harder for the older board members to use it now that they have to download an app.

Their customer service is exceptional, product warranties are honored well and effective, they've become a common term at our business.

Pros

The best video conferencing system on the market, flat out. The equipment is gorgeous, easy to use, and super high quality. The UI is delightful and the UX is well thought out.

Cons

Price. Price. Price. So damn expensive its really hard to justify. We need it for our daily global meetings, but for a smaller company its a tough sell.

### "Uber-everything"

We use UC three to four times a week on average. We typically have 5 to 7 participants on the call. The screen share is an easy feature, and we use it frequently. I'm not sure if the ability to record is on there, as we have not used it. Setting up calendar time is quick and easy and integrates well.

Pros

We absolutely love uber conference. Its easy, time saving, FREE, and best of all the hold music is entertaining. It lightens up a conference call, and it is catchy. The features are easy to use and I love that it has all we need for our small operation. It really is great!

Cons

I'm not sure if there is a recording feature. It would be helpful if there was a walk me or walk through when you set it up. I don't think it has all the bells and whistles like InterCall (when you press \*6 it tells you how many people are on the line). I wish it let you customize your profile and did not show your location when you were on the phone unless you told it to - if there were an option to say show number/face/image/or just location.

Its a great software, we are able to talk to our clients, teams through this. Also we can present our screens as well. It has both voice and video calling functionality. Also good thing is call recording feature. Sometimes it becomes difficult to write all points discussed with client over the call, so this feature helps us to record everything discussed with client.

Highfive allows our company to communicate face to face from different locations around the country, making it possible for team members in other offices to stay on the same page.

Pros

I like that Highfive allows our team to hold meetings with people in office and those working remotely. We use it weekly to hold meetings between our New York and California offices. The interface is user-friendly and straightforward and allows for both camera feed and screen sharing simultaneously. I also like that you can create specific URLs for specific teams or recurring meetings, so I always know where to go to find my regular meeting - I don't need to search or ask the admin for a new link every week.

Cons

I dislike the fairly frequent audio issues I encounter when using Highfive. If more than one team member has their mic on, it becomes nearly impossible to hear the person speaking, so we often have to pause while everyone checks to ensure they are muted before the speaker can continue. Also, the sensitivity to wifi strength is very high, so even if I am connected to wifi, if the signal dips even the slightest bit, the Highfive connection drops and I have to rejoin the meeting.

Our company has been using UberConference for a couple of years. There are lots of features and settings and is a well-functioning app.

Pros

The features and functionality are pretty impressive. Allowing multiple lines with good sound and video quality is a major pro.

Cons

The layout has been updated recently. My company doesn't use the live video and audio features regularly. many times we are using mostly for screen shares, and the revised layout makes finding these settings difficult. There are very large buttons to join a video conference...but view-only settings are pretty hidden.

Pros

I most often use this product at work when I need to onboard offsite users that are not integrated into our chat system. Rarely have I experienced issues when getting others to use it especially when I'm the one whose screen is being cast and they just have to watch and listen.

Cons

In several instances, I wish there was a feature that a screen could be temporarily blocked or blacked out during a presentation for instance when you need to enter in your username and password briefly. What actually happens is that you need to stop the presentation, enter in the info, re-screen share and then reconfirm that everyone in the room can still see the feed. This isn't terrible as it usually works but feels like an unnecessary break in the flow.

I love UberConference, it's my favorite conferencing software and I'm using some kind of software to talk to vendors nearly every day, so I'm pretty familiar with most of the main ones.

Pros

Everything. I don't know why more people do not use UberConference. I feel like it has been getting more popular after their recent update that added a lot of functionality. It's free for up to 10 callers, and although it has no video option, that's not usually required for business calls. Otherwise, it allows you to do pretty much everything the other paid-for conference softwares allow you to do, including setting a wait music, recording, muting, screen sharing, chat, and sending recap emails for each call.

Cons

None, other than the absence of video but that isn't a big deal to me.

I use this to just jump on a call and screenshare with clients. It's very easy and pleasant.

Pros

UberConference is super easy to use and it doesn't require people to download software or add extensions etc to their browsers. Also, they haven't bothered me with marketing emails. The choice of hold music is awesome; UberConference puts the fun back in conference calls! Excellent audio quality and doesn't eat memory.

Cons

Nothing. I love it. An option to use video would be great...even on a pay-per-use model.
