Pros It was a very temporarily cool feature that quickly became stale for us. We were able to view our other office on a screen, which was nice for quick questions. Cons It was better in theory than in practice for us to have our other office constantly visible and accessible. We constantly had to mute each other, which defeats the purpose of having the other office connected. We usually ended up muting and then calling each other like we normally would. It was comical to see someone at their desk, call them, see them look at their phone and ID the caller, and then not pick up your call. It easy to access missed calls and the caller ID on the software always provides us with a callback number as wells as a call transcript. Pros The most impactful feature this software has would have to be the recording of calls. We really enjoy that feature as it allows us to look back on calls for missed information or clarification. Cons My only complaint would be that the desktop app has quite a lot going on and i occasionally become a little lost when navigating through it. Pros The ease of this website is beyond comprehension. My team uses Uber Conference on a daily basis and I can safely say their software has remained sturdy. Not once has it failed us or crashed, which is something we often look at. It's sleek and easy to use. When we have new members to our team it takes very little time explaining Uber Conference due to just how simple it is. Cons To this day, I do not have any negative feedback for this product. November 27, 2018 5.0 Highfive is a video conferencing tool that is stacked with features and does it better than any of the other conferencing tools I've used. High quality audio, easy to use, and many features make it easy to feel like you're in the office when you're home or traveling. The program allows for screen sharing which is crucial given how often we're sharing or presenting information. It also allows for recording and saving conferences allowing for you to review meetings in case you have to miss a session. Strongly recommend! Pros Highfive does seamless high end video conferencing with ease. Screen sharing is simple to use and responsive eliminating most lag that typically presents in a screen sharing environment. The interface is minimalistic and simple, which makes the software really easy to use. The quality of sound and video largely depends on the internet connection, but overall it's been quite satisfactory. I use the scheduling feature quite a lot and it's very handy - you can schedule meetings in high-five, sync those in Google Calendar and invite guests. Sharing screen option is also very useful. Uberconference is an awesome audio conferencing software. Pros Uberconference provides a very nice administration console that makes it super easy to manage participants. The service is super reliable. I love the features including the ability to share a screen for those connected via computer, record the session, acquire an 800 number for cheap if needed, use custom hold music, and get an email afterwards of who attended. I loved the price too and the fact that I didn’t have to bother with counting minutes or attendees like with some services that are more limited. Cons I honestly never had any issues with it. I'd like to purchase the solution for our company as we start growing this year, but the performance issues and lack of scheduling integration hampers that choice. Pros I enjoy the quick ability to login and start a conference. We have a lot of on the fly demonstration of our product to manage, and it allows us to pivot and help people instantly. Cons Connectivity issues not from my end make this a challenge sometimes. Sharing can be a chore as it's often dropped by the system. Whether or not that's the fault of our connection or Uberconference's is unclear, but I almost never have this problem when utilizing Zoom or Webex. I love the fact that I can send a client to a custom URL that's easy to convey over the phone and we can start a screenshare if it becomes clear that our call isn't going to cut it with voice only. The other guys require that I set up a meeting, get a meeting code, email the meeting code, the client may have to install a plugin... This can really cause a lot of friction with a certain category of client. With UberConference, you just give them a simple URL and the screenshare is good to go. Pros Easy for clients to connect with me -- no software to install for basic functionality Free level features more than sufficient for basic screenshare meetings Dial-in feature Meeting summary email Screen sharing Sign in with Google, Office365, and LinkedIn Cons UberConference doesn't leave much to be desired in the free tier. I find myself not having to coach attendees through screensharing as much as I had to coach them with software like GoToMeeting. There are a number of things I love about Highfive, but the top is call quality. The picture and the sound is really impeccable. Being a remote employee, my days used to be filled with muffled conference lines and disconnect with the home office. I also love the integrations offered. I have the Highfive extension on Google Chrome, integration with my Google Calendar, and integration with our Slack. All of which have been extremely easy to use. I also have found the mobile app to have great call clarity and functionality. Support in app was very responsive and helpful. All around great experience. Cons There are a few more features I'd like to see added (like seamless transition from a meeting on my laptop to my phone without having to leave and rejoin the meeting). The ability to talk in browser or dial-in from a phone makes it easy for technical and non-technical users, or users more experienced with legacy conference call tools. The screensharing works reliably, and I absolutely love the ability to auto-record all calls (and that it auto-notifies everyone that the call is being recorded, which helps with legal compliance). Cons The most glaring omission is the lack of video support. Currently we have to use another software if we want video for our conference calls. Screen sharing works well but I wish it was supported in Safari (this is likely a limitation in Safari, to be fair). Having to fire up Chrome if I need to share my screen on a call is a minor irritation. A few extra features offer nice perks, such as the ability to record calls. While there are more basic or professional options available too, the default hold song is a fun and friendly touch! Another biggest advantage is that its mobile app also works amazingly. It also let us share screen with others in reliable ways. It can be perfectly used for making video conferencing all around the globe. So that, multiple teams can conveniently communicate with each other. Furthermore I love its amazing ability of recording meetings that can be forwarded to others. Cons I never face any issue while using Highfive. I am totally having satisfactory experience with it. Pros I like the dial pad phone system of the tool, unlike other tools with unconference one is able to have multiple callers at the same time. This has made it possible for us to hold audio meetings. I like that it had has a live meeting recording option . This allows us to record a meeting for future follow up and documentation. The tool has also a screen share option that is easy to use.one need not download any link to receive the screen, it directly connects you. Cons The screen sharing feature can lag at times.
