### "Incomparable product with amazing features"

April 25, 2019

5.0

Overall Highfive is highly recommended to others as it has greatly simplified the communication process by introducing online sessions.

Pros

Writing about its pros, I would say it is super duper easy to use. Additionally I found it to be very user friendly as it helps us in performing various tasks effectively. The thing which impressed me great about it is surely the video conference quality. Furthermore another plus point is that it helps us in sharing screen directly with others.

Cons

As far as I am concerned with this product, I am not having anything to dislike about it. Each and every feature of it is helpful and beneficial to us. I am completely contented with it.

### "Great Free Option"

January 14, 2023

4.0

Pros

The fact that you get up to 30 minutes for free and that they automatically email a copy of the call for your records within a few minutes of the call ending.

Cons

I had a problem with the system once when I was trying to meet with a client. It was frustrating. But it only happened once - as far as I can remember.

### "Best free video chat / screen share tool you can find"

December 9, 2019

5.0

I needed a fast and free application that vendors could easily navigate to without having to sign up for licenses or download software. 10/10 would recommend.

Pros

The best part about UberConference is that it is free, you can create your own URL ending, and the screen share is excellent.

Cons

The one thing I would change is allow others to control your PC remotely during a screen share. Zoom has this feature.

### "Great conference software but simple enough to easily allow access"

May 13, 2018

5.0

It's so easy for clients to connect, and that's great. I'm sick of having people have to download a new software just to have to connect to a conference call. Uberconference has been extremely helpful!

Pros

I've been frustrated in the past by software like Join.Me and GoToMeeting, which make you download a new application every time you want to connect. Such a hassle and an extra step for clients who just want to screenshare or conference call. I love that UberConference keeps it easy - you literally go to a linked page to access a screenshare, or you call into a single number, no special codes.

Cons

I've had some glitches with the browser extension that have prevented me from easily connecting. It's not all the time, but when it happens, it's annoying to make other people connecting wait.

### "UberConference is Worth a Try"

August 7, 2019

4.0

Pros

I find the recording feature very useful. It's also very easy to connect to UberConference, whether it's through the app, website or simply dialing in from my phone.

Cons

Reliability of the "mute" function and call quality. There have been times I haven't been able to unmute myself through the app, causing a long delay in jumping back in the conversation. I've also had to remove myself from a call completely via the app, then dialing back in using a phone to correct the "mute/unmute" issue and low quality call.

### "IT CROWD - "High Five""

June 11, 2018

4.0

Highfivehelps us to connect with a lot of our remote colleagues and provides face to face interaction and screen sharing capability. Our department is split across to offices one on each coast, and it's easy to start feeling disconnected/independent from each other. High five is used to help bridge that gap giving us the ability to easily have a joint team meeting between the two offices in our respective conference rooms. Its use of screen sharing helps us in being able to provide an easy way to quickly walk through powerpoint presentations or even show the team how to accomplish a particular workflow.

Pros

Highfive is great for connecting with remote colleagues and providing face to face interaction and screen sharing capability. Perfect for companies with multiple offices, or employees out in the field. It's useful even if you don't have remote reps. High Five's screen sharing capabilities provide an easy way to quickly walk through powerpoint presentations or even show the team how to accomplish a particular workflow. Lastly, High five is great for Rick-Rolling your co-workers in other rooms when they least expect it.

Cons

1\. Getting Rick-Rolled by your co-workers... 2. High five can at times lag, or run slowly if you or one of the participants in the meeting has slow internet.

### "Calls, video conferencing and messaging"

January 30, 2018

4.0

It's easy to use and it serves as a standard platform for our clients and candidates.

Pros

It's a one-click solution for calls with our clients. You could easily view the participants and you also have the ability to share screens when showing presentation decks.

Cons

The format of the messaging section is too informal and looks like a regular public chat room. Anyone with the link could simply jump on the call.

### "My Favorite Screen Share/Call Tool!"

June 1, 2018

5.0

Pros

I love how simple it is to use. Whoever is getting on the call has an optional dial in number, along with just jumping right into the screen share with no issues at all. This sounds funny, but I also love that you can select and even upload your own hold music. It makes a big difference and is a great icebreaker when you jump on a call while the hold music is playing.

Cons

I don't like that when someone jumps on the call at first, it gives them the option to type in their name upload a profile picture. Odds are they are not going to use Uberconference again, they are just jumping on because it is the screen share tool that I use. They don't need to be given the option when they call in to upload an image, it just is another step that is a little bit annoying.

### "It Just Works"

August 8, 2019

4.0

Overall it is better than any free conference call product out there. I always like what does it sound like to a user when they call into a free conference call product. So that has been important to me.

Pros

I like how easy it was to setup. Also the entertaining value of having different wait music while people are joining the calls. Also the cost is very very reasonable. I also like the fact that you can setup a team/company and have those folks all under one account.

Cons

I wish the configuration was a bit easier to setup for teams. I didn't have a hard time figuring it out. However, other members of my teams did. Which makes me questions are they really IT ;-). One more thing I wish the screen sharing was capable with Safari. I don't like Chrome and I hate switching to it just to share my screen.

### "In Use When I Started Here"

October 3, 2018

4.0

We pay for the better version of this. I have hit or miss sound quality and random IT glitches. Poor customer support for issues. I feel strongly their are better options but I use this because the owner wants us to.

Pros

I like that it is easy to learn to use. I can share my screen and features with guests with ease.

Cons

1) for clients to share screens with me they need an add-on in Chrome. Ugh. All times they do download this mid-call the call disconnects. Very annoying. 2) Quality is either spot on or disconnecting me mid-call. Screen-Share can also stop sharing mid-call as well.

### "Quick and Easy Online Conferencing Solution"

March 6, 2019

4.0

Overall, UberConference provides an easy way to connect with other team members and customers, without having to download an application or jump through hoops to dial into a call. I love having my own link to share, which is easy to remember and can be personalized to my own settings.

Pros

I love the ability to dial in over the phone and eliminate the need for PIN numbers or verification.

Cons

My least favorite thing is the music before a meeting starts, and the fact that as a caller, I cannot turn it off. I have changed the setting on my own account to not have that song in my conference room, but the default for others is for it to be there and it drives me crazy.

### "Uber Conference is Easy to Use"

May 18, 2019

5.0

All in all good software that's easy to use.

Pros

Very easy to get setup on. I really liked that I could name my own URL as my conference connection. I also like that they offer a free option, so for a while I had both a company and personal Uber conference number.

Cons

I learned the hard way that the free-personal version has a 45 minute time limit. I can understand why, but wish Uber was more clear about that. I also found setting up to record a call to be challenging. Then (maybe it's me), but I thought I had it all setup to record and learned the hard way after the call that I hadn't recorded anything.

### "Uberconference- ease of use is strength but struggles to run consistently"

May 15, 2018

4.0

Easy to use screen share for demos.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use. No codes to dial, just dial the call in number. I also like that you can track how long each person in the conversation spoke- great for sales training.

Cons

The call quality is very hit and miss, often goes in and out. Also, you can record audio but can't record the screen share, which is often requested.

### "Poor UX but good features"

February 4, 2019

4.0

Pros

Allows screen-sharing, displays location of the caller, lets you join calls using the same URL everytime based on the profile.

Cons

UX is bad. Signup using LinkedIn does not work. Are they even testing their product? This bug has been there for like 4 months now and they still refuse to fix it. When a call starts, you have to choose the default audio and mic source every time. But it is very easy to miss out on the prompt to choose audio and video. So you end up thinking the call has started but it has not really.

### "I utilize Uber Conference for all virtual meetings, shared desktops, and conference calls."

November 7, 2017

5.0

Uber Conference is my go to solution for desktop sharing, conference calls, or virtual meetings. I use it, and most of the executives in my company also use it.

Pros

Uber Conference is a great alternative to WebEx, which often requires browser updates and plug-ins which frustrate customers and delay staff. Uber Conference works every time without hassling meeting attendees for installs. I also like the fact I can see who has dialed in and logged in with a LinkedIn profile. It's a great fringe benefit for networking. The hold music is pretty hilarious, too.

Cons

I don't have any real complaints. I'd like private branding (which Uber Conference may offer, but I have not explored) but the functionality is great and its easy to use.

### "Good software, simple entry into meetings, but some connectivity issues"

September 12, 2019

4.0

Pros

I love the fact that you only need the link to enter the meeting. New Prospects feel better about clicking on a link as opposed to downloading and installing software. UberConference provides that simplicity.

Cons

UberConference sometimes suffers from connectivity issues, which I just don't experience with Zoom.

### "Conference calls and screen shares that work flawlessly"

June 20, 2018

5.0

Uberconference makes it very easy to conduct conference calls and screen shares. Having a direct dedicated link and a dedicated dial-in number keeps the integration with scheduling tools like Calendly very simple.

Pros

I like the consolidated ability to have a direct dial number to establish a conference call and the integrated screen sharing capability.

Cons

Would be nice to have a custom domain for branding and to improve the customization of outgoing emails. I have also noticed that international viewers (not in the US) can have a choppy connection when using Uberconference and Skype or Gotomeeting seems to work better.

### "Fancy Meeting You Here! "

December 20, 2018

5.0

In terms of Video sharing/ meetings I have two levels of needs. If it's something quick and personal with a friend, I choose Google Hangouts. If it's a meeting with a colleague or other business professional UberConference takes the user experience to the next level, giving a more polished and formal experience to an online meeting. It's likely going to put other popular paid online meeting services out of business, if it hasn't already.

Pros

My absolute favorite part about this software is the music it plays when you are waiting for other participants to join the conference. It's a hold song about being on hold, and it's amazing. Well that, and the fact this incredible meeting software is FREE. I even get my own meeting URL which makes me look and feel fancy.

Cons

I've had some issues syncing up audio during meetings, but there's no clear way to pin that issue to the software itself. Even if it does fail for some reason, at the very worst you just use your phone and skip the whole conference call functionality. The ability to share your screen and files is the main reason you are on the computer meeting in the first place.

### "Not as good as Zoom"

August 14, 2019

3.0

Used to use UberConference and work with its limitations (mainly the lack of efficiency when talking to international clients), but switch to Zoom which blows UC out of the water in terms of ease of used. I didn't know what I was missing until I checked out Zoom.

Pros

Free system. Good screen-sharing capabilities. Effective for calls in the US

Cons

Terrible for international calls - hard to set up and know your important clients will be able to reach you. I also thought it was super tacky to be advertising Potbelly Sandwich Company on the hold music before a call starts.

### "Easy to Use"

May 19, 2018

5.0

It is a fabulous piece of software--a blend of easy and technology.

Pros

Uber Conference is easy to use and very intuitive to understand from the very beginning, plus it has additional bells and whistles to appeal to tech junkies.

Cons

I had some challenges with random static during connecting to callers, the help desk was very supportive in fixing my issues.

### "UberConference for Video Calls"

February 9, 2021

4.0

We gave UberConference a try after having some fatigue with other video conferencing tools and wanting a change. The aesthetic and feel of UberConference has been nice

Pros

Pros: feels like a nice change after some Zoom fatigue, hold music is nice touch, automatic notices when someone joins your room, can get a transcript of your call as well as a recording

Cons

Cons: 45 minute meeting limit on the free version, have run into some issues with people popping into room when we have back-to-back meetings, the share screen feature takes some getting used to because it doesn't highlight what you are sharing well

### "Light Conferencing Software"

February 5, 2019

3.0

Overall, UberConference does a decent job. We just switched to Zoom which is definitely superior, but I think it's more expensive (so I hear).

Pros

UberConference is a good starter conferencing tool. It's good, not great and gets the job done for the most part.

Cons

We've had a lot of connectivity issues, but I'm not sure if that's the network or UberConference's fault.

### "Convenient and outstanding tool for conducting meetings and video conferences"

October 4, 2019

5.0

Pros

In order to have a best video and audio calling facility this platform has all in it and also provides a great initiative to have free access to certain browsers plug-ins as well. Another feature that is of my concern is its ability to integrate more readily with the other third party applications or software which are enough useful to do my daily task work.

Cons

It is absolutely a complete product with bundle of features and functionalities that is serving me in a magnificent way to make my collaboration with my teammates more enjoyable with each passing day.

### "UberConference is a great tool for group teleconferences."

October 13, 2017

4.0

UberConference provides a flexible platform for meetings across a virtual and in-person team. Not only does it give users a way to share dynamic content, but it also gives meeting administrators control and record-keeping capabilities.

Pros

UberConference is a great way for meetings, especially for a mix of in-person and virtual attendants. The ability to have multiple screen sharing sources, and integrated audio feeds from each user, makes sharing diverse meeting content very easy. Also, the ability of users to call in by phone or by computer is helpful, especially for frequent travelers. Finally, UberConference is light. It is very easy to run in a background tab of your browser as you work on assignments, and then tune into meetings when necessary. Contributing to dynamic meetings is simple and effortless. UberConference is a great choice for organizations that need a flexible teleconference platform.

Cons

Uber Conference can be awkward, when it comes to the UI. That said, it does what it needs to just fine. Not too many bells or whistles, but that can make things seem clumsy. Also, and this is a major annoyance, UberConference plays very irritating music while users are on hold. Unfortunately, there is no way mute it in the program, other than just muting your speakers. That means you might miss the beginning of the meeting, as you can't hear when it starts. That is by far my biggest complain from the last 2 years of use.

### "UberConference for sales calls"

November 6, 2019

5.0

UberConference is my go-to meeting platform for my sales calls at work. Many people are able to join one meeting, the waiting music is great and sets a nice tone for an upbeat conversation, and I've never had any problems with the connection as I do most phone tools and/or other conference platforms. I also like that during the call/meeting, every user's location is shown so that I am able to use that as a conversation opener.

Pros

The connection. I have used many conference platforms over the years and UberConference by far has the best, most stable connection. No weird noises, distortion, or lag. I also love the waiting music, it sets the tone for a cheery conversation which is most helpful in sales.

Cons

I wish it would automatically add appointments to my Google Calendar but there are some extra steps involved in that.
