online product demos and client meetings would often be unsatisfactory due to the quality of connection and issue with clients being unable to add extensions to join calls. HighFive solved that for us.

Pros

Highfive video call is super easy to use and a few clients commended us on how easy it was for them to join the meeting. We even had one of the HighFive video conferencing machines set up in our office. The video clarity and audio was great.

Cons

Not many complaints but I did hear that it is an expensive system

Pros

First of all, it's free! Second of all, it doesn't require any complicated downloads; attendees can access a shared screen right from within their browser.

Cons

While there are paid plans available, the free plan is missing some key features like call recording that would be really helpful. Also, the selection of hold music on the free plans is AWFUL.

Pros

I enjoy that Uberconference just works almost all the time. I don't have to worry about whether I'm going to connect or that users can't download the software.

Cons

I wish more features were available for collaboration like a cursor that the other users controls.

This has been a God send in comparison to the other conference call software I have used in the past. SOme have caused dropped calls, problems with the log in codes not working, phone company interference and so on.

Pros

I love being able to manage the callers. I can not tell you how many times we've had an early morning call and someone has falle asleep on the line snoring. The isoltaed mute option for individual callers, genius.

Cons

Trully nothing. The only issues I have experienced is the HD call going out, but that was due to my own signal.

Reason for choosing Dialpad AI Meetings

Truthfully I stumbled across it. Looked at the rarting and gave it a try. I am so glad that I did.

Free and works great!

Pros

I love that it's free, you can customize your meeting room URL (and have your own personal room), you have a dedicated phone number and pin for those who can't attend online, it works within your browser (which means it doesn't require any software downloads and installations), it'll send you text notifications if you're late for your own meeting, AND it records your calls!

Cons

I haven't had any issues with it yet, so I honestly don't have anything against it. All I've heard is that others (using a Windows machine) had issues getting their video to work, but I never had that happen to me.

\- Installation is relatively straightforward. The hardware was immediately recognized and ready to work. - Easy to interact with.

Cons

\- The main issue I found with it is the lag that occurs when screen sharing, but honestly it is a common issue with these tools.

I love how easy it is to set up a phone conference for a small group. Email your list the call-in number and, at the appointed hour, get right to work.

Cons

As Skype and Zoom are now dominating the conferencing universe, I've been found it necessary to educate attendees that they can just dial the number (no pin!) and join the call.

Pros

Love the ease of use - this software makes it simple for me to interact face-to-face with team members at my company who work remotely. I also appreciate that all of this can be done without having to plug my computer into HDMI/VGA.

Cons

I wish more people could join video calls. My company has company-wide meetings every Friday, and in many cases, there are so people who can't join the call because of limitations on the number of participants.

Pros

This tool comes in really handy if you need to do a quick one-on-one call meeting with someone else and need to record it and also just schedule the meeting with ease. It's nice that you can call in via your phone or use your computer as well.

Cons

Calls unfortunately most times sound fuzzy or there's a weird static in the sound.

Pros

Uber Conference is easy to use, versatile and free. It's a great alternative to other web conferencing programs that you have to pay for.

Cons

There's very little about Uber Conference that I don't like. If I had to pick one think, I'd say occasional system unavailability, but that's very rare.

Uberconference is a great and easy place to have virtual meetings and conferences. If you don't have a headset you can even call through your phone and join the conference

Pros

I love that you can screenshare in the conference and see specifically who is talking and how many minutes everyone spoke. I have my meetings every week through Uberconference and I haven't had any issues

Cons

I would say that when the user is screen sharing and user has bad internet quality sometimes there is a delay and some others the screen just freeze instead of letting the user know that the video is not moving forward and that it is not working properly

Highfive is very simple to use, you need just several clicks to setup the call and everyone can join easily. I contacted support once regarding an issue and got a swift and fulfilling response which is nice and quite rare.

Pros

Love that you can use the Chrome version and get all the necessary features without downlading the app.

Cons

The audio/video quality is generally okay but there are a lot of stability issues. Also there is no integration with google calendar, even though I am not sure if it just isn't set up properly. It would be nice to have an automatically generated link when you setup a meeting in google calendar, just like hangouts.

Well I would really say that it doesn't need any app to download or install - just browser is enough. Conference apps like uberconference are quite less. If you are joining the meeting exactly like 10 seconds before, you are on time as it instantly starts the meeting.

Cons

no complains at all, highly like uber conference.

Overall it’s a good basic conferencing software. The version we had didn’t allow for video though.

Pros

Once you are in the meeting, it’s pretty easy to use. The software can handle large groups up to 100 at least.

Cons

Setting up meetings was cumbersome - you would need to log into a separate site and schedule the time. Sometimes more than one person was able to schedule the same time somehow which would make for awkwardly bumping into someone else’s call.

Overall, I do like UberConference for its pricing and capabilities. However, I would like to find another product that's more dependable.

Pros

I like the interface and functionality of UberConference. It's easy enough to set up and use and offers an option to conference in several attendees at one time.

Cons

It's VERY glitchy. There have been several times when calls have become mysteriously unmuted for hosts and occurrences when calls just haven't gone out.

The user interface interface and call quality is consistently clean. Consistency and clarity, in my opinion, are the two most important aspects of conference call technology.

Cons

Connecting through audio via the computer is generally more complicated than calling in through the phone at my desk. If the software could better detect which audio source to use, given previous usage, that would be ideal.

\- Has a camera you can mount to the top of your conference room TV - Screensharing is a must have and they do it very well - It's easy to invite people to join your call - Quality is fairly good a majority of the time - Has a Mac app and Chrome extension that work well together - Can easily share screen on a large TV in our conference room

Cons

\- Sometimes quality can be lacking from a client's computer - You have to have either the Mac app or Chrome extension installed in order for the program to work, so clients have to go through the process of downloading that, installing it, etc, just to start the meeting. - There isn't a "call in" number like there is in GoToMeeting, which makes it difficult for people who don't have a mic on their computer to call in.

My overall experience is that it is basic and a great first conference tool. I wouldn't use it for more than a couple months before getting a more sophisticated platform.

Pros

The ability to see who is talking without it taking over the entire screen is so nice. I hate when someone begins talking and then they immediately take over my entire screen with their face. Fun sometimes, but it is distracting.

Cons

There are less than 5 buttons in the whole thing which is nice, but it means there is very little in it. If you want to interact more, this isn't the platform I would recommend.

Love uberconference. One of the best start-ups companies to emerge in the past couple of years.

Pros

So easy to use. So easy to get going. Can screen share, video review, call in, use a computer, record the call, mute people, it's all great. It's one of the best little tools we use for our team that's spread all over the world. Love that they record the calls and send the audio files. Maybe sync up with a transcription service company to offer that as a coming feature?

Cons

The annoying on hold song although it's starting to grow on us haha. The only complaint, and its' not really a complaint because most of us use the free version (although we do have a paid plan too) is that there should be some simple chat just to let folks know when we can't hear them b/c then you have to go to email or slack or facebook messenger and say "hey we can't hear you" and that's pretty dumb. Again this is only the free version so we're not really complaining.
