At first it was nice. However, recent experience has been very poor. This is based off of video and sound quality.

Pros

I like that the highfive platform can be transmitted wireless to a large conference room tv screen. I also like that you can see others faces.

Cons

The equipment is proprietary to Highfive and it is very expensive. The most recent video calls had terrible technical issues with connectivity and sound.

other than the screenshare delay, I can't complain!

Pros

the free version, before the free version was limited to only 45min calls. Is a fantastic option. It allows me to schedule meetings without having to worry about people's schedules AND a shared conference line schedule. It is also very easy to use.

Cons

most, if not all of my clients complain that there is a SIGNIFICANT lag on their side when viewing a presenters screen. While I know that this could entirely be contributed to their specific internet setup and/or security settings, it simply happens much too often to multiple clients around the country. Screenshare delays have been up to and over 10 min behind. Unfortunately, I cannot tell if the issue is on UberConference's side or if it is indeed due to my clients internet connection and security settings. However, I do know that it does happen more often than not which leads me to believe it's on Uberconference.

### "Great conference call services"

I have had a very good experience. Setting up a call is very easy, and it is downloadable very fast.

Pros

Don't have to dial into the number for conferences if you have an account. Recordings are excellent and easy to download. No additional costs from dialing in by other conference members. Easy to negotiate website.

Cons

Would like overseas call-in numbers like Free Conference Call.

Not very good. I have chosen to use another software as my primary software.

Pros

I initially liked most the ability to have a low-cost option for video conferencing without the need for all parties to have a specific software.

Cons

The video and audio qulaity is very inconsistant.

Easy to use, no program to download, and nice features.

Pros

I was invited to use Uberconference from a business contact and started using it myself since then. What I like most is that it has all the features of the other ones like Zoom, but the fact that you don't need to download anything makes a huge difference. I also use zoom and like it, but I've found doing calls with people all over the world together on Uberconference is a bit easier and works well. It also has the same good features like call recording, call summary, screen share, etc, which are all easy to use.

Cons

Not much. Many people prefer to use Zoom as Ive been told it works faster and better connections, but I've had a good experience on UberConf as well.

I'd totally recommend Uberconference for startups if not al companies. Plus, their intro video about the service is hysterical!

Pros

This is the simplist conference call service ever. I believe it was well-priced, too, with a few levels of features. Good for startups. Pairs with Dialpad for regular telephony service for combined pricing.

Cons

Nothing that I recall. The CEO and co. seemed to like it and use it regularly without any issues.

It is a very good tool which has functionality of having group video calls with added advantages like screen sharing and background noise cancellation

Pros

Hardware for audio is Dolby powered. Tool offers really high performance cameras assembled anywhere in the conference room. No need of external microphones and headsets.

Cons

Bad experience if the conference participants has slow internet. Secondly cost of the tool is at the higher side.

### "It's FREE - And You Can Record Phone Calls"

Pros

Conference phone calls are the worst, because half the time you're talking and the other half you're frantically taking notes. That's where UberConference comes in. You can set your conference line to automatically record your phone calls, which means that you can just focus on speaking and listening and review the phone call later (no need for notes!)

Cons

There is an annoying song that sings about waiting on hold that plays before a second party joins the line, but that's about it. UberConference is pretty great.

Wonderful. Great product that everyone prefers using in the office. Many of us notice when we're invited to a meeting and it's not HighFive - we're kinda bummed out because many of the other software interfaces are pretty sterile.

Pros

The aesthetics are great from the interface to the email invites. You know what needs to happen and how to get it done. There's no guess work on how to operate it even when you're running behind and don't have time to try and figure stuff out (yes, from experience!).

Cons

There have been a few times where either video or audio wouldn't work. We would have chalked this up to user error or internet connection but some of these instances happened after it was working just fine and internet speeds where great at all three satellite offices (we checked). We had to end the session, reboot computers, and start again before things were working properly. All that being said that's only happened a handful of times out of the hundred meetings we've been apart of.

Overall I was thoroughly impressed with UberConference and they live up to their name as the best free conference call!

Pros

What I liked most about UberConference is how it shows a map of where in the world the people you are chatting with are from. This came in handy when chatting with IBM Futurists from around the globe.

Cons

The software name might cause some confusion between UberConference and the transportation app Uber.

I like UberConference, but I am concerned about the security when using. Disabling cameras can be easy for someone who is familiar with technology, but for some it can be challenging. In today's society, security means everything and I would hope that the makers allow easier adjustment for this feature.

Pros

Easy to join meetings and I like the fact that I don't have to remember a PIN to join a meeting. Also, I like that I can see "who" is talking during the meeting.

Cons

The share feature for screens can be a bit disconcerting. There are too many steps for the other party to go through to allow this feature to work.

Conference call providers work best when you don't even notice them, and that's where UberConference excels. It just works and allows you to prepare for the actual calls rather than fiddling with a participant that can't dial in. Their free plan will work for many groups as it allows up to 10 participants, with their paid plan bringing in key features like international support and pin-less sessions. Finally, their phone numbers work with all phone carriers.

Pros

UberConference just works. There are never any issues dialing any of the numbers (other services have numbers that can't be dialed by T-Mobile users, for example). Each conference has the option of online, phone, or mixed, and has thoughtful features like allowing you to remove the hold music for the organizer. Ten participants for their free plan is generous and will work for many.

Cons

Groups with international callers will need to upgrade to their paid plans, but isn't exactly unreasonable.

Uberconference is a tool we can use for a free conference call that has many, many features to enjoy. Best of all, doesn't require a PIN.

Pros

This conference call tool lets you do more than just free calling, you can also share documents, share your screen, you can also make use of your hold tone and customize it. You can add participants during the call too, and record your conversation!

Cons

The ring sound from the other line is not there with few calls I made. Just the fact that it only works within the US. Nevertheless it's all good.

Overall experience has been great. Calls have had amazing audio quality and good video quality. Meetings are easy to setup and start in a rush. Outlook plugin has been handy to easily add conference information to the meeting request. Some technical issues with the desktop HighFive application have detracted from the overall experience.

Pros

Great sound quality. Have not experienced anything better for conference calls. Super easy to start call (used Desktop and Android app) and move to nearby TV / speaker system.

Cons

Issues with "infinite" update loop. On 2 separate occasions, after working fine earlier in the day, the HighFive software could not locate the MSVCP120.dll. As a result, I end up in an infinite update loop. I did not install / update / remove any other software on my machine in between HighFive working and not working. Using the script supplied by HighFive, doing an uninstall / reinstall (plus removing HighFive appdata folder) did not fix the issue. Both times, the app just started working again later in the day. As a result, I am always starting HighFive well in advance of a meeting, as I am never sure if it is going to work.

We managed to kept peers more closely when using this software.

Pros

It is an amazing tool to allow us to schedule meetings with our peers. It also has a great user experience when dealing with the screen share experience.

Cons

Sometimes the sound quality is not the best possible. We have more than one time identified this issue and after resetting and accessing again to the connection it gets better.

Pros

No learning curve. I found out a minute into a meeting I was already late for that we were using UberConference, which I'd never used before. Fortunately, I was able to log in and just go. I also liked that the video wasn't automatic because let's be honest, I wasn't prepared to show my face! I was able to easily mute my microphone when background noise came up, and quickly unmute when it was called for.

Cons

It tried to get me to add a picture right off the bat. I was late to the meeting and just grabbed the first one that came up, because I literally couldn't access the "cancel" button which popped up behind my task bar (annoying feature of switching out of clamshell mode on a Mac). We also had some robot-ing during the call, which may not have been the fault of the software. Overall, it worked fine and my complaints were minor.

Pros

The sound quality is amazing and the ability to record and download my calls are just what I need for my business.

Cons

I would like to give this a 5 however the mobile app isn't as easy to use as the desktop version. If you want to begin a call on the spot, the system isn't set up to do this. That said, I really like that the mobile app is available no matter where you are.

My overall experience with Highfive is pretty good, I am using it in my current project for all the meetings. It is very easy to use and helps teams for better communication. We can also record our meetings using this and share with anyone. According to me, it's the best professional tool available for meetings and communication between teams.

Pros

It's connectivity and it's the feature like sharing screens. Multiple teams can communicate with each other using it. Best application in the market at this range.

Cons

Some time user faces connectivity and noise distortion occurs while meeting, we can improve it.

I was introduced to HighFive during my transition into a new company. I had spent countless hours in previous businesses fussing with dongles, cords in walls and other nonsense to effectively display and conference. Within five minutes of being introduced to HighFive., I was able to operate effectively and was impressed with its functionality. I would certainly bring this piece of technology with me wherever my career takes me next.

Pros

How quickly it can be installed and in use, and how friendly the interface is to use.

Cons

Right now the only drawback is some glitching with the launch window, and requiring the user to click leave call instead of closing out the window.

Overall Experience is astounding with this app,no negative factor in itself. With good internet connection you can have the best user experience.

Pros

HIghfive is a perfect video conferencing app.Distance is no bar in it.You can connect with your peers overseas as well very efficiently.The best feature of it is screen sharing.You can connect with your peers or client to show the task you have done if you want to.

Cons

The only problem you will face with it if you have slow internet connection.You will be automatically disconnected if you have poor connection.

Pros

It is one of the most intuitive tools on the market, it has a simple design in which finding what we are looking for is very easy. The design of the indicators and buttons is splendid. Also the quality of video and audio is optimal, it does not fall or turn off when you least expect it. Ideal for companies (large or small) with employees distributed in different places and also for those companies that have large buildings and need rapid communication between employees.

Cons

At the beginning it can be confusing for those who join as guests, but it is only the first impression. The video or the audio may fail but this happens with all the tools that offer this service.
